Kongkil music was created in 1933 by Eyang Toinangun as a means of gathering the people of Bungkal Village as an effort to resist the Dutch invaders. Kongkil music is an ensemble consisting of instruments of kongkil, kedhang, saron, kethuk, kenong, kempul and gong. In the beginning, Kongkil's music brought songs created by its members with the theme of passion-building, because there was no legacy of the old repertoire of the predecessors. There was an innovation in the form of repertoire changes since 1975, namely bringing dolanan gendhing. Around 2000, Kongkil's music was in a vacuum, then it was revived in 2012 with a new repertoire that presented lancaran and langgam gendhing. The research entitled "The Form and Change of Kongkil Music Function in Bungkal Village, Ponorogo Regency" uses the concept of Edy Sedyawati's thought that changes in social structure and values will cause physical changes and the role of art itself in society. It also causes changes in the structure of forms. These changes cannot be avoided if the art is willing to live within the society. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods.  From this study, it found several things related to the Kongkil Martapura music group, including: (1) History and regeneration of the Kongkil Martapura music group, (2) the forms of performances, instruments and repertoires presented, (3) the factors driving changes in function and its impact on intellectuals and contextual.

The procurement of an apartment is strengthened by Sales and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) between the buyer and the developer, but the practice in the field are often found that developers does not handover the physical terms in accordance with the agreed time (default/breach of contract), and resulting in losses for the buyer. This study aims to determine the responsibility of the developer to the buyer due to default/breach pf contract matter and legal protection for the buyer in terms of buying Pluit Sea View apartments based on Sale and Purchase agreement. Research data were analyzed using descriptive-qualitative analysis methods which were tested with legal norms. The result of analysis shows that: 1. PT.  Binakarya Bangun Propertindo (as developer) does not fulfill their responsibilities as in agreement of the PPJB regarding the rights of consumers. 2. Weak of Consumer Protection Sarusun Belonging to Pluit View Sea , as consumer do not have bargaining positions.

One interesting aspect of the Revolution of 1911 in China was the role of the new-style army. The new-style troops, as one category of revolutionary activists distinct from the civilian radical intellectuals, determined the opening phase of the revolution, initiating the Wuchang uprising and bringing pressure to bear on most of the provincial leaders. Their contribution was the physical strength which the revolutionary intellectuals, who provided the ideology, lacked. The army played its vital role, not in the beginning of the revolutionary movement, but at a later stage when the prevailing order had been discredited and the imperial government had lost the allegiance of the people. Indeed, the success of the revolution reflected the interaction between revolutionary ideas and military power.

Abstract Perception in relation to environment, which is process by individuals organize and interpret the impression of their senses to give meaning to their environment. With the perception, attitude will be formed which stable tendency to act in certain situations. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of the people in Malaysia towards to waste management which seen from the role of the people in waste management, the motivation of the people to participate and the activities of people participation in waste management. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interview, and documentation study techniques in data collection. The results of the analysis of this study are: a) public perception of waste management in Malaysia b) efforts made by the government in relation to waste management in Malaysia c) impact of increasing waste production in Malaysia. This research aims to extract the story or take the essence from folklore the <em>Lancang Kuning</em> its scientific literacy value for thematic learning in primary school. Scientific literacy is an understanding of science and its application to the needs of the community. The method used is the descriptive qualitative analysis of interviews and documentation strategies and evaluation of data. Results from this research that obtain it some value in scientific literacy in the people story <em>Lancang Kuning</em> text that can then be applied in teaching in primary school using thematic learning. From these results, it can be concluded that since time immemorial been their aspects of scientific literacy are taught parents to their children either through folklore or of other matters related to culture.

The icon in liturgy, liturgy on the icon.The icon in liturgical space The article presents the position of icon in the sacred space of the Orthodox church and its function in liturgy of the Byzantine rite. In the beginning a rich theology of icon was outlined and its importance in Eastern tradition. In the Eastern Church the icon is considered as a window to heaven, a special sacrament of God’s presence – Christ, Mary and saints among the people. Equally important is the role of illustrating and revealing a dogma, a didactic explanation of the Church’s teaching to the faith-ful. These functions the icon plays mostly within the temple, mainly during liturgy, which celebrated on the earth is also considered as an image – an icon of celestial liturgy. Through the article a reader is made familiar with the iconographic plan of the church and the arrangement of the icons according to the strictly observed pattern. It becomes more comprehensive in the context of liturgical action, when the icon plays a very important role. For that reason the particular parts of Divine Liturgy (Eucha-rist) are described with regard to the role of icons within the celebration. Eventually the paper presents several icons of a strictly liturgical character, that have started to appear within the church since the 9th century. Finding a right place within the sacred space, the icons have affirmed their liturgical flavour and assured about their exceptional meaning in life, liturgy and ecclesial spirituality of the Byzantine rite.

