Abstrack : The training carried out at CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai is a tridharma of community service in understanding computer assembly for employees of CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai in installing computer hardware and software, where the quality of employees is very influential on human resources that can be used as a benchmark in mastery of assembly. As is known CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai is engaged in trade and services and this is a benchmark for employees in knowing or understanding the main parts of a computer. The computer assembly training activities are presented in the form of explanations, video screenings, discussions and practice in the field. The benefits derived from this activity include being able to assemble computers and computer parts, so that employees work according to their field of expertise and can master proper assembly techniques. It shows the employees CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai is very proficient in recognizing hardware and software, so that consumers are satisfied with the performance of employees.Keyword : computer assembly; hardware; softwareAbstrak : Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai dalam melakukan instalasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, dimana kualitas karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada sumber daya manusia yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penguasaan perakitan. Sebagaimana diketahui CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai bergerak dalam perdagangan dan jasa dan ini merupakan tolak ukur karyawan dalam mengetahui atau pun memahami tentang bagian-bagian utama komputer. Kegiatan pelatihan perakitan komputer tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk penjelasan, pemuataran video, diskusi dan praktek dilapangan. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini anatara lain dapat melakukan perakitan komputer dan bagian-bagian komputer, sehingga karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan dapat menguasai teknik merakit secara tepat. Ini menunjukkan para karyawan CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai sangat mahir dalam mengenal perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan kinerja para karyawan.Keyword : perakitan komputer; perangkat keras; perangkat lunak

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. State financial reformation, which was followed by the issuance of Accrual-based GovernmentAccounting Standards (SAP), and the Village Law that strongly influenced the teaching skill ofgovernment accounting in Indonesia. This development requires the availability of competent humanresources to participate directly and actively in managing government finances so that goodgovernance in government sector is achieved. Human Resources who are competent in managingstate finances are produced from educational institutions where the teacher is one of the factors thathas the most significant contribution. Therefore, in relation to the development of governmentaccounting today, it is necessary to conduct government accounting training for accounting teachers.The implementation of Community Service activities is carried out by using lecture methods, tutorials,and discussions. Activities have been carried out properly as expected. The training activities werecarried out with the number of 25 (twenty five) participants in accounting teachers in SMA and SMKin Jayapura City, Jayapura Regency, and Keerom Regency. The training was carried out with tutorialand discussion methods as much as 60% of all training and problem training / practice activities asmuch as 40%. Participants feel they have benefited from the activities they have carried out.

This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare  in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

The sub-district office is a government institution that uses letter media in delivering information or activities carried out to support government programs. Writing official letters is one of the activities in administration that can help smooth the activities of the administration. Therefore, writing official letters is very important to be understood by all sub-district office employees to support the administrative work process. The purpose of this service activity is to find out the understanding of writing official letters of the Gunungtanjung District Office of Tasikmalaya District and to find out an increase in understanding of writing official letters of the Gunungtanjung District Office in Tasikmalaya District. The implementation of Community Service activities is packaged using a workshop approach. The activity was carried out using the method of lecture, discussion and practice. The achievement of the training activities was the increasingly motivated sub-district office staff to improve their competence and professionalism in writing official letters. The quality of official letters that have been produced by employees of the Gunungtanjung District Office in Tasikmalaya Regency has also increased as explained below. 20 official letters with very good categories, 7 official letters with good categories, and 3 official letters classified as sufficient (score <70). The training activities benefited the participants and were expected to improve the quality of services in the Gunungtanjung District Office in Tasikmalaya Regency.Keywords: official letter, sub-district employee.�ABSTRAK�Kantor kecamatan merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang menggunakan media surat dalam menyampaikan informasi atau kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan guna mendukung program pemerintah. Penulisan surat dinas merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam administrasi yang dapat membantu kelancaran aktivitas bidang administrasi. Oleh karena itu, penulisan surat dinas sangat penting dipahami oleh semua pegawai kantor kecamatan untuk mendukung proses kerja administrasi. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemahaman penulisan surat dinas pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman penulisan surat dinas pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini dikemas dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Pencapaian� dari kegiatan pelatihan ialah semakin termotivasinya para pegawai kantor kecamatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitasnya dalam penulisan surat dinas. Kualitas surat dinas yang telah dihasilkan oleh para pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya juga mengalami peningkatan sebagaimana uraian berikut. 20 surat dinas dengan kategori sangat baik, 7 surat dinas dengan kategori baik, dan 3 surat dinas tergolong katerori cukup (skor < 70). Kegiatan pelatihan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh para peserta dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.

This community service tries to identify, analyze and solve financial report problems for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village, Serang Banten. As a village that is in its infancy, Sindangsari Village requires the intervention of academics to improve the quality of human resources in accordance with the existing potential. The basic problem for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village is the low knowledge of financial reports and taxation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village. This community service is carried out using persuasive methods for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tenjoayu Village, lectures, and field practice. This activity aims to improve the quality of human resources in Micro.

