The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the temporary suspension of the training centering system which has resulted in complex decisions relating to the continuation of training activities in accordance with existing circumstances. This paper aims to provide education and guidance in the implementation of regular exercise programs that must be realized as a solution to minimize the occurrence of COVID-19 transmission in the regular training process as well as provide understanding to the main sports branch management, coaches and athletes in carrying out regular training programs. This study uses a literature review method where the researcher conducts a series of studies by reviewing and analyzing various content and data, which involves various kinds of information related to the implementation of the training centering system in the new normal era. There are 4 key principles in the re-implementation of the training process on a regular basis or training camps, including preparation for resumption of training, criteria for training commencement, assessments and guidelines that serve as a reference for the implementation of training camps, as well as management and strategies for mitigating COVID-19 risks at training camps.

Still many coaches are not yet understood to compose the form of practice ranging from physical exercises, techniques. Physical exercises range from mild to heavy and fun exercise forms. As for the training techniques, many trainers are less familiar starting from the term Practice Series (basic/Basic,) until the situation play for some techniques in futsal sports. This activity was conducted by coordinating through partners on 03 October 2019 at the Office of the Education and Culture department Sijunjung district. Agreed on activities held on 18 until 20 October 2019. The activity lasts 3 days (starting on the first day of 14.00 S/d 18.00 WIB and resumed on the next 2 days starting at 08.00 S/d 18.00 WIB) on the Gor Sibinuang and Futsal field analyst. Activities are done by lecture, discussion and practice in the field. The result of this training process is; 1) All participants understand the forms of exercise of physical condition and the forms of technical exercises in Futsal sport demonstrated by some speakers, 2) the response and encouragement from local government is enough to be able to hold Futsal sports training activities by giving the local government permission, as well as the commitment of the local government to send some eligible participants to participate in the official training of the Associso futsal and will hold several matches to see the results of the activities undertaken. 3) Cooperation between TlM LP2M with FIK UNP and related elements running smoothly, 4) The participants ' enthusiasm is high enough to follow this activity, because this Futsal sport is a popular sport and favorite community

The concern with the performance of football referees has opened lines of investigation in areas such as technical and physical performance. Theoretical and analytical gaps regarding the causes of their performances in a holistic perspective are scarce. The purpose of this study is to understand how various processes of personal, career development and contextual nature influences the classification of football referees. The literature review on excellence and the performance of the referees allowed to define a model that contemplates three distinct areas: 1) personal experience; 2) sports course; 3) surrounding context. The model to understand the causes of the performance of the Portuguese referees was obtained by comparing the classification of referees for national boards between the periods of 2009-10 and 2018-19 with the relative data to their age, experience as a federated player and referee, region density and proximity to peers of national board. The results show that the performance of the referees is influenced by a set of processes such as individual experience, sporting background and the context. This article opens a new perspective on the referees' training process. Its content may constitute an important insight for the implementation of referee training programs, namely at the base.

Knowledge and skills have become the most crucial resource capital which enables organizations to survive in the ever changing business environment. One of the common strategies for organizations to increase their performance and productivity is through training and the main role of human resource development is to fulfil the needs of the organizations by providing employees with up to date expertise, information, knowledge and skills. Since huge financial investments and enormous time are allocated for training, organizations hope that the training will lead to the desired workoutcomes. However, this does not always happen. There is only a small percentage of training programs which had successfully shown lasting transferability to the workplace and this indicates thatunderstanding and improving the training transfer process is still a major concern for training researchers and practitioners. As training transfer is influenced by several variables at different levels of analysis, this study attempts to investigate the relationship between training transfer determinants, the involvement of different stakeholders and training activities in the training process. Specifically, this study investigates the influence of training transfer determinants on goal setting amongst small businesswomen. In addition, it will emphasize the roles of primary stakeholders in the social networkat different times during the training process towards achieving training transfer. Therefore, the framework postulates social networks as a moderating variable in enhancing training transfer andgoal setting amongst small businesswomen.

Digitalization has transformed all aspects of life, from social interactions to the working environment and education, something that accelerated with the emergence of COVID-19. The same stands for education and training activities, where the use of digital tools has been gradually advancing and become merely online because of the virus. This brought forth the need to discuss further the applications, benefits, and challenges of digital tools within the framework of the education and training process, and the need to study examples of successful applications. The article deals with issues related to the characteristics of the qualification of causing injury or death to an athlete during sports events. The article analyzes the possibility of applying the provisions of certain circumstances that exclude the criminality of the act. Take into account that the relationship between the participants of sports competitions and sports training, while relationships at the same time are not regulated by the law and sports regulations sports, and the internal rules of sports organizations, defining the organization of the training process. Therefore, the issues related to the influence of special rules regulating the procedure for conducting sports competitions and other sporting events on the features of criminal liability (in particular, guilt), both athletes and other persons who ensure the conduct of sports events, are studied specifically. It is taken into account that modern legislation and law enforcement often ignores this requirement, which, in particular, is expressed in the failure to include the facts of sports injuries in the list of crimes in the field of sports. First of all, the article analyzes the issues of criminal-legal assessment of an athlete's act in the event of injury to health or death to another athlete, given that in sports, harm is usually caused unintentionally, by negligence. Therefore, the work analyzes the risks, harm to health, as well as measures that should have been taken by the organizers of the competition to avoid causing harm, taking into account that all these issues are evaluative. The characteristic of harming an athlete while observing the rules of events by his opponent is given. The question of how the rules relating to a particular sport can exempt a person from liability for causing harm is being investigated.

In light of the increasing emphasis on the use of instructional technology in higher education, sociology graduate students need to become conversant with instructional technology and its pedagogical implications. Yet, the literature on graduate instructor training has almost completely neglected this issue. This paper directly addresses this important pedagogical issue. After a discussion of the benefits of instructional technology training, we describe how to integrate training in instructional technology into graduate training programs in sociology. Our discussion offers specific suggestions for incorporating instructional technology training throughout the instructor training process. Our recommendations focus on helping graduate students employ effectively instructional technology and to become conversant with its pedagogical implications.

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the relevance of the use of modern sports in general and general physical training in particular in the training system of students. The paper considers the actual problems of improving the physical fitness of students who study at higher military educational institutions during the period of primary sports training. The possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of the training process have been investigated. The analysis of modern scientific and literary sources gives grounds to assert that the system of sports training has a significant positive effect on the general level of well-being, facilitating the learning process and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The purpose of the article is to form and implement innovative forms of sports education for students and further experimental verification of the developed program.

Although recent policies in education in Brazil have included sexuality as an important theme to be discussed in the classroom, it still has not effectively created an educational context where sexuality can be discussed in a positive, non-discriminatory and culturally/historically sensitive way. This article aims at contributing to the development of training programs for sexual educators, specifically for those who are concerned with the inclusion of non-normative sexualities in the educational context. Drawing on social constructionist ideas, we have delineated a model for a training program for sexual educators in which two themes - relational engagement and focus on the process - set the context for a transformation in education. First, we offer a brief review of sexual education in Brazil. Next, we introduce the notion of "intelligibility communities" and "dialogue," as useful concepts for exploring educational alternatives. These two concepts allow us to discuss how values are generated and how they play into our accounts about what we consider to be real and good. Finally, inspired by one of our training programs, we illustrate some ways in which these theoretical resources can be used in training activities.
