The article describes a clinical case of balantidiasis, an invasive protozoal zoonotic disease that is relatively rarely diagnosed in humans. The development of invasion is accompanied by serious risks of penetration of the pathogen into the tissues, as a rule, an erosive and ulcerative process develops in the large intestine. The relevance of invasion remains in modern civilization both in terms of the clinic and treatment, and the epidemiology of balantidiasis. Key words: infusoria, balantidium, infusory dysentery, protozoosis, human parasitic disease.

Purpose. To evaluate the clinical and functional results of the technique of transcleral fixation of the artificial iridochrustalic diaphragm during its decentration in a patient with aniridia and aphakia. Material and methods. Under observation was a 32-year-old patient K. with a diagnosis on the right eye: iridochrustalic diaphragm decentralization, posttraumatic aniridia, posttraumatic aphakia, who underwent a method of transcleral fixation of a displaced artificial iridochrustalic diaphragm developed at the Academician S. N. Fedorov Eye Microsurgery of the Moscow Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Results. Patient K. is subjectively satisfied with the visual functions obtained in the right eye. Conclusion. Thus, this clinical case demonstrates a very successful implementation of the fixation of the iridochrustalic diaphragm with its displacement to obtain satisfactory visual functions in the patient. Key words: aniridia, iridochrustalic diaphragm, transcleral fixation.

The diabetic foot can be treated only if you know how to work as a team and the diabetologist, the natural referent of the clinical case, has to create a multiprofessional/multidisciplinary team that can manage the patient to prevent injuries and treat them if they show up. The creation of structured diagnostic-therapeutic paths guarantees a better coordination of the professional figures involved, optimizes the management of the direct and indirect resources required to manage such a clinically challenging complication. After many years of activity we have built a solid integration between diabetologist and orthopedic, between hospital and territory and we have simplified a complex path. The fulcrum of this activity is the joint orthopaedic clinic that guarantees the correct care of the patient and allows the professional growth of the whole team. KEY WORDS diabetic foot; integrated management; PDTA; team.

Purpose. To evalute the effective of the proposed volume of surgical treatment for the progressive course of infant esotropia. Material and мethods. A premature baby with congenital esotropia, which was diagnosed at the sith month of life. The patient was assigned a spectacle correction taking into account the par of ametropia and constant alternating occlusion. In connection with the subsequent increase in horizontal esodeviation and the appearance of a paretic component, a bilateral recession of the internal rectus muscle by 5mm was carried out in combination with an injection of Botox in a volume of 2.0. IU. Results and discussion. After the first stage of surgical treatment, a stable decrease of horizontal esodeviation and an increase of the amount of abduction were achieved. Conclusion. Bilateral combined weakening of medial rectus muscles (classical recession and chemorecession) allows to achieve predicted good results in case of large strabismus angles, combined with limi of abduction. Key words: congenital esotropia, chemodenervation, chemorecession.

Four Holstein steers with cannulae in the rumen, proximal duodenum (PD) and terminal ileum (TI) were fed diets containing: (1) no added Mo or S; (2) Mo added at 10 mg kg−1; (3) S added at 3.0 g kg−1; and (4) Mo and S added at 10 mg and 3.0 g kg−1, respectively, in a Latin square design. Effects of Mo and S on minerals in the digestive tract of steers were evaluated. The solubility of Cu was lower with Mo (P < 0.01) and S (P < 0.01) at the PD and TI, and with Mo plus S (P < 0.05) at the TI. With Mo more (P = 0.07) Cu tended to be excreted in feces. Effects of Mo: Mn, reduced (P < 0.05) input to stomach region and higher (P < 0.01) absorption distal to PD; Zn, lower (P < 0.01) solubility at TI with less (P < 0.05) absorbed from large intestine (LI); Fe, more (P = 0.06) absorbed from LI with lower (P < 0.01) fecal excretion; P, lower (P < 0.05) input to stomach region with a tendency for less (P = 0.08) absorbed from small intestine (SI); Na, less (P < 0.05) absorbed from LI; K, lower (P < 0.05) apparent digestibility. Effects of S: Mn, slight tendency for higher (P = 0.10) absorption distal to PD; Zn, lower (P < 0.05) solubility at PD; P, less (P < 0.05) absorbed from SI and LI; Mg, tendency for less (P = 0.07) absorbed from stomach region and trend for more (P = 0.08) absorbed distal to PD. Minerals other than Cu were influenced by Mo and S in the digestive tract of cattle. Key words: Cattle, molybdenum, sulfur, digestion, minerals

The literature has a lot of descriptions of the spontaneous disappearance of herniated discs. This article presents a clinical case of conservative treatment of sequestered disc herniation applying a complex of drug treatment and kinesitherapy. After 5 months a positive trend was observed against the background of conservative treatment. A year later, there was a lack of clinical symptoms and, according to MRI, and positive dynamics in the form of a decrease in the caudal sequestration of L5-S1 to symmetrical circular protrusion (hollow capsule effect). Key Words: sequestered disc herniation, drug treatment, kinesitherapy, MRI.

Devergie disease, or pityriasis rubra pilaris, is a poorly studied and rare disease, which prevalence is estimated at about 1 in 400 thousand. The article provides relevant data on the classification of Devergie disease, features of the course and clinical manifestations of each of the 6 types of the disease, as well as the ap-proximate occurrence of these types. Erythroderma can occur in Devergie disease, but data on the incidence of this manifestation vary significantly. The article presents a clinical case of type 1 Devergie disease. This case is of particular interest, since the disease began not according to the classical scheme, i.e., with appearance of an erythematous spot, but with extensive areas of erythroderma. This case is intended to draw attention to the fact that dermatological diseases do not always develop in a typical way, and the correct diagnosis often requires a histological examination. Key words: pityriasis rubra pilaris, Devergie disease, erythroderma, clinical case. For citation: Plieva K.T., Denisova E.V., Bobrov M.A. et al. Rare dermatological diseases: Devergie disease.
