This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Work Stress and Burnout on the Performance of Nurses at the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang branch - Sidoarjo. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The samples used in this study were 67 nurses at the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang branch - Sidoarjo. The analysis used is the multiple linear regression test ,F test, t test,  multiple correlation coefficient test (R), and the coefficient of determination test (R2) which is tested using  SPSS version 18.0 for windows. This primary data is obtained from a questionnaire whose test uses a Likert scale that is tested for validity and reliability and the data is declared valid and reliable. The results of this study prove that Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Work Stress and Burnout simultaneously significantly influence Nurse’s Performance. Organizational Culture has a significant partial effect on Nurse Performance, Organizational Commitment has a Significant Partial effect on  Nurse Performance, Work Stress has a Significant Partial effect on Nurse Performance, and Burnout has a Significant negative Partial effect on Nurse Performance. Besides the variable Organizational Commitment has the most significant influence on the performance of nurses at the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang branch - Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was 63 employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Palu. The results of regression analysis show that the work environment, work culture, job satisfaction, and job stress partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and work discipline do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The results can be used as a source of information in determining company policies to improve employee performance. In addition, these findings can be used as a reference for further research interested in discussing employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative design. The population of this study were permanent and contract employees at the front office of Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous Significance Test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 4.609 with a sig value of 0.017, which means that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect, although not significant. R Square value of 0.224 which means that employee performance is influenced by leadership style and work stress by 22.4%, while the remaining 77.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. The purpose of this study is 1. To analyze work motivation on employee performance 2. To analyze work performance with employees 3. To analyze employee performance at Pizza Hut Merr Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed by 47 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study showed the effect of the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) showed a significant amount of 0,000. And Job stress variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) shows no significant value of 0.083.The results of this study indicate that compared to work stress, intrinsic motivation has a stronger dancer on employee performance at Pizza Hut Merr Surabaya.

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM.        The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang.        The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty.        Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.

This study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Benua Penta Global Medan. The research approach here is based on a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly. The population used is employees as many as 137 people and the sample of this study amounted to 102 people obtained from the slovin formula. This research model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R square is 0.283 which means that it implies that the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance is 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as competence, work stress, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Performance.
