The research is related to the actualization of the national scientific heritage of the ethno-choreological direction, which is a significant component in the structure of cultural studies, art studies, ethnographic, folklore and choreographic research, one of the necessary conditions for the preservation of the national dance heritage in its traditional dimension. The methodology of the research is to use the analytical method - for the analysis of scientific sources from the ballet in the philosophical, culturological, art criticism, psychological, and pedagogical space; historical method - for the analysis of causal features of the emergence and formation of ethno- choreological knowledge as a form of understanding of dance art; a comparative method - to identify common and distinctive features of the method of treating the phenomenon of folk dance in the writings of prominent researchers of the past; a synthetic method - for a generalization of various subjective ideas and theories of domestic researchers in the field of choreography. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time in the national art studies the author has substantiated and defined the concept of ethnochoreology and its functions as the founders of this field of domestic scientific knowledge; It was traced and the stage of formation of the leading parameters of the concept of ethno-choreological problems in the scientific development was discovered not only within Ukraine but also in the Ukrainian diaspora; It has been proved that the historical background has caused chaos in the development of the scientific discipline ethnochoreology as a cultural studies and art-study branch of knowledge, the necessity of development of this direction of scientific research for preservation, reproduction and reconstruction of the traditional dance culture of Ukrainians, as well as the creation of new forms and development of the existing stage folk dance as a specific Ukrainian type of dance art; outlined the range of issues that require their immediate solution at the level of creating a conceptual-categorical apparatus of choreographic culture, the phenomenon of dance in a traditional society, its significance for the objective coverage of the existence of the Ukrainian people. The study and research of the Ukrainian ethno-choreological heritage from the time of its appearance as a period of formation of science allows to highlight the leading directions that science has been moving over the next decades, to identify the problems faced by modern folk dance researchers in its traditional dimension and stage form of existence, to outline the leading figures of researchers, which became the founders of the national scientific knowledge about folk dance.

Culturology as a new scientific discipline is notable for its special — interdisciplinary and systematic approach to culture studies. This methodological peculiarity is closely connected with the circumstances in which culturology appeared as well as with the needs of science. The field of culture studies was created by V. Ostwald who designed it as a pinnacle of scientific knowledge about man. A. Bely who appreciated the idea wrote that it was essential for a culturologist to be a poet, a philosopher, a historian and an ethnologist. This combination makes it possible to combine rational research with emotional understanding of culture. Interdisciplinarity of culture studies is also determined by the logic of scientific development. The emergence of culturology signifies a transition from disciplinary approach to interdisciplinarity. The latter considers interaction of the elements in the cultural system. In this respect scientific methodological adjacency is fundamental.

This article analyzes the cognitive structures and dynamics of a form of scientific discipline that differs importantly both from the disciplinary format of the 19th-century university system, and from the profile proposed by much postmodern interdisciplinary (anti-disciplinary) discussion. This recent form of discipline, here termed the ‘new disciplinarity’, is a product of the increasing complexity of scientific knowledge and activity. The approach privileges cognition. It emphasizes the concepts of disciplinary referent, robust boundaries, ‘borderland’, combinatorials and projects. It suggests that the new disciplinarity is highly elastic and that it is a spawning-ground for new disciplines.

The study of G. Roerichs scientific heritage is at its beginning. An important basis of Roerichs many-sided scientific activities were his investigations during the expeditions in Asia. The longest, most dangerous and laborious among them was the Central Asiatic expedition of his father - N.K. Roerich. The goal of this article is to examine G.N. Roerichs activities on every stage of the Central Asiatic expedition, as well as G.N. Roerichs works, publishing the results of the expedition research. G.N. Roerich presented the basic results in his monograph Trails to Inmost Asia: Five years of exploration with the Roerich Central Asian Expedition published in English in USA in 1931. Roerichs description of North and Central Tibet is unique because the theocratic state in Tibet and nomad tribes, which Roerich had observed, are no more existing. Roerichs field investigations continued the historical tradition of Russian expeditions in Central Asia. It extended our scientific knowledge about the insufficiently known regions in Asia.

