The research objectives are to determine and analyze the role of principal leadership in increasing teacher creativity at SMK Negeri 1 Al-Mubarkeya Ingin Jaya and to find out and analyze teacher creativity in improving student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Al-Mubarkeya Ingin Jaya. This study used a qualitative approach using purposive sampling technique to determine informants and data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The role of principal as education leader in increasing the creativity of teachers in State Vocational High School I Al-Mubarkeya Ingin Jaya, Aceh Besar District, still has several shortcomings. This can be seen from the indicators that the principal as an educator is still not maximal in guiding teachers to prepare learning tools. The principal as a supervisor is still not able to prepare a supervision program properly, because he does not do classification of problems and check the correctness of the problem. The implementation of supervision is still constrained by curriculum differences. The principal as a leader also still has shortcomings so that it has implications for the level of creativity guru in improving student learning outcomes. Teacher There are still those who have difficulty in formulating and classifying specific instructional goals to develop students' attitudes, knowledge, and skills.

Abstract: At school, the Educator figure is the key person. The teacher has the moral right to guide and direct students to become knowledgeable human beings in the future. The desired goals for the process, the results of the work of students and have different for each individual. Different positive and negative traits for the development of student learning. Problems that occur in the world of education, especially problems that occur in individual students that affect the learning process. This study aims to examine the variables in the study that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely whether there is an influence of PAI Teacher Creativity (), and Student Learning Outcomes (), on Student Resilience (Y). Sampling in this study was conducted with a random sampling technique with a total of 294 students from a population of 1900 students at SMK 5 Jember. The analysis carried out using regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the help of the Statistical Statistical Package for Science (SPSS) software version 23. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect between the variables of educational teacher creativity and student learning outcomes on student resilience. Thus the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers and student learning outcomes has a considerable contribution to student resilience, so teachers are needed and the values ​​obtained are good, it will make the process of student resilience both inside and outside the school environment.

Abstract The purpose of this study to reveal the contribution of teachers' professional competence and creativity of students jointly or individually on learning outcomes. The population of this study amounted to 92 peoples and the sample totaled 48 peoples. Random sampling technique (Simple Random Sampling). The data was taken from the results of the student learning of subject teachers Basic Electrical Electronics, data professional competence of teachers and creativity of students were collected through  questionnaires that were distributed to the students. Data were considered to meet the assumptions and requirements analysis, results showed that (1) the professional competence of teacher and creativity of students jointly contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of 38.57%, (2) the professional competence of teachers contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of 16.4%, (3) creativity of students contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of 12.5 %. It can be concluded that the professional competence of teacher and creativity of students jointly and individually contribute to the learning outcomes. Key Word : Student Perceptions About Professional Competence Teacher, Creativity Student, Learning Outcomes.

This article reviews literature related to school principals and their role in improving student learning outcomes, by presenting and providing many information and evidence provided by academic research related to the principals and their role in student achievement. The article emphasizes that the managers are able to play a positive role in improving students’ achievement and results. Although the academic materials indicate indirect influence of managers on student achievement, this indirect influence is important and necessary and contributes greatly to the development of the students and to raising their achievements.

The chapter aims to explore the various models proposed in the literature related with the impact of school leadership on student academic achievement. In doing so, and drawing mainly from the mediate and indirect models, the chapter also discusses the role of various intermediate/moderate variables that facilitate the impact of principal leadership on student-learning outcomes. Results from a qualitative exploratory study that took place in Cyprus are also presented. This study developed a framework of school principals' actions and strategies that teachers considered as effective in relation to improving their quality of teaching and student outcomes. Some of the problems related with measuring the impact of school leadership on student achievement, such as issues of conceptual and operational definitions of school leadership and methodological issues in research design are also elaborated. Finally, implications for policy and practice on school leadership are discussed and suggestions for future research are provided.

The implementation of the Education Policy in the Covid-19 Emergency Period requires educators to carry out a learning innovation, namely self-directed learning based on digital literacy. This progress has presented both challenges and opportunities for human life. Humans can enjoy the convenience of accessing information and can enjoy the facilities of digital technology freely. Digital literacy needs to be developed in the world of education today to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the application of digital literacy on improving the learning outcomes of students of the Social Science Education Department, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, in the Development of Learning Resources and Media Courses at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research uses quantitative methods with a simple linear regression approach. The research data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was distributed to 77 samples from 152 populations with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained R of 0.667, which indicates that the relationship between the application of digital literacy (variable X) and learning outcomes (Variable Y) is strong. The results of the F test prove that F 68,688> F 4.39, then the alternative hypothesis (H) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H) is rejected. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that the application of digital literacy has an influence on improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to create and develop learning media using Adobe Flash Flayer software in economics class X IIS MAN 1 Padang Lawas which can be used to support learning so as to assist teachers in delivering learning materials. This research is a development research with ADDIE development model. In addition, this study was also conducted to determine the interaction of Self Efficacy with the use of media in improving student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Padang Lawas. The sampling technique was carried out by cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study are learning media with Adobe Flash Player Software developed that meet the eligibility requirements (valid) to be used as learning media in economics subjects for class X IIS. The product developed, based on an assessment of the media aspect, learning design and material aspects carried out by experts as well as responses or responses from students obtained an average percentage of 86.33% feasibility level so that the conclusion belongs to the "Very Eligible" category. There is an interaction between learning media and Self Efficacy on students' economic learning outcomes.

This article aims to find out: 1) what is the role of parents on student learning outcomes? 2) what is the role of parents in online learning ?, 3) What are the efforts made by parents in improving student learning outcomes in online learning ?. Parents are one of the people who are very responsible in the process of children's education. The active role of parents during the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing online learning will have an impact on student learning outcomes. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods and in data collection using the phenomenological method and the research subjects are parents. From the research that has been carried out, the results of this study are: The role of parents on student learning outcomes is very important, with the responsibility of that person, student learning outcomes will affect especially learning outcomes related to affective and psychomotor, parental war in learning online during the Covid-19 pandemic is very influential and very important, with the role of parents in this online learning, the child will complete the task that has been given, and the child's ability to continue to develop even though not with the accompanying teacher. The efforts made by parents are always to motivate and encourage children to be able to carry out online learning.

This study aims to measure the increase in student learning outcomes from cognitive aspects and student activity between active quiz type learning methods and conventional methods. The sampling technique is non-random sampling. Data was collected using the pre-test and post-test for cognitive aspects while the affective aspects used the observation. Analysis of the data used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis test used is a two-party t test. The results show that tcount= 7.273 > ttable= 2.01 at a significant level of 5%. It means that there are significant differences for cognitive aspects between learning outcomes using the team quiz type and conventional methods of active learning methods. Overall the team quiz method is more effective for improving student learning outcomes from cognitive aspects, and student activities.
