Asthma is a disease that is Often found in society, especially in the elderly. Asthma is a long-term chronic disease, if left to be fatal and can cause death. Limited access and costs, to patient health information, it is difficult, to know how much influence the disease. So to find out it needs to be built a simple application that can help and Facilitate the community. The purpose of this application is to identify asama disease in older people with 15 symptoms. For the development of expert systems, Several stages are needed items, namely: Analysis and Design of the data collection. This expert system application complies with asthma used by experts and users.

Healthcare and NHS faces many challenges in monitoring health conditions specially for patients with long term health conditions and the elderly. The forward view for healthcare providers and the NHS is moving from the hospital routine medical checks towards home environment care with the use of smart IoT and AI. Medication errors and missed medication across the globe, is the main source of harm to the public health. Technologies, specifically wireless health technologies are potential solutions for medication error and medication nonadherence in tracking patients’ medication. This paper presented a solution by developing a real-time wireless sensor network to monitor and check patient’s health condition using devices that transmits data from homes wirelessly to the relevant (caregiver, GP, Hospitals and specialist doctors). The proposed system benefits form the use of algorithms, which is used to provide the quality and quick health care advice to the patients at home. The algorithm processes the data from the database webserver. The database stores the patient health history conditions with all measurement obtained from the devices, such as blood pressure, blood glucose, heart rate and body temperature. This data is processed in machine learning algorithm to generate notifications for any changes occur in user’s health and by checking their history records. ML can detect patterns within patient healthcare records and inform clinicians of any anomalies.

ABSTRACT Objective To know the institutionalization process and the functional clinical condition of elderly people who suffered family violence, from the perspective of the elderly and professionals. Methods Qualitative, which used oral history as a data collection technique. Held in a long-term institution for the elderly, using a semi-structured interview script. The participants were three nursing technicians, two nursing assistants, five caregivers for the elderly and eight elderly. Thematic analysis was performed with the aid of the MAXQDA® software. Results Three categories were identified: The condition of vulnerability and the care needs of the elderly, indicating welcoming as an intervention; Suffering and denial of conditions of vulnerability; and Situations of family violence and the positive aspects of reception. Conclusions Long-term institutions are considered important spaces for comprehensive and humanized care, as well as essential for the protection of elderly victims of family violence.

Abstract Background: The elderly healthcare voucher (EHCV) scheme is expected to increase the number of elders choosing private primary healthcare services and, on the other hand, to reduce reliance on the public sector in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, the scheme was not satisfactorily as reported in the literature to date. In this study, we examined the changes in the ratio of visits between public and private doctors in primary care (as a metric of reliance on the public sector) for different strategic scenarios in the scheme. Methods: Based on the comments from the expertise discussion, a system dynamics model was formulated to simulate the impact of different enhanced strategy in the scheme: Increasing voucher amounts, lowering the age eligibility, and designating vouchers for chronic conditions follow-up. Data and statistics for model calibration were collected from different sources. Results: The simulation results showed that the current EHCV scheme was unable to reduce the utilization of public healthcare services as well as the ratio of visits between public and private when the local population aging was taken into account. When comparing the 3 different tested scenarios, even if the increase of annual voucher amount could be kept with a current pace or the age eligibility could be lowered to 60 years old, the impacts on the shifts from public to private utilization were not apparent in which the public-to-private ratio could only drop slightly from 0.74 to 0.64 in the first several years. Nevertheless, introducing a chronic disease-oriented voucher could result in an apparent drop of public-to-private ratio to 0.50 in the early implementation phase but the effect could not be maintained for a period of time. Conclusions: Our findings assist officials to further improve the design of EHCV scheme, within the bigger context of promoting primary care among the elderly. We suggested an additional chronic disease-oriented voucher could be an alternative strategy but the enhancement on the voucher amount should be considered if a long term planning was required. For not substantially rising the government expenditure for refining the scheme, health promotion works for encouraging co-payment from elderly for is recommended.

Lack of knowledge about the problem of acne for the people who do not know how to prevent early steps to prevent acne more inflamed. This system can help doctors to facilitate patient diagnosis and can save the patient's medical records for consideration of the results of diagnoses of new problems that will come. Therefore, this study aims to produce an expert system for diagnosing acne problems on the face using the case base reasoning method. The algorithm used for the CBR method is the Nearest Neighbor Retrieval algorithm for determining the value of disease symptom weighting based on: if the symptoms of the selected disease will be the same value of 1 and if the symptoms chosen are not the same will be value of 0 to the symptoms of old disease cases. In this CBR method the system will determine the solution of the problem with the highest level of similarity value which will be chosen as the solution of the new problem.

SummaryVenous thrombosis is a chronic disease with a recurrence rate of approximately 30% within 5-8 years. The optimal duration of secondary thromboprophylaxis in these patients entails balancing the risk of recurrence against the risk of treatment-associated bleeding. There is agreement that patients with a first idiopathic venous thrombosis should receive vitamin K antagonists for at least 3-6 months. Convincing trials showing a clinical benefit in terms of morbidity or mortality with respect to expansion of anticoagulation beyond 6 months are lacking. Nevertheless, some subgroups of patients with venous thrombosis may benefit from indefinite anticoagulation. Thus, patients with antithrombin deficiency, combined or homozygous defects, more than one unprovoked episode of thrombosis, the lupus anticoagulant or high factor VIII plasma levels are good candidates for long-term prevention.

ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.