This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

AbstrakKriya mempunyai cakupan yang sangat luas salah satunya adalah   kriya kayu, dimana   konsentrasi penggunaan bahan baku utamanya   didominasi   bahan baku kayu. Diantara keragaman produk kriya kayu adalah produk kerajian sangkar burung. Dari data yang ada diketahui bahwa dalam 10 tahun terakhir telah mengalami booming. Hal ini karena banyaknya muncul peternak burung sebagai komoditi perdagangan maupun banyaknya komunitas-komunitas pecinta burung baik dari kalangan masyarakat ekonomi lemah hingga masyarakat menengah dan atas. Kebutuhan sangkar burung meningkat dengan pesat hampir merata di setiap daerah dan berdampak pula muncul sentra kerajinan sangkar burung sebagai kantong penghasil sangkar burung. Salah satunya sentra kerajinan sangkar burung di kalurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari, Surakarta. Terdapat  beberapa permasalahan  yang  menjadikendala di sentra kerajinan sangkar burung di kalurahan Kadipiro Surakarta, diantaranya adalah; Tidak mampu memproduksi dalam waktu yang singkat, tidak adanya standarisasi produk fungsional, kurangnya tenaga kerja trampil dalam mengembangkan produk. Tidak ada produk dengan branded tertentu sehingga mudah ditiru. Berpijak dari permasalahan dan kondisi di sentra kerajinan sangkar burung Kadipiro  maka  dilakukan kegiatan peningkatan pengembangan produk sangkar burung melalui program PPM, dengan target pengusaha bernama Yudi Haryadi yang saat ini sedang merintis kerajinan sangkar burung bernama “Carisa Sangkar” . Fokus dari kegiatan PPM ini lebih diarahkan pada pada aspek peningkatan kualitas produk karya kriya kayu khususnya sangkar burung dengan pembuatan desain yang baik sampai  menjadi  prototype.  Kemudian  dilakukan  penguatan sumber  daya  manusia, melalui pendampingan lapangan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan sekaligus secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Kata kunci : Kriya,  kreativitas, sangkar burung, sistem produksi AbstractCraft has a very broad scope one of which is wood craft, where the concentration of the use of raw materials  is mainly  dominated by  wood raw  materials. Among the  wood craft  products are  bird cage. It is known that in the last 10 years becoming the peak season. This is due to the large number of bird breeders emerging as trade commodities as well as the many bird-loving communities from among the economically weak to the middle and upper classes. The need for bird cages is rapidly increasing almost evenly in every area and the impact is also emerging centers of bird cage crafts as bird cage producers. One  is a bird cage craft center in Kadipiro , Banjarsari, Surakarta. There are a number of problems that have become obstacles in the bird cage handicraft center in Kadipiro Surakarta, including not able to produce in a short time, there is no standardization of functional products, lack of skilled workforce in developing products. There is no specific branded product so it is easy to imitate. Based on the problems and conditions in the Kadipiro bird cage craft, activities to improve the development of bird cage products through the community service , with the target of a businessman named Yudi Haryadi who is currently pioneering a bird cage craft called “Carisa Cage”. Improving the quality of wood craft products, especially birdcages by making good designs to become prototypes. Then do strengthening human resources, through field assistance, which is expected to increase sales and at the same time indirectly improve community welfare.Keywords: crafts, creativity, bird cage, production system

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berjudul “Meningkatkan Kepemimpinan dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Usaha Keripik Pisang Pada Member Galery UMKM Rangkasbitung”. Setiap usaha yang dilakukan selain dari tekad yang kuat dalam membentuk usaha, juga membutuhkan sikap dalam kepemimpinan untuk usahanya. Dengan jiwa kepemimpinan, maka usaha yang ditekuni akan lebih terarah dan mudah dalam menjalankan usahanya. Kepemimpinan perlu dibentuk dalam sebuah usaha. Dalam mengontrol, mengelola dan juga menentukan hasil usahanya akan lebih efisien dan efektif jika ada yang memimpin dalam usahanya tersebut. Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah pendekatan terencana untuk mengelola orang secara efektif demi kinerja. MSDM sebagai metode mengintegrasikan dan memelihara pekerja dalam suatu organisasi sehingga organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan dan memenuhi tujuan yang didirikan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membangun gaya manajemen yang lebih terbuka, fleksible dan peduli sehingga staf akan termotivasi, dikembangkan dan dikelola dengan cara yang dapat dan akan memberikan yang terbaik untuk mendukung misi organisasi. Kegiatan pelatihan atau konsultasi manajemen pengusaha keripik pisang sangat cocok dan relevan bagi pemeringkatan Galery UMKM, dan merupakan kegiatan bermanfaat yang dapat memperkuat kemampuan kelompok Galery UMKM untuk membentuk budaya kelompok yang lebih terbuka dan menjalankan usaha keripik pisang secara adil dan mandiri, dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat atau Kelompok Galery UMKM Karangsbitung.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, UMKM, Usaha Keripik PisangCommunity Service entitled "Improving Leadership and Quality of Human Resources in Banana Chips Business at Rangkasbitung UMKM Gallery Members". Parenting patterns depend on how a family environment forms rules (behavior, norms and values) that must be obeyed by family members. This parenting pattern is formed by parents consisting of fathers and mothers to provide education to their children so that it can imprint on the child and make characteristics and personal for the child. So the mayor of Surabaya held the Kampung'e Arek Suroboyo education village competition which was one of the Surabaya City Government's programs in promoting the development of the quality of human resources (HR). Thus mandating "the community is obliged and responsible for the protection of children through the activities of the community's role in the implementation of child protection. The conclusion of this community service activity is the creation of this Education Village aims to create an educational, safe, comfortable, friendly, healthy, creative, creative environment and literacy for the child's growth and development process in community support that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights and seeks optimal child protection.

This community service aims to overcome one of the problems of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Sirnajaya Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency, West Java. The problem is that the quality of human resources is low in motivation and competence so that many of the businesses that are run do not operate well, one of which is the business of selling gasoline through mini gas stations. Efforts have been made to improve the operation of the mini gas station business by providing training to improve the quality of human resources in terms of financial literacy and increasing economic impetus in Sirnajaya Village. The training was given to several BUMDes management and meru is a collaboration with the Indonesian Smart Bear Foundation.
