Berdasarkan data hasil pencapaian Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLH) Kabupaten Majalengka pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, pencapaian di beberapa program masih di bawah target, program pelayanan administrasi perkantoran baru tercapai 89,35% dari target 100%, program pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan baru tercapai 91,37%  dari target 100%, serta dan program pengembangan kinerja pengolahan persampahan baru tercapai 82,28%  dari target 100%, hal ini merupakan salah satu indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai berhubungan dengan berbagai hal, diantaranya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif analitik. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik angket menggunakan alat kuesioner, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan program  SPSS, data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dinyatakan baik (51,6%), motivasi dinyatakan baik (57,0), dan lingkungan kerja dinyatakan baik (55,9%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel motivasi (p = 0,007) dan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,005) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan (p = 0,116) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci           : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTBased on the achievement data from Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ( BPLH ) Kabupaten Majalengka in December of 2013 , the achievement in some programs still below the target, program office administrative services only reached 89.35 % of the target of 100 % , pollution control and environmental damage programs reached 91.37 % of the target of 100 % , as well as program development and performance of waste processing reached 82.28 % of the target of 100 % , this is one indication of the employee's performance is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership, motivation and work environment with Employee performance in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research analysis.The design  of  this  study  was  cross-sectional .  The  study  population  was  all Civil Servants in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka with a sample of 93 people . The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, the collected data were processed using SPSS version 17 and analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis to look at the relationship between two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables . Univariate analysis showed that leadership is expressed well (51.6 %), the motivation expressed either (57.0 %) , and otherwise good working environment (55.9 %). Bivariate analysis performed by Chi-square statistical test with a significance limit ( α ) = 0.05. Statistical test results showed that motivational variables (p = 0.007) and work environment (p = 0.005) had a significant relationship with employee performance while the leadership variable (p = 0.116) had no significant relationship with employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and job satisfaction of nurses in the Young Inpatient Installation available for surgery at the Aceh Tamiang Regional General Hospital.This research is a cross sectional analytic survey type where the independent variable and the dependent variable are examined simultaneously. The population in this study were 30 nurses in the Young Inpatient Installation available for surgery at the Aceh Tamiang Regional General Hospital. The results of the bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test showed that there was a relationship between qualitative workload and job satisfaction of nurses with a p-value of 0.005 (p <0.05), there was a relationship between quantitative workload and job satisfaction of nurses with a p-value of 0.019 ( p <0.05) after the chi-square statistical test was performed. It is recommended to the Aceh Tamiang Regional Hospital for the placement of the need for nurses to be adjusted in quantity and quality to increase job satisfaction of the nurses in charge, to conduct surveys and analysis of job satisfaction periodically for evaluation as a basis for improving and improving employee performance from the aspect of job satisfaction of nurses, and for other researchers. It is hoped that they can carry out more specific research with other factors that can lead to job satisfaction of nurses related to different methods and data analysis.

Pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah plastik semakin mengkhawatirkan apabila tidak ada usaha untuk mengatasinya. Masyarakat yang kurang pengetahuan dan berperilaku buruk dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dengan perilaku mengelola sampah plastik. Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Kedesen, Desa Kradenan, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi cross sectional, dengan sampel berjumlah 74 orang yang diambil secara secara acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Kai Kuadrat (X2). Penelitian menemukan sekitar 56,8% responden berpengetahuan tidak baik dan sekitar 60,8% responden berperilaku tidak baik. Analisis bivariat menunjukan hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dengan perilaku mengelola sampah plastik. Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dengan perilaku mengelola sampah plastik di Dusun Kedesen, Desa Kradenan, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2012.Pollution caused by plastic increase worrying if there is no attempt to resolve it. Lack of knowledge and poor people’s behavior in the management of plastic waste can cause environmental and health problems. Management of plastic waste can be started from each household who produce plastic waste. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the level of housewife’s knowledge with the behavior to manage of plastic waste at Kedesen, Kradenan Village, District Kaliwungu, Semarang in 2012. The study was analytic survey with cross-sectional design. Sample was 74 respondents with simple random sampling. Research tool used was a questionnaire. Analyzed used univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical test Chi Square(X2). The results showed 74 respondents obtained from 42 respondents (56.8%) are not well knowledgeable, 32 respondents (43.2%) both knowledgeable. There were 45 respondents (60.8%) did not have good behavior, while 29 respondents (39.2%) had good behavior. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with behavior of housewives in managing plastic waste at the hamlet Kedesen. Statistical results showed the value (p = 0.000) smaller than alpha (a = 0.05). There was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with behavior of housewife in managing plastic waste at Kedesen Hamlet, Village Kradenan, Kaliwungudistrict, Semarang regency in 2012.

ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION AND ATTITUDE WITH NURSE PERFORMANCE IN RSUD Dr.A.DADI TJOKRODIPO BANDAR LAMPUNG  Introduction: Performance is termed as job performance, in a broader sense, namely the results of work in quality, quantity, and timeliness achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties according to the responsibilities given. Almost all employee performance measurements consider the quantity, quality, and timeliness of work. Factors that affect performance include leadership, motivation, discipline and skills, and situational or work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational communication, leadership style, motivation, and attitude with the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020.Research Methods: The type of research used in this study is quantitative and the design in this study uses descriptive-analytic by using a cross-sectional approach, namely the researcher visits the respondents directly to collect data at that time. The population in this study were all nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020, totaling 98 respondents, the sample obtained was 78 people. In this study, the sampling technique used is the total population. Results: Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, there is a relationship between organizational communication (0.006), leadership (0.001), motivation (0.000), and attitude (0.002) with the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020. Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this study will become input so that RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung can provide training facilities and motivational seminars to improve the performance of nurses, as well as provide rewards to nurses who excel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 98 responden, sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 78 orang. Facilities are the important factor to determine patient satisfaction. The completeness of facilities also determine the assessment of patient satisfaction, such as health facilities both facilities and infrastructure, parking lots, comfortable waiting room and inpatient room space. To choose a product especially the product of service, where the completeness and adequacy of facitilies given will make consumer (patient) feel satisfied with the product which is used. The purpose is to know the correlation between the inpaient room facility and patient satisfaction and to identify distribution frequency of the facilities in inpatient room Vanda and Edelweis at Regional Public Hospital Bogor. This research uses Descriptive Quantitative Analytic with Cross Sectional research design. The method of sampling which used in this research is Random Sampling with the number of samples of 164 respondents which used by patient medical record. The instruments which used are questionnaire, while the data analysis technique which used are univariate and bivariate analysis by using Chi-Square statistical test. From 164 respondents with the inappropriate facilities that 104 respondents reached (63.4%), while patients were not satisfied with the existing facilities in Vanda and Edelweiss inpatient room at Regional Public Hospital Bogor, then 96 respondents (58.5%) while the facilities which did not suitable and the patients whom were dissatisfied are 68 respondents (41.5%). The result of statistical test using Chi-Square test obtained p value 0,029 (p <0,05) and value of OR 2,159. The conclusion of this research is, there are the relationship between the inpatient room facilities and patient satisfaction in vanda and edelweis room in Regional Public Hospital Bogor. Accordig to the research, the researcher recommends that is really expected this present research can give some inputs for Bogor government, especially for Regional Public Hospital of Bogor can Improving the quality of inpatient room facilities which are provided.

The problem that often arises in the implementation of nursing care is that many nurses have not done a complete documentation of nursing care. The provision of incentives is one of the factors that influence the performance of nurses in documentation. This study aimed to identify the relationship between incentives and nurses' performance in documenting nursing care at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The research design used a description of the correlation with the cross sectional approach. The population in the study were 56 nurses in the inpatient room. There were 56 respondents as total sampling for the sampling technique. Data collection tools used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. The statistical test used the chi square test. The results of the univariate analysis for the incentive variable the majority of incentives were classified as high as 69,6% and the performance of nurses in the complete documentation was 67.8%. From the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between the provision of incentives and the performance of nurses in documenting nursing care (p = 0.017; p <0.05). It is hoped that nurses will be able to complete documentation not only because of a high incentive, but it is a nurse's responsibility that must be carried out.     Abstrak Masalah yang sering muncul dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan adalah banyak perawat yang belum melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan secara lengkap. Pemberian insentif merupakan  salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan pemberian insentif dengan kinerja perawat  dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling sehingga  sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Uji statistik yang digunakan uji chi square.  Hasil dari analisa univariat untuk variabel pemberian insentif mayoritas pemberian insentif tergolong tinggi sebanyak 69,6% dan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian lengkap 67,8%. Dari hasil analisa bivariat yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pemberian insentif dengan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan (p=0,017 ; p<0,05). Diharapkan agar perawat mampu melakukan pendokumentasian yang lengkap bukan hanya karena adanya suatu insentif yang tinggi, tetapi menjadi  suatu tanggung jawab perawat yang harus dilaksanakan.