This research aims to know the act of Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo to improve people pass through education and cultural missionary endeavour for better ahead. The method of this research is a descriptive qualitative method, interview, and observation altogether. According to the research, Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo does within the superior program to improve the people through education and cultural missionary endeavour that carried out together in that organization. Muhammadiyah is one of the most bigger religion organization and owned a lot of congregants all around Indonesia. With based on Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar, a congregant of Muhammadiyah can be said that quite successful in several sectors, for example, in the economy sector, education, and enlightenment sector. The purpose of this research is to know about history, society condition, tradition, culture, and the situation in Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo and also to know the programs, challenges, and the breakthroughs inside the Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo. This research use the interview method as the main method and continued by observation to endue and maximize the result of thiss research. The result that be found from this research include the history about establishment of Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo, the programs, society condition, the breakthroughs of Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo to confront any challenge, and also the way Ranting Muhammadiyah Jemundo did to enlight and to properous people’s life.

The outbreak of Covid-19 in Mandailing Natal has caused several problems in the economic, educational and social fields. The problems that occur certainly really need the role of Baznas in overcoming them. The purpose of this research is to find out how the distribution of zakat in the process of preventing Covid-19 in Mandailing Natal and to know the perspective of maqashid sharia on this distribution. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method in the review of maqashid sharia. The results of the research show that the zakat distribution mechanism is carried out by means of Baznas actively engaging the community to call for zakat, it is even recommended to the public to take part in paying without having to be visited by Baznas or other policies including the muzakki's own workplace. Zakat distributed is not only in the form of money or food but is adjusted to the needs of the people affected by Covid-19 and is distributed periodically and Baznas is actively monitoring and evaluating the program. Zakat as an Islamic fiscal instrument has helped ease the burden on people affected by Covid. Consumptive zakat or productive zakat can be a mental solution and make the mustahik prosperous. Zakat together with its derivatives has brought enormous benefits to affected communities or other mustahiks. Zakat can guarantee the continuity of life in various aspects including maintaining life, property, religion, reason and of course zakat is the main object of maqashid sharia towards a prosperous society

This research background is the presence of persons with diffability in the Malioboro area who have not benefited from tourism activities , so that make people with diffability only show their limitations,  in addition  the difficulties  for persons with diffability have an impact on their  welfare. The Yogyakarta Government has an ambition to make Yogyakarta as an accessible city, to realizing that, the Malioboro Technical Implementation Unit has the duty to empower the community in the  Malioboro area according to its role.The objectives of this study are : 1) How the role of the involvement of Malioboro Technical Implementation Unit for People with diffability  and 2) What is the strategy of empowering people with diffability by stakeholders in the Malioboro tourism area. The analysis in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis in reviewing the role of a technical unit to manage the  Malioboro area, called  Unit Pengelola Teknis (UPT) Malioboro involved in existing conditions and SOAR analysis of identified strengths, opportunities, expectations and results to be achieved. This research located in the Malioboro area, there is  a lot of people with diffability who have not paid enough attention to location.The results of the study show that the Malioboro Technical Implementation Unit has not carried out its duties in the field of empowerment and taking care of the of people with diffability.  The involvement is considered low, in addition,  the research indicates that many persons with diffability hope to be accommodated to receive the same tourism benefits, and are expected to be strongly involved in the future.  Keyword:  Diffability, Empowerment, Technical Implementation Unit Malioboro

This research is to serve the information on the role of productive zakat empowerment that affects the success of mustahik efforts by IZI LAZ Surabaya. This research uses the qualitative research method, which is narrative descriptive with a study case research technique. This research object is the alms empowerment program by IZI LAZ Surabaya. It is located in Kalipare village, Malang, Jawa Timur. The result of this research shows that the empowerment by IZI affects mustahik’s development. In the beginning, the mustahik in Kalipare, Malang are lack of employment. With the shuttlecock industry that is empowered by IZI LAZ Surabaya, they managed to lure the people and open new employments for mustahik in Kalipare.Keyword: Empowerment, Productive zakat, Mustahik