ABSTRACTNutrition and dietetics throughout history have been viewed from two fundamental aspects: as a means to restore health and as a means to prevent the disease. Since its inception the appearance of dietetics, the search was based on maintaining the balance of health and disease. Later, with the rise of the scientific revolution, as is nutrition science who focuses on the study of the different processes through which the body uses nutrients ingested. In the historical development of scientific knowledge both concepts, provided the key tools for the study of this discipline. All these important contributions, provided the fundamental basis for the development of nutrition as a scientific discipline XXI century, currently devoted to the study of many problems associated with food and modern lifestyles. Nutrition therefore rests on the discipline of scientific knowledge, is the fundamental basis for the understanding of the causes of the problems and possible solutions to search for them.RESUMENLa nutrición y dietética, a lo largo de la historia, han sido vistas desde dos vertientes fundamentales: como un medio para restablecer la salud y como un instrumento para prevenir la enfermedad.

The history of scientific development in Algeria, which has not been long, represents a series of continual rises and falls. The Algerian leadership and researchers have been making efforts to create Algeria's national science through protection from the western scientific tradition, which is reminiscent of the colonial period of the country, and at the same time adoption of scientific knowledge and scientific institutions functioning principles from abroad, with no organizational or scientific experience of their own. Since the time the independent Algerian state was established, its scientific development has been inevitably coupled with active support of European countries, especially France, and other western and non-western states. Today the Algerian leadership is highly devoted to the modernization of the national scientific and research potential in strong cooperation with its foreign partners. The article concentrates on examining the present period (the 2000s) of the scientific development in Algeria. The main conclusion is that there still is a number of problems - for Algeria until now lacks an integral scientific community with the state preserving its dominating role in science and research activities. Despite these difficulties, the Algerian science has made an outstanding progress. The efficiently built organizational scientific structure, the growing science and technology cooperation with foreign countries as well as the increasing state expenses in science allow to hope for further success of the Algerian scientific development.

The patient's express will, in accordance with the nature of its origin, could be categorized into initial and derivative express will. However, the regulatory framework is insufficient in Latvia, considering the significance of these institutes in the civil-law protection of the patient's express will and their specificity of different legal nature. The aim of the research is to carry out the analysis of the patient's express will types according to the nature of origin, to determine regulatory gaps and propose certain solutions for the elimination of the identified gaps. In order to achieve the aim, the following objectives are set: 1) to analyse the patient's express will classification according to various classification criteria; 2) to study legal nature of patient's consent; 3) to assess patient's refusal of a medical treatment and its legal consequences; 4) to analyse withdrawal by a patient as a derivative express will. The following research methods are applied in the paper: semantic method; grammatical method; historical method; comparative method; systemic method; teleological method. Research hypothesis: if all the patient’s express will types based on the nature of origin are regulated in detail, the legal status of a patient in medical treatment legal relations will be improved and stabilized. Literature, regulatory acts and legal practice materials are applied in the research as information resources. The author has developed the principles regarding the patient's express will types based on the nature of origin, which are in accordance with the legal system of Latvia and should be implemented in the regulatory framework, thus improving the civil law protection of patient's express will.

