Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-fast bacilli (AFB). Tuberculosis is an infectious disease apat affect anyone over the air. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease berbahaya.Tuberculosis a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the age of 15-35 years. How to diagnose tuberculosis is by way of the expert of experts interviewed then test sputum samples using a lab to determine the positive or negative tuberculosis disease so it takes a long time. Therefore it takes an expert system with Bayesian methods to facilitate the penykit diagnosing tuberculosis. This expert system developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as well as by using Microsoft Access 2010 database.

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-resistant bacilli or an infectious disease that can attack anyone through the air is also a dangerous infectious disease besides it is also a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the ages of 15-35 years. The purpose of this study is to help prevent tuberculosis by implementing an expert system using the Bayes method. The method used in this research includes identifying problems faced in the medical world for treating tuberculosis, analyzing the problem, then formulating the problem and applying an expert system with the Bayes method to solve the problems that are obtained, the next stage is designing an application as needed, testing the application with the aim of knowing the success rate of the system. The implementation of the Bayes method in diagnosing tuberculosis is found. The result is that the calculation process using the Bayes method is based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. It can be seen that the patient is "most likely" to have pulmonary tuberculosis with a confidence value of 0.64 or 64%. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that in diagnosing Tuberculosis by using the Bayes method expert system, it can help medical parties handle cases more quickly in terms of recognizing the symptoms of Tuberculosis so that people quickly know the disease they are experiencing.

Malaria is a deadly disease. The disease is caused by a virus that is transmitted through the bite plasmadium Anopheles mosquito tropics. , Indonesia is an area that has a tropical climate so that malaria prevalent in Indonesia. Many public cloud lack of knowledge about the symptoms of malaria because malaria disease symptoms similar to the usual feverish illness. If the disease is not handled seriously can lead to death. From the above explanation makes the excuse needed one expert system that can help people diagnose malaria by looking at symptoms, and later this expert system can explain and diagnose whether a disease malaria or not. In the expert system there are several methods used to menagani a problem. With the solution given institute Bayes Method in helping to diagnose diseases, the expert system that can help people diagnose malaria by looking at symptoms, and later this expert system can explain and diagnose whether a disease malaria or not. Expert System is generally defined as a system that is able to region contribute to solving or handling problems. Expert System is not intended to replace the expert, but to help and support experts. Bayesian methods can diagnose simple encoding and faster calculation. expert system that can help people diagnose malaria by looking at symptoms, and later this expert system can explain and diagnose whether a disease malaria or not. A prototype for an expert system in road construction material selection system, which is based on the outcomes of Friedman and multiple comparisons statistical methods was developed. The outcomes were acquired through questionnaires from selected pavement experts. The factors affecting pavement materials under each particular site condition were incorporated into the specific rules of the system. The system knowledge-base was extracted from the statistical testing outcomes and then rearranged and compiled prior to the development of the system. Visual Basic 6.0 was adopted as the programming tool for development of the system, while the knowledge-base of the separate system was kept in Microsoft Access 2000. The prototype expert system can be used to emulate part of the professional reasoning capabilities based on the knowledge of a pavement expert or a specialist to solve problems on materials selection. The system can help road designers to improve their professional ability to evaluate all available materials even before carrying out any laboratory tests.

Corn is one of the leading agricultural commodities that can be used as a staple plant other than rice. Constraints faced by corn farmers include the lack of information about diseases that attack the corn plants, which causes less productivity. In this study a system was developed that can automatically detect disease that attacks corn plants so that preventive measures can be taken to prevent corn plants from dying. Expert systems are designed to solve certain problems by imitating the work of experts. In addition, this expert system also helps farmers who are experiencing problems regarding diseases and pests and their solutions without relying on an expert. The method used is the Naive Bayes method, Naive Bayes is a method used to predict probabilities and has several characteristics that are istitively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert and accompanied by a strong mathematical basis. From the tests carried out with diagnoses obtained from the comparison between the results of expert diagnoses and the diagnosis of the system to diagnose diseases and pests in corn plants is 90%.

Apoptosis is a genetically controlled mechanism of cell death involved in the regulation of tissue homeostasis. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of Borrelia afzelii, Coxiella burnetii, and Bartonella henselae bacteria on apoptosis measured as the level of caspase 3 activity in human fibroblast cells HEL-299. Our findings show that C. burnetii bacteria may inhibit the process of apoptosis in the host cells for a long time. This can permit intracellular survival in the host and mediatingthe development of chronic disease.

Paresthesia is a condition where the sensation on the skin is abnormal, such as tingling, itching or numbness, for no apparent reason. This condition can occur only temporarily or for a long time (chronic). Bucharestesia can be temporary (temporary) or chronic. Almost everyone has experienced temporary paresthesia. This sensation occurs when nerves are accidentally compressed in certain body positions, such as sitting cross-legged for too long or sleeping with your head on your hands. Temporary paraesthesia will go away on its own when the pressure on the nerves is relieved. However, if the tingling feeling persists even though the pressure has been relieved, then there may be another disease or disorder in the body that is the cause. Chronic paresthesia is often a symptom of a neurological disease or caused by trauma to the nerve tissue. A variety of diseases can cause chronic paresthesia including vitamin deficiency, neurological disorders due to repetitive movements or other diseases. Chronic paraesthesia requires medication and management to heal. However, sometimes chronic paresthesia cannot completely heal even after undergoing treatment even though an expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only one person can solve. Expert systems also help their activities as highly experienced assistants. Expert systems can also provide analysis of problems and can also recommend to users some actions to make improvements.

The Diphtheria cases have special concern by the Indonesian government and are recorded as an extraordinary case (KLB) in 2017. Diphtheria is an infectious disease and cause complications of dangerous and deadly diseases if have not any treated immediately. Along this time, the communities often underestimate the common symptoms of diseases, such as throat pain, flu, and fever. The similarity of Diphtheria symptoms with common diseases and complications such as myocarditis, obstruction on breath, Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), making Diphtheria are rather difficult to treat due to the infections spread quickly. Some complications of diphtheria can cause a death if have not treated immediately and there must be any identification early for diphtheria. Then, an expert system is needed to help the community and the government in diagnosing the diphtheria. An expert system is an information system containing knowledge from experts in order provide information to be used for consultation. The knowledge from experts in this particular system is used as a basis by the Expert System to answer the questions (consultation). The study used the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method, which the method calculates the similarity value of Diphtheria disease symptom. As the result, it can provide an initial diagnosis for Diphtheria before complications occur. The output of this study is the diagnosis of diphtheria based on the symptoms with the accuracy results of 93.056%, as well as providing an initial diagnosis in order to have immediately treating the diphtheria.

Office stationery (ATK) is now a necessity for almost everyone, especially for corporate instances or educational institutions. The need for office stationery is often an unexpected need to buy, this is what makes some educational institutions overwhelmed in doing their work, when they find out their office stationery is out of stock, so it is not uncommon to make work in company or institutional instances education is not completed on time, one of the ways to be more efficient is by implementing data mining to predict the purchase of office stationery (ATK) at the company or educational institution's intents, especially at the AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa. The Naive Bayes method is used to analyze data in pattern recognition and predict purchase of office stationery (ATK) at AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa. The data needed is the data for the purchase of office stationery (ATK) last month as test data, calculated from the date of the first purchase until the expiry date of office stationery (ATK) at AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa. The results of this study are to be able to predict whether the office stationery (ATK) at AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa can be bought back, or it can still be used for a long time, and if more than four types of stationery at the AL IKHWAN Middle School in Tanjung Morawa the lack of writing instruments from the two then the purchase of new stationery is feasible to do, from the amount of data occurring out of stationery
