Prinsipnya sistem komputer selalu memiliki perangkat keras masukan (input/input device system) – perangkat keras premprosesan (processing/central processing unit) – perangkat keras luaran (output/output device system) – perangkat tambahan yang sifatnya opsional (peripheral) dan tempat penyimpanan data (storage device system/external memory).

Static random access memory (SRAM) is an important component of embedded cache memory of handheld digital devices. SRAM has become major data storage device due to its large storage density and less time to access. Exponential growth of low power digital devices has raised the demand of low voltage low power SRAM. This paper presents design and implementation of 6T SRAM cell in 180 nm, 90 nm and 45 nm standard CMOS process technology. The simulation has been done in Cadence Virtuoso environment. The performance analysis of SRAM cell has been evaluated in terms of delay, power and static noise margin (SNM).

AbstractThe proliferation of plastics in the environment continues at an alarming rate. Plastic particles have been found to be persistent and ubiquitous pollutants in a variety of environments, including sea water, fresh water, soil, and air. In light of this phenomenon, the scientific and medical communities have become increasingly wary of the dangers posed to human health by chronic exposure to microplastics (< 5 mm diameter) and nanoplastics (< 100 nm diameter). A critical component of the study of the health effects of these pollutants is the accurate determination of their pharmacokinetic behavior in vivo. Herein, we report the first use of molecular imaging to track polystyrene (PS) micro- and nanoplastic particles in mammals. To this end, we have modified PS particles of several sizes—diameters of 20 nm, 220 nm, 1 µm, and 6 µm—with the chelator desferrioxamine (DFO) and radiolabeled these DFO-bearing particles with the positron-emitting radiometal zirconium-89 (89Zr; t1/2 ~ 3.3 d). Subsequently, positron emission tomography (PET) was used to visualize the biodistribution of these radioplastics in C57BL/6J mice at 6, 12, 24, and 48 h after ingestion. The imaging data reveal that the majority of the radioplastics remain in the gastrointestinal tract and are eliminated through the feces by 48 h post-ingestion, a result reinforced by acute biodistribution studies. Ultimately, this work suggests that nuclear imaging—and PET in particular—can be a sensitive and effective tool in the urgent and rapidly growing effort to study the in vivo behavior and potential toxicity of micro- and nanoplastics.

Phase-change probe memory using Ge2Sb2Te5 has been considered as one of the promising candidates as next-generation data storage device due to its ultra-high density, low energy consumption, short access time and long retention time. In order to utmostly mimic the practical setup, and thus fully explore the potential of phase-change probe memory for 10 Tbit/in2 target, some advanced modeling techniques that include threshold-switching, electrical contact resistance, thermal boundary resistance and crystal nucleation-growth, are introduced into the already-established electrothermal model to simulate the write and read performance of phase-change probe memory using an optimal media stack design. The resulting predictions clearly demonstrate the capability of phase-change probe memory to record 10 Tbit/in2 density under pico Joule energy within micro second period.

Today many media of information storage device are formed as disks. Hence, next generation removable data storage media are shaped as disk types too. The holographic data storage system also uses a disk type photopolymer media. And then, holographic data storage system is most advanced optical memory system. Tracking servo and tilt servo control are very important research in holographic data storage system. In this paper, we propose intelligent servo control by fuzzy rules in holographic data storage system. Hence, we have found pattern of tilt servo control in holographic data storage system through fuzzy system. Fuzzy rules were generated by Genetic algorithm for controlling tilt servo. Therefore, we control tilt servo using fuzzy rules in holographic data storage system. Consequently, practical pattern of tilt servo control was found by intelligence algorithm in holographic data storage system.[1]