<p><em>Perawatan pada lansia di panti tresna werdha X dilakukan berdasarkan rutinitas kerja dan petugas belum mendapat pelatihan mengenai kebutuhan dasar lansia yang harus dipenuhi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti ingin mengetahui hubungan budaya kerja petugas panti menurut persepsi lansia dengan kejadian pengabaian di PSTW X Sumatera Barat. Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling, berjumlah 75. Uji statistik digunakan chi square dan regresi logistik. Hasil yang diperoleh seluruh lansia mengalami pengabaian; ada hubungan antara sikap terhadap apa yang dikerjakan, lingkungan pekerjaan; waktu dengan pengabaian lansia; Tidak ada hubungan antara perilaku ketika mengambil keputusan dengan pengabaian lansia. Sikap terhadap apa yang dikerjakan memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kejadian pengabaian lansia. Disimpulkan bahwa petugas harus lebih memahami tentang peran dan fungsinya sebagai pemberi pelayanan pada lansia. Direkomendasikan agar pejabat yang berwenang dapat menempatkan petugas panti sesuai dengan peran dan fungsi serta kewenangannya, dan merekrut perawat sesuai dengan kebutuhan panti.</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The nursing of elderly in </em><em>Tresna Werda X nursing home is mainly based on the workrout in and that the caregiver have not yet received training on the basic needs of the elderly that they should meet. Therefore, the researcher wanted to know the relations of the work culture of caregiver according to the elderly’s perception with the incidence of neglect in PSTW X West Sumatera. This study used Descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach. The method of sampling used total sampling, which amounts to 75. The statistical test used chi square and logistic regression. The results of the study show that all of the elderly experienced neglect; there is a relation between attitude towards what is conducted, work environment, time with elderly neglect; no relation between behavior in making decisions with elderly neglect. The attitude towards what is conducted has the most impacton the incidence of elderly neglect. It is concluded that the caregiver should have a better understanding on their roles and functions as the caregivers to the elderly. Moreover, it is recommended that the authorities should put nursing personnel in accordance with the roles, functions and competence, and recruit nurses in accordance with the needs of the nursing home.</em></p>

Hyperbilirubinemia is one of the clinical phenomena most often found in neonates occurring in the first week of life, which is also one of the factors causing infant death is influenced by the immature liver function of the baby to process erythrocytes (red blood cells), resulting in the accumulation of bilirubin. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of birth weight of infants with the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in RSUD dr. Ibnu Soetowo Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019. This study uses analytic methods with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all infants aged 0-7 days in the neonatal room at RSUD dr. Ibnu Soetowo Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019, with a random sampling. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using distribution tables and Chi-Square statistical tests, with a 95% confidence level. In the univariate analysis, of 203 respondents found 26.5% had hyperbilirubinemia and those without hyperbilirubinemia 72.5%, 24.6% of infants with LBW and non-LBW infants 75.4%. Bivariate analysis showed that there was an LBW relationship with the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia (p-value 0,000).

This study aimed to measure the incidence rate of brucellosis in dairy cattle at Batu City based onserological tests (seroprevalence) and to determine the relationship between the incidence ofbrucellosis and reproductive disorders. Cross-sectional epidemiological research was conducted todetermine the prevalence of brucellosis in dairy cows. Serum samples were obtained from 130dairy cows over 6 months of age, reproductive disorders data using a questionnaire on 21 farmers.Serological testing used the Rose Bengal Test (RBT) and continued with the Complement FixationTest (CFT). The data analysis used Pearson's Chi-Square correlation statistical test. Theseroprevalence of brucellosis at Batu City was 0.7%. The prevalence of reproductive disorders indairy cows was 29.2% consisted of 8.5% abortion and 20.8% repeated mating. There was acorrelation between brucellosis and the incidence of abortion (2 = 10.90; P<0.05) and a correlation between the incidence of abortion and the age more than 3 years (2 = 5.35; P<0.05). The conclusion of this study showed that the prevalence of brucellosis at Batu city was low (<2%).The results of this study could be used as the basis for implementing a vaccination program anderadicating brucellosis at East Java

The use of pantyliner is one of the causes of vaginal discharge because pads use dangerous chemicals for the bleaching process, which produce dioxins that can trigger vaginal discharge. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of sanitary napkins during menstruation in SMA. This study used a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 144 high school students, the sample in this study were 105 female students. The sampling technique used was proposive sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaires and forms related to data recording.
