Today higher educational institutions should prepare a specialist, who is able to work successfully in globalized market conditions. Accent is made stronger on universal preparation of graduate student and his adaptation to jobs market, as well as on personal orientation of educational process and its informatization. The article considers a concept of distance learning technologies and their support systems. Designed system of distance learning for IT-specialists preparation based on a platform Moodle is a result of the study. The system ensures hierarchic organization of learning courses thanks to using an interactive multimedia clips in Adobe Flash format. As well as there is a possibility to organize various forms of learning and knowledge control.

The article contains the results of the research aimed at studying the problems of teaching Physical Training by means of distance learning technologies in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia during the period of additional health and hygiene measures taken in order to protect public health in conditions of COVID-19 spreading. The research attempts at finding the ways to resolve the contradiction between the necessity to use distance learning technologies for teaching Physical Training in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, dictated by the current socio-economic situation, and the objective limitations of these methods in terms of the practice-oriented character of the discipline. Using theoretical analysis of the conclusions of the previously held studies of the topic and  their own observations and their comparison with the current practice of Physical Training teaching, the researchers detect the main obstacles of distance learning technologies and offer the ways to overcome them. The research results can be used for planning and organizing the educational process for Physical Training discipline in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The global spread of coronavirus infection has paralysed the work of many areas of economic, business, and, of course, educational activities of almost all countries on the planet. Unfortunately, Ukraine is no exception and a quarantine regime has been introduced in this country. The way out of the current situation in education in Ukraine was the introduction of distance learning in all educational institutions, which created new challenges for both teachers and students. The purpose of the paper was to study information technologies, tools and methods of learning that can be used for distance learning in educational institutions under quarantine. As a result, authors analysed world practices in ensuring the educational process within the framework of distance learning. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning technologies for both higher education institutions and higher education seekers were identified.

The article discusses a number of problems manifested during the sudden forced transition of educational institutions to the use \pagebreak of exclusively distance learning technologies in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the specifics of these problems for the areas of higher education related to the use of information technologies. A feature of these fields is the preparedness of teachers and students to use modern information technologies, as well as the high motivation of students. Under the conditions of force majeure, when the necessary stage of designing distance learning and filling it with content was forcibly skipped, both general and specific problems in organizing the educational process arose. The article analyzes the results of surveys of teachers and students conducted by the authors, which made it possible to list these problems and identify their economic and organizational reasons.

The article discusses the problem of organizing classes in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» with the use of distance education technologies, which is a result of the insufficient development of the methodological base, and the procedure for organizing training sessions in the distance form. The subject of the research is the use of distance education technologies in physical culture and sports training sessions. The purpose of the research is to study the experience of work with the use of distance learning technologies, develop methodological support and make recommendations for organizing training sessions in the discipline «Physical culture and sport». The methodological basis of the research was formed by methods of studying and generalizing advanced pedagogical experience, pedagogical observation, and modeling. As a result of the study, the structure of the organization of the educational process in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» with the use of distance education technologies, methodological recommendations and the procedure for organizing training sessions have been developed. The results of the study will add to the methodological base for organizing training sessions in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» not only in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, but also in educational institutions of other departments. The obtained results of the research will be useful for lecturers, lecturers-methodologists of educational departments of educational organizations, teachers, inspectors for service and combat training in organizing the educational process. The publication is devoted to the analysis of the challenges of the organization of educational process faced by the Ukrainian educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The complexity and ambiguity of the process of making managerial decisions in the field of education in the conditions of quarantine and the organization of distance learning have been emphasized. The relevant 3D model of management decision-making and the nature of management decisions made by our country's educational institutions as a response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic are described. It has been systematized the peculiarities of psychological, communicative, financial, regulatory and organizational challenges, which should become new opportunities for educational institutions to improve their work and achieve the main goal of the activity, i.e. the provision of high-quality educational services. The expediency of using different services and platforms in the educational process at its different stages is analyzed. The list of competencies that are especially important in the conditions of using distance learning technologies, including the ability to experiment, to act at high speed, is substantiated; provide different processes in different roles, simultaneously with many participants and from different access points; use modern information technologies, computer systems, etc. The most important problems of communication between the participants of the educational process in the conditions of quarantine restrictions have been identified. The current legislation of Ukraine regulating distance learning has been systematized; the content and peculiarities of conducting distance learning and distance learning technologies that can be used on full-time and part-time forms of education have been clarified. Emphasis is also placed on the need to solve the problem of proper financial and logistical support of distance learning for all participants in the educational process. The main advantages and disadvantages of the organization of the educational process using remote technologies are determined. The main accents of distance learning organization are identified, which require detailed study and further implementation in Ukraine.

Today, the digitalization of education is one of the main tasks of the state social policy and an urgent sphere of life in modern society. At the beginning of 2020, the spread of COVID-19 forced educational institutions to introduce urgently all levels of distance learning technologies focused on the possibility to learn remotely and in real-time. The research focuses on the need to create an effective mechanism for organizing distance learning in the context of the globalization of education. The purpose of the research is to reveal the experience of distance learning in the context of globalization of education (based on the analysis of using the online learning platform Moodle). The results of the research reveal the prerequisites for the popularization of distance learning technologies in the practice of educational institutions, present the experience of using Moodle in the university educational process and determine the prospects of distance learning in educational practice.

The distance learning model is increasingly being introduced into the practice of educational institutions. Distance learning technologies allow the educational process to be carried out at a distance, expanding the capabilities of educational institutions. The research problem: the use of distance learning technologies in teaching Latin. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of distance learning technologies in teaching Latin. The research methods used are generalization, comparison, analysis, survey. The base of the research is FSBEI HE "Maykop State Technological University", the Medical institute. The research results are the following: the potential of distance learning technologies in teaching Latin has been substantiated; studies related to the problem of distance learning in the study of foreign languages have been analyzed; the experience of using distance learning technologies in teaching Latin language has been presented. Key conclusions: distance learning technologies are information and communication technologies implemented using network resources in the indirect (distant) interaction between students and a teacher; distance learning technologies expand the possibilities of language training in modern conditions and can be considered as an additional resource for obtaining educational information, increasing the availability and quality of education; using e-Learning technologies (electronic educational environment of universities, Zoom and MIND online platforms) is an effective tool in teaching Latin, allowing to expand the range of opportunities for language training.

Today, the rapidly evolving mass digitalization plays an important role in improving the improving of the educational system. The beginning of the technological revolution requires the use of educational technologies, which include distance learning technologies. Nowadays the didactic innovations are widely used so the distance learning plays a significant role in the educational system. The effective organization of distance learning is one of the main reasons for improving the educational results. Here it is necessary to discuss and analyze separately the forms of organization of the educational process which will allow to use the new teaching methods. The article describes the main forms of organization of the educational process which include electronic lectures, video lectures, practical classes, the students' self study and different control forms being used in distance learning. They have been briefly identified, analyzed and explained in more detailed way

The concept of an educational service has been repeatedly discussed by scientists and university stuff. It is obvious that the coronavirus pandemic, which has spread over the whole world, became an impulse for the information educational technologies development. It turned out that even those educational institutions that had actively used modern technologies in the educational process before the changes occurred faced certain difficulties. Distance learning at technical university is carried out by various information resources – text documents, multimedia, audio and video conferences. It is possible to use new forms of pedagogic activity – classes and workshops online, excursions online, chat correspondence, collaborative online projects. According to the modern classification, there are three types of distance learning technologies – case technology, network technology, video technology. The paper attempts to summarise the main English distance learning technologies used at technical university and based on training platforms Teams Microsoft and Zoom.

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.
