Abstract  This study aims were to describe the employees motivation and describe the employees performance in this company and also to analyzing the relationship between work motivation and employee performance  in wood processing  of plywood at PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari in Sakean Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency.Data was analized by descriptive (qualitative-quantitative) and inferency analysis. To describe the work motivation and performance of employees was knowed by descriptive analysis, furthermore  to analysis  relations between analysis and   performance of employees using the non-parametric statistical analysis called Chi Square Test.The results of this study showed that 1). The employees work motivation  was  high. 2). Employee performance in PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari had a positively categorized and 3). There was strong level of relationship between work motivation and employee performance  in PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari in Sakean Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, PT. Kumpeh Karya Lestari AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan : 1).Mendeskripsikan motivasi kerja karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis di PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari Di Desa Sakean Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. 2).Mendeskripsikan kinerja karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis. 3).Menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Data bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis data cros section dengan skala pengukuran data nominal. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dan interperensi. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja dan kinerja  karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu lapis di PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari. Selanjutnya analisis kuatitatif yaitu untuk melihat hubungan motivasi kerja dan kinerja  karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu lapis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik non parametrik Uji Chi Square dengan tabel kontingensi 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1). Motivasi kerja karyawan di PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari adalah berkatergori tinggi dalam hal mempeloreh kompensasi, mendapatkan pujian, kesempatan promosi jabatan, tetap bekerja di perusahaan, tanggung jawab sebagai karyawan, pengalaman di perusahaan, SOP, melebihi target perusahaan, bekerja bukan karna di suruh atasan. 2). Kinerja karyawan pada PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari berkategori positif dalam hal kinerja melebihi target perusahaan, datang tepat waktu, melakukan perintah, bersemangat melakukan pekerjaan, tidak menunda pekerjan, SOP, melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik, menerima resiko baik buruknya hasil pekerjaan, teliti melakukan pekerjaan. 3). Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari Di Desa Sakean Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dengan tingkat keeratan hubungan kuat.Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kinerja, PT. The purpose of this study are: 1. To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City. 2. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Performance (Y) Valid. All of the research variables had Cronbach's alpha values above 0.70 and thus expressed reliably or reliably. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p <0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p <0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p <0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

Berdasarkan data hasil pencapaian Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLH) Kabupaten Majalengka pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, pencapaian di beberapa program masih di bawah target, program pelayanan administrasi perkantoran baru tercapai 89,35% dari target 100%, program pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan baru tercapai 91,37%  dari target 100%, serta dan program pengembangan kinerja pengolahan persampahan baru tercapai 82,28%  dari target 100%, hal ini merupakan salah satu indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai berhubungan dengan berbagai hal, diantaranya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif analitik. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik angket menggunakan alat kuesioner, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan program  SPSS, data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dinyatakan baik (51,6%), motivasi dinyatakan baik (57,0), dan lingkungan kerja dinyatakan baik (55,9%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel motivasi (p = 0,007) dan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,005) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan (p = 0,116) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci           : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTBased on the achievement data from Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ( BPLH ) Kabupaten Majalengka in December of 2013 , the achievement in some programs still below the target, program office administrative services only reached 89.35 % of the target of 100 % , pollution control and environmental damage programs reached 91.37 % of the target of 100 % , as well as program development and performance of waste processing reached 82.28 % of the target of 100 % , this is one indication of the employee's performance is not optimal. Employee performance related to a variety of things, including the factors of leadership , motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership, motivation and work environment with Employee performance in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research analysis.The design  of  this  study  was  cross-sectional .  The  study  population  was  all Civil Servants in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka with a sample of 93 people . The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, the collected data were processed using SPSS version 17 and analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis to look at the relationship between two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables . Univariate analysis showed that leadership is expressed well (51.6 %), the motivation expressed either (57.0 %) , and otherwise good working environment (55.9 %). Bivariate analysis performed by Chi-square statistical test with a significance limit ( α ) = 0.05. Statistical test results showed that motivational variables (p = 0.007) and work environment (p = 0.005) had a significant relationship with employee performance while the leadership variable (p = 0.116) had no significant relationship with employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

PurposeThis study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational commitment, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance.Design/methodology/approachThis research is located in the province of Papua, and more specifically at the District Secretariat Papua Province. The study was conducted in the months from April to June 2016. This study tested the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance Officer Regional Secretariat Papua Province, then the variable research is transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance officer. Structural equation modeling (SEM) calculation tool is commonly used is the program analysis of moment structures.FindingsThe results of studies show that moderating OCB does not significantly affect the relationship between organizational commitment, transformational leadership, work motivation and the performance of employees at the District Secretariat in Papua Province.Originality/valueOriginality of this paper is on the comprehensive study that combines the variables of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance into a complete model of study. Originality for this paper shows the moderation effect of OCB on the effect of organizational commitment, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. This research is located in the Province of Papua, and more specifically at the District Secretariat Papua Province.

Performance is the result of work produced by employees in accordance with its role in the organization. Employee performance is one very important thing in a company to achieve the goal that every effort should be made to the company of increasing. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and empowerment of employees on work motivation and performance of employees. This research was conducted at the Department of Education Youth and Sports Regency Tabanan using sample that 59 employees. Data were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of this study concluded that the leadership is significant positive effect on work motivation. Empowerment is significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation. Work motivation is significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, employee satisfaction and its influence on the performance of the company PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. To answer these research purposes, then an examination of the whole employees of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia, amounting to 112 people. The method used is descriptive analysis and analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM).  Based on the results of analysis show that motivation, leadership, and organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. The result of the analysis also states work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and employee job satisfaction significantly influences the performance of the company PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. The implications of this research is to improve leadership skills and organizational cultures that exist, so that aspects of employee job satisfaction can be met, because in general a high employee job satisfaction will increase their work motivation and performance.

This paper aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of Dispatchers at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method using multiple regression. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, namely Dispatchers, the sample in this study were 34 Dispatchers. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and documentation while testing the hypothesis used to use validity analysis techniques, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of dispatchers. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on dispatcher's performance. Third, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on dispatcher performance. Fourth, if simultaneously the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on dispatcher performance together have a significant effect on performance. The most dominant variable in the model is work motivation, 34% explains the relationship to dispatcher employee performance variables.

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.

Abstrak: Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di BKKBN dengan menggali hubungan antara kinerja pegawai dengan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya, yakni organizational commitment, happiness at work, dan motivasi kerja. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriftif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS3 terhadap 200 data responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan happiness at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Adapun saat hubungan antara organizational commitment dengan kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja, menunjukkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi hubungan secara signifikan. Begitu juga saat hubungan antara happiness at work dengan kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa motivasi kerja berhasil memediasi hubungan secara signifikanAbstract:  The focus in this research is to improve employee performance in The BKKBN by exploring the relationship between employee performance with factors influenced, include of organizational commitment, happiness at work, and work motivation. The approach of this research uses quantitative methods. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of data processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Structural Equation Model through SmartPLS3 software to 200 respondents' data. The results showed that organizational commitment and happiness at work had a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. As for the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance is mediated by work motivation, showing the results that work motivation can mediate significantly. The same of the relationship between happiness at work and employee performance is mediated by work motivation, the results show that work motivation successfully mediates the relationship significantly.
