This study wants to see the effect of BK on overcoming student learning difficulties at MTs Daruth Tholibiin Nganjuk. Learning difficulties are naturally experienced by all students, but not all schools or teachers are able to help students overcome these problems. Almost all schools also have counselling guidance teachers. However, in practice, BK teachers also have differences in dealing with student problems. Because of different cultures, habits and situations. In this study using a qualitative approach, because the qualitative approach has characteristics including natural setting and researchers as key instruments, descriptive research and inductive data analysis. In collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. From this study, it can be concluded how the teacher guidance and counselling strategy in overcoming the learning difficulties of MTs Daruth Tholibiin students. Guidance and counselling (BK) teacher strategies in helping students overcome learning difficulties are carried out through classical learning orientation and information during one hour of learning, holding counselling in a special room for guidance and counselling services, conducting case conferences and holding follow-up in collaboration with teachers in the field of study and parents of students.

This study aims to analyze the learning difficulties of planes materials of grade VII SMPN 1 Suralaga East Lombok.  This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative approach to describe and describe phenomena by paying attention to characteristics, quality and interrelationship between activities. Data analysis is conducted through the stages (1) identifying and grouping student errors in answering questions about flat wakeups, (2) Analyzing student error errors. The subject of this study was a grade VII student of SMPN 1 Suralaga who numbered 25 people. The research instrument used is a description test of planes material. The researchers showed that the percentage of students who answered correctly was still low. The 5 questions that must be completed, the percentage of students who answered the correct questions in a row was 48%, 32%, 44%, 35% and 40%. The results of the analysis showed that students had difficulty in solving flat wake problems, including (1) difficulties in the use of concepts, (2) difficulties in the use of principles, (3) difficulty solving problems Kata kunci: analisis, bangun datar, kesulitan

There have been many attempts to prepare teachers to become professionals. The fact shows that not all teachers have a good performance in carrying out their duties. Supervision, which is assumed to be a teacher guidance service, is expected to advance and develop teaching so that teachers can teach well and impact student learning. The research aims to improve teacher performance through academic supervision by the principal at SDN 7 Sungai Ambawang. The research method used was descriptive research, with school action research with a collaborative nature with the teacher. The subjects in this study were 18 teachers at SDN 7 Sungai Ambawang, Sungai Ambawang District. Data collection technique in this study was measurement technique and the instrumentl used was the observation sheet. This study's results are as follows: The first finding, the teacher's performance increases in doing learning planning. The second finding, the teacher's performance increases in carrying out learning. The third finding, the teacher's performance increases in assessing student learning achievement. To improve teacher performance at SDN 7 Sungai Ambawang has been done well. Researchers provide motivation, guidance, and direction to teachers to compile complete teaching administration and teaching planning through academic supervision to produce higher quality learning. (2) In the implementation of academic supervision to improve teacher performance at SDN 7 Sungai Ambawang, almost all of the 18 teachers could carry out learning well. Academic supervision activities can increase teacher competence in preparing and implementing learning well, creatively, and fun.

The Impact

Before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, Indonesia's tourism development had a strategic meaning when viewed from multiple aspects. However, in March 2020, the condition has now turned around. Tourism is one of the hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, including tourism in Singkawang City, Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Singkawang City's tourism political policy in dealing with the impact of Covid-19. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The researcher collected primary and secondary data through interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out in systematic stages, starting from presenting the data that had been collected, summarizing, and making conclusions. The researcher found that the tourism policy of Singkawang City in dealing with the impact of Covid-19 was implemented through the Regional Representative Council on the new normal economy; refocusing budget reallocation; the implementation of leading tourism events according to health protocols; implementation of cross-unit coordination and application of managerial interpretation; and operations utilizing information technology, digital platforms, and online applications. This study aims to find out the Al-Qur'an's view on the theme of intercession, understand intercession in relation to other than Allah, such as Angels, Rasulallah, Al-Qur'an and know who has the right to obtain intercession and its criteria. The study was designed through descriptive research conducted with a thematic qualitative approach with the maudhu'i method. The subjects in this study are library research, that is, all data sources come from written materials related to the topics discussed. Data analysis in this study uses text analysis. The results of this study indicate that syafa'at is still being discussed by the scholars, but most of the scholars say that the syafa'at exists later on the Day of Judgment. As for the group that believes that there is Shafi'i is the Shiite and Ahlussunah groups, while the Mu'tazilah group believes that there is no Syafa'at in the afterlife, of course with their respective arguments. As for those who can give syafa'at are angels, prophets, pious people and good deeds, of course after getting permission and blessings from God.

