<div><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="left"><tbody><tr><td align="left" valign="top"><p>The problem that is used as the object of research is the knowledge competency of the trainees is very low. The attitude competency of the trainees is very low. The skills competency of the trainees is very low. This study aims to: 1) Know the effect of discipline on competence, 2) Know the influence of personality on competence, 3) Know the effect of training on competence, 4) Know the effect of discipline and personality together on competence, 5) Know the effect of discipline and training jointly on competence, 6) Knowing the influence of personality and training together on competence, and 7) Knowing the effect of discipline, personality, and training together on competence. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire given to the participants of the training as 125 respondents. The hypothesis used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant effect of discipline on competence, 2) There was a positive and significant influence on personality on competence, 3) There was a positive and significant effect of training on competence, 4) There was a positive influence and significant discipline and personality together towards competence. 5) There is a positive and significant effect of discipline and joint training on competence, 6) There is a positive and significant influence on personality and training together on competence, and 7) There is a positive and significant influence on discipline, personality, and joint training of competencies.</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

This research Aims To Reveal: (1) Effect of Competence partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (2) Effect of Work Motivation partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (3) Effect of Work Discipline partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (4) Effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously To Performance Officer at the Office of Communications Full River City. The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance

In Indonesia, the majority are Muslims, so the demand for banks that operate in accordance with sharia has begun to emerge. This study aims to find out how the effect of profit sharing for mudharabah savings products on the interest in saving customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Km 6 Palembang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire with a population of several mudharabah savings customers. The research method used is simple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results obtained indicate that the profit sharing variable in the mudharabah savings product has a significant effect on the customer's interest in saving.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Profesi, Kompetensi dan Kerjasama Tim APIP pada kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Etika Profesi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan, Kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan serta Kerjasama Tim memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan pada BKPSDM Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Professional Ethics, Competence and Teamwork of APIP on the quality of the Supervision Report. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that Professional Ethics had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports, Competence had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports and Teamwork had a positive influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports at the BKPSDM Regional Inspectorate Office, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of implementation of risk based internal auditing on fraud prevention on internal audit Inspection Office Bank BRI Bandung Region. The sample used by 18 internal auditors in Inspection Office of Bank BRI Bandung Region saturated sampling method. Based on calculation of simple regression analysis obtained result that every increase of implementation of risk based internal auditing (X) will lead to increase fraud prevention (Y). It shows that there is a positive influence between the implementation of risk based internal auditing on fraud prevention on the internal audit of Inspection Office of Bank BRI Bandung Region.

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence teache’s creativity on teaching towards the student learning interest in entrepreneurship with used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with likert scale. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in Vocational High School in Cimahi. The technique of data collection with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information which are the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model likert scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif, agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.
