Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-resistant bacilli or an infectious disease that can attack anyone through the air is also a dangerous infectious disease besides it is also a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the ages of 15-35 years. The purpose of this study is to help prevent tuberculosis by implementing an expert system using the Bayes method. The method used in this research includes identifying problems faced in the medical world for treating tuberculosis, analyzing the problem, then formulating the problem and applying an expert system with the Bayes method to solve the problems that are obtained, the next stage is designing an application as needed, testing the application with the aim of knowing the success rate of the system. The implementation of the Bayes method in diagnosing tuberculosis is found. The result is that the calculation process using the Bayes method is based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. It can be seen that the patient is "most likely" to have pulmonary tuberculosis with a confidence value of 0.64 or 64%. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that in diagnosing Tuberculosis by using the Bayes method expert system, it can help medical parties handle cases more quickly in terms of recognizing the symptoms of Tuberculosis so that people quickly know the disease they are experiencing.

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-fast bacilli (AFB). Tuberculosis is an infectious disease apat affect anyone over the air. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease berbahaya.Tuberculosis a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the age of 15-35 years. How to diagnose tuberculosis is by way of the expert of experts interviewed then test sputum samples using a lab to determine the positive or negative tuberculosis disease so it takes a long time. Therefore it takes an expert system with Bayesian methods to facilitate the penykit diagnosing tuberculosis. This expert system developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as well as by using Microsoft Access 2010 database.

Corn is one of the leading agricultural commodities that can be used as a staple plant other than rice. Constraints faced by corn farmers include the lack of information about diseases that attack the corn plants, which causes less productivity. In this study a system was developed that can automatically detect disease that attacks corn plants so that preventive measures can be taken to prevent corn plants from dying. Expert systems are designed to solve certain problems by imitating the work of experts. In addition, this expert system also helps farmers who are experiencing problems regarding diseases and pests and their solutions without relying on an expert. The method used is the Naive Bayes method, Naive Bayes is a method used to predict probabilities and has several characteristics that are istitively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert and accompanied by a strong mathematical basis. From the tests carried out with diagnoses obtained from the comparison between the results of expert diagnoses and the diagnosis of the system to diagnose diseases and pests in corn plants is 90%.

ABSTRACT Actinomycosis is an infectious disease characterized by chronic granulomatous and suppurative lesions often caused by Actinomyces group. Actinomycosis has been referred to as the chameleon of head and neck pathology because of its varied clinical picture which can resemble various pathologies ranging from benign infection to metastatic tumour. Nowadays, the diagnosis of the same may be difficult because the number of patients with typical symptoms has decreased, and there is a low success rate in culturing the microorganism. Mandibular osteomyelitis is also underappreciated by many clinicians in their assessment of head and neck infections. Most cases are traced to an odontogenic source, with periapical tooth abscess and posttraumatic or surgical complication as key antecedent events. A case of osteomyelitis of mandible initiated from a vital but peridontally compromised tooth is reported. Radiography of this case revealed bone destruction, and H & E of the biopsied tissue showed branching filaments resembling ray fungus.

Asthma is a disease that is Often found in society, especially in the elderly. Asthma is a long-term chronic disease, if left to be fatal and can cause death. Limited access and costs, to patient health information, it is difficult, to know how much influence the disease. So to find out it needs to be built a simple application that can help and Facilitate the community. The purpose of this application is to identify asama disease in older people with 15 symptoms. For the development of expert systems, Several stages are needed items, namely: Analysis and Design of the data collection. This expert system application complies with asthma used by experts and users.

A B S T R A C TIntroduction Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by bacteria in the form ofrods (bacilli) known as Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This disease is included as achronic infectious disease. The causes of the increase in TB cases each year are stillvarious. One of them is smoking behavior. A person who smokes will have twice therisk of contracting TB. This study aims to determine the relationship between smokingbehavior and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the work area of the MedanSunggal Puskesmas in 2019. Methods This study is an analytical study with a crosssectional design. The population of this study were patients with pulmonary TB in thework area of the Medan Sunggal Public Health Center in 2019. The sample size usedwas 104 people who had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In the second study, the data collection tool was through the Puskesmas medical records. Data analysis wasperformed using the statistical test is chi square. Results the result showed that therewas a relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of pulmonarytuberculosis in Medan Sunggal Public Health Center with an OR (95% CI) value of105,125 (13,280-832,161), which means that respondents who smoke will have105,125 times the risk of suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis compared to non-smoking respondents. From the results of 95% CI, it can be seen that the lower limitand upper limit values (CI values) not include 1.00, so the results of the study arestatistically significant at the value of α = 0.001. Conclusion. Smoking behavior hasan insignificant relationship with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis at MedanSunggal Puskesmas in 2019. It is recommended that the primary care should providesupport and sources of information about smoking habits, especially for patients whohave been diagnosed with pulmonary TB.

AbstractHealthy immune system helps in enhancing the quality of life and reduces the risk of infectious disease. Chronic disease increases the risk of immune system impairment. The article reviews the evidence on risk factors causing immune system imbalance and articulates the complex nature of the relationships between immune system risk factors, chronic disease, and infectious disease to highlight the importance of lifestyle choices. Finally, some evidence is presented on mind–body interventions and lifestyle choices for enhancing the immune system function.