This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

Abstrak Komunikasi matematis merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada studi PISA. Komunikasi matematis adalah kemampuan mengekspresikan ide-ide matematika secara koheren kepada teman, guru, dan lainnya melalui bahasa lisan maupun tulisan yang disertai dengan penjelasan dan justifikasi. Karena pentingnya kemampuan komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh siswa, maka muncul gagasan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten space dan shape. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten space and shape. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) siswa dengan kemampuan matematika tinggi memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis sangat baik dengan hampir memenuhi seluruh indikator; 2) siswa yang memiliki kemampuan matematika sedang memiliki komunikasi matematis baik dengan memenuhi indikator hingga dapat menjelaskan suatu permasalahan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: komunikasi matematis, Soal PISA, space and shape   Abstract Mathematical communication is one of the important things in solving problems on the PISA study. Mathematical communication is the ability to express mathematical ideas coherently to friends, teachers, and others through spoken and written language accompanied by explanations and justifications. Because of the importance of communication skills possessed by students, then the idea arises to analyze the level of mathematical communication skills of students in solving PISA questions of space and shape content. The purpose of this study is to describe the mathematical communication skills of students in solving PISA questions on space and shape content. This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive research type. The results of this study indicate that 1) students with high mathematical abilities have excellent mathematical communication skills with almost all the indicators; 2) students who have mathematical abilities are having good mathematical communication by meeting the indicators so that they can explain a problem well. The purpose of this research is to see the extent of the management of  Dendang Melayu tourism as one of the potential marine tourism in the city of Batam in terms of facilities and attractions. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study qualitative data analysis is used by following the concept of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion. The results of this study show that the management of Dendang Melayu tourism has undergone many changes as one of the potential for marine tourism in the city of Batam, although there are still some shortcomings. Dendang Melayu Tourism is far more interesting than before because of the tourism of Tanjung Penarik, but there are some things that must be addressed, namely the condition of the facilities that are still complained by the community and the attraction of Dendang Melayu tourism for tourists.

Introduction. This study discusses Leiden University Library reference services through the KITLV-Jakarta. Since KITLV was acquired by the Leiden University Library, the KITLV-Jakarta Library which was a KITLV-Dutch representative, is now a representative of the Leiden University Library in Jakarta. Data Collection Method. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research involving observations and interviews as well as primary document data sources. Data Analysis. The data was analyzed by involving the process of data reduction, interpretation, and conclusion. Results and Discussions. The results of the study indicate that reference services, particularly for reference collections found in the Leiden University Library cannot be accessed directly through the KITLV-Jakarta Library. Only KITLV librarians can request the reference service from Leiden University librarians. Conclusion. Librarians at the KITLV-Jakarta Library do not have the same access as librarians at the Leiden University Library, even though the KITLV-Jakarta Library is a representative of the Leiden University Library in Jakarta.

The analysis of historical buildings Ngawen Temple has a purpose of knowing the history of Ngawen Temple and knowing the approach to the Ngawen Temple's geometry. This research type is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the historical building of Ngawen Temple. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation (observation) directly. The interview was done with the temple officers around the building, and the documentation was taken directly. The data analysis technique is done by analyzing the buildings related to the geometry, such as the building's shape on the Ngawen Temple. The results of this study were obtained; namely, Ngawen Temple set in Buddhism. The Ngawen Temple complex consists of 5 (five) temples that line the parallel from north to south. Temple building facing the east. From the south of Ngawen Temple I, II, III, IV, and V, each temple plans the square. One of Ngawen Temple's uniqueness is the existence of 4 lion statues in every corner of temple II and Candi IV. Another uniqueness is the temple's architecture, found in a lion's statue that supports the four sides of the temple building reconstructed from the five buildings. The lion statue's carved style resembles the lion symbol of Singapore's country and serves the rainwater that comes out through the statue's mouth. It is significant for the reverts to have an existing helping organization. Therefore, this study aims to identify organizational issues that are directly and indirectly involved with counsellors at the Council of Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. This study utilizes a qualitative approach by using the case study method. This study involved five (5) counsellors from Council of Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. This study used the N'Vivo 10.0 for the data analysis to develop themes and sub-themes that related to this study. The findings showed that there are two (2) sub themes involved both government and non-government. There are six (6) sub-sub themes for the government which are Jabatan Agama Islam, Jabatan Mufti, Pusat Dakwah Islamiah, Pusat Kaunseling MAINS Negeri Sembilan, Jabatan Kehakiman and Baitulmal. While, non-government has ten (10) sub-sub themes; Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia, Unit Saudara Baru, Unit Ukhuwah, Pusat Saudara Baru Darul Saadah, Darul Ukhuwah Yayasan Kasih Sayang, Volunteer Body, Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA), Pertubuhan Kebajikan Islam Malaysia (PERKIM), PERKAMA and Skuad Mubaligh Seremban. In conclusion, this study could be used as a guide for counsellors to provide guidance and counselling services to revert clients. Keywords: Organization; support system; revert and client.