The development of Altai dance is closely related to the history of the Altai people. Modern Altai people, like other Turkic peoples of Southern Siberia, have not preserved traditional dances in the form in which they were performed in everyday life. The reason for this was that the art of dance has a spatially – temporal character and it is difficult to record it. It is necessary in the analysis of folk dance to use the instrumentation of all fields of art science, to apply a systemic and interdisciplinary approach. It is in this that the authors see a further research horizon. In modern conditions, when the self-consciousness of each people increases, choreographic art, as part of the spiritual culture of the people, responds to all the events of life. The relevance of this study is due to the modern trend of the revival of the national and cultural heritage of the Altai Republic. One of the pressing problems of modern choreography, its theoretical understanding, is the study of the origins of folk stage dance. The fact that lacunae exist in this area of historical and cultural knowledge is evidenced by the lack of textbooks, incomplete complexes of educational and methodological literature. Choreographers, both in the educational process and in staging practice, are faced with the need for a clear theoretical design, the development of a scientific apparatus in this matter. In folk dance, closely connected with the life and life of the people, the peculiarities of its character, feelings, temperament, manner of artistic thinking are especially pronounced, that is, a kind of “choreographic portrait of the nation” is created. Folk dance, plastically expresses ethnic historical experience, is a kind of artistic embodiment of the historical memory of the nation, and thus affects the strengthening of national identity. The importance of the theoretical understanding of folklore in the development of choreography (as in musical or decorative art) is difficult to overestimate. He is a source of ideas, expressive means, often becomes an aesthetic standard in the creative activities of the modern choreographer. The national identity of the dance culture of the people is connected with the stable historical community of language, territory, economic life, psychological warehouse, culture of life, customs and traditions. National art bears both the originality of what it reflects and how it reflects. All this is reflected in folk dance, affects the nature of plastic. From here, the dances of one people are not similar to those of another, and even one ethnic group, divided geographically, dances differ. For example, Russian folk dance has common features characteristic of Russian dance in general, but at the same time it also has bright regional features. Dance culture in geographically distant territories varies in character, manner of performance, and originality of drawing, and subject matter. The main difficulty in studying this issue is the difficulty of “translating” the plastic language into speech discourse. Hence the difficulty in fixing and writing the description of choreography. There may be discrepancies and misinterpretations of the records of researchers of the past due to the lack of an agreed methodology and categorical apparatus.

The international treaties are among the most important sources of international law. Recent years have witnessed an exaggerated interest by the international community in the development of the international legal system through the legislation of treaties and the implementation of international commissions, bodies and non-governmental organizations. The State is no longer bound by the national Constitution and domestic legislations, but also by a series of international treaties and their obligations and responsibilities at the international and national levels. In order to ensure the validity of these procedures, the treaty requires the parties to regulate procedures for the accession to treaties within the national legal system and to determine the legal value of the international treaty in national law and the mechanism of integration and harmonization, whether by an independent law or by texting in the Constitution on the validity of the signing of treaties and its ratification. There is no doubt that the legal position in the Palestinian legislation is unclear regarding the procedural and substantive provisions of international treaties and their application in the legal system, compared to other laws that deal strictly with the legal organization of international treaties. This study aims at separating the procedural and substantive provisions of the accession to international treaties and their applications in the State of Palestine including the identification of the competent authority to sign the Convention, the mechanism for its ratification and the legal value accorded to the international treaty in Palestinian legislation by using the analytical descriptive method, the historical method, and the comparative method.

The topical problem of modern musicology is the comprehension of scientific representativeness of the generally accepted terms and concepts in the context of post-non-classical scientific picture of the world and cognitive science. As a navigator of conceptual understanding of a musical work, the article considers the content of the art history metaconcept "art world". The trigger mechanism for its creation in the lexical system of musicological language is the procedure of understanding the autonomous, integral, intonation and sound concept of the composition. The study of the semantics of the "art world" metaconcept reveals its constants and invariants. Philosophical, socio-cultural genesis represents the variable periphery and the "core" — the key name of the concept that generates multiple notions within the scientific discipline and in the vast scientific field of transdisciplinary interactions. The analysis of nominative linguistic units presents etymological, historical and actual semantic layers. The hierarchical structure of the "art world" metaconcept as a theoretical object and a mechanism for the formation of figurative and artistic representations is a dynamic system of interaction between various semiotic, static and procedural elements, which determines the semantic multiplicity of interpretations. Being a complex, mental structure of musician's language and consciousness and actively participating in cross-cultural communication, the "art world" metaconcept is able to mark the branch cultural and historical method of scientific cognition.
