This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance). In this study, samples taken are structural employees PT.centris Kingdom Taxi Yogyakarta. The analysis tool in this study using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The conclusion of this study showed that the variables of knowledge management has a significant influence on employee performance, competence variables have an influence on employee performance, motivation variables have an influence on employee performance, The analysis showed that the variables of knowledge management, competence, motivation on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge management, competence, motivation, employee performance.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Employee performance is one of the most important things to achieve company goals. With employee performance, company optimization can be realized. PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa's performance in 2019 experienced a decline in revenue so that the profit target generated was not maximized. In order to improve employee performance, the company must design a strategy to retain potential employees. One of them is the application of a talent management and knowledge management. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance through employee retention as intervening variable at PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa Divre I Medan. The research used descriptive quantitative approach and explanatory research method. The population in this research are permanent employees as many as 74 respondents, taken by using saturated sample with census sampling technique. The method in analyzing the data is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with using path analysis and Sobel test to test the significance of the intervening variable. The result of the research showed that talent management had positive and significant influence on employee retention, knowledge management had positive and significant influence on employee retention, employee retention had positive and significant influence on employee performance, talent management had positive and significant influence on employee performance, knowledge management had positive and significant influence on employee performance, talent management had positive and significant on employee performance through employee retention, and knowledge management had positive and significant on employee performance through employee retention. Knowledge management most dominantly affects employee retention and employee retention most dominantly affects employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline, (X3) Work Competence on (Y) Employee Performance pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Batang Hari. Day. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 53 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows: Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation of -0.272 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is smaller than ttable, it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Work Discipline obtained tcount value of 5,542 and ttable value of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. And for (X3) Work Competence obtained tcount of 3,805 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 75,665 and Ftable value of 2.79 because the Fcount value is greater Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.812 can be concluded the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Competence (X3) on Performance (Y) of 81.2% and 18.8% influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bahwa organisasi pembelajaran, dukungan sosial dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Mandiri Cabang Bekasi. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta verifikatif (regresi linier ganda). Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 55 responden yang merupakan pegawai di PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Cabang Bekasi. Organisasi pembelajaran, dukungan sosial, dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Organisasi pembelajaran, dukungan sosial dan motivasi kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.This research aims to find out that the organization of learning, social support and work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri Bekasi Branch. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach method and uses descriptive and verifiative analysis (double linear regression). The number of research samples as many as 55 respondents who are employees at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Bekasi Branch. Organizational learning, social support, and work motivation have a positive and also significant influence on employee performance. The organization of learning, social support and work motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The sample in this study was the total population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated samples). So that the sample is 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the Maros Regency Regional Secretariat employees.
