Employee selection is an activity to get human resources for a company. Researchers conducted research at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk where currently the selection process still uses the conventional method, the current assessment of participants uses technical and non-technical tests with interview methods but at present the company does not yet have a standardized weighting of values tested, so companies sometimes have difficulty determining who should receive from the test participants. Based on the above conditions, researchers conducted decision support system design research using the Weighted Product method to assist companies in getting the right employees according to the employees' technical needs and abilities. Decision support system development refers to the results of data collection using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Development of decision support system is built based on the waterfall system development model using the PHP programming language. The system testing method uses the black box method. The design of decision support system from the recruitment selection generator from this study is expected to be a reference for the selection process of employees in similar industries with the place of research conducted by researchers.

<em>Universitas Merdeka Madiun (UNMER Madiun) is a private campus in Madiun, East Java, led by a Chancellor. The Chancellor served for four years. Prospective Chancellors choose through Senate consideration. The selection parameters include Curriculum Vitae, Vision and Mission, and Feasibility Test. In giving attention, debates often occur in Senate meetings. Based on this, this study created a system based on information technology that can help in making decisions. Decision Support System made using the Weighted Product method. Because in terms of computing time is faster than other SPK methods, so it is faster in making decisions. The criteria used to determine decisions using the assessment parameters used in the 2019 Chancellor election. The flow of this research starts from the stage of data collection, library research, making a decision support system, and testing the system. At the stage of data collection, it was done by collecting secondary data such as the parameter parameters in the selection of the Chancellor, which then is used for the criteria data. Furthermore, in making decision support systems using prototyping system development methods. After the system is created, the system tested. For the results of this study have been successfully applied Weighted Product method to support the decision of the Chancellor selection. Furthermore, the system that has tested using the BlackBox method evaluates the success of the system. Based on the results of system testing, the success rate of SPK that has made 100% successful results.</em>

PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa is a company in the sale of diesel engines, generators, tooling tools and engine spare parts. Many suppliers want to distribute their goods through PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa, thus demanding the company to choose the right supplier, in order to ensure the smooth fulfillment of stock items. The process of selecting suppliers is still done manually with criteria limited to quantitative criteria, so that the process takes a long time and the results are not precise. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system for supplier recommendations quickly and precisely in meeting the company's needs. The supplier selection process uses the Rank-Order Centroid (ROC) method in weighting the criteria and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for ranking. ARAS value obtained is the K value that is ranked to get the best supplier by using a computerized decision support system. The application of these two methods can speed up the results of decisions, does not take a long time and the results obtained are also maximum.

Proses seleksi beasiswa bidikmisi secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan formulir sampai penetuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa semua dikerjakan secara manual sehingga pada proses pemberian bantuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa terkdang tidak objektif karena banyaknya minat mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun yang mengajukan permohonan beasiswa bidikmisi, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki kerap menyulitkan tim dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang tepat untuk menerima beasiswa. Diperlukan sebuah SPK yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tim dan dapat membantu memperoleh penerima beasiswa secara objektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang diusulkan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti potensi akademik, ekonomi keluarga, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, kelengkapan berkas, dan transportasi ke kampus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan pada sistem jika nilai core factor (CF) sebesar 65% dan secondary factor sebesar 35%, maka dari data yang ada terdapat lima orang yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa menurut rangking satu sampai lima yaitu M03, M09, M06, M07, dan M08. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan sebanyak 84% responden menjawab positif terhadap hasil sistem pendukung keputusan karena dapat membantu mereka untuk menjalakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai tim seleksi. Kata kunci— Profile_Matching; Beasiswa; SPK; BidikmisiThe manual selection process for Bidikmisi scholarships, starting from submitting forms to determining scholarship recipients, is all done manually so that the process of providing educational assistance to students is sometimes not objective because of the high interest of students who apply for Bidikmisi scholarships from year to year. makes it difficult for the team to determine the right student to receive the scholarship. A DSS is needed that can facilitate the team and can help objectively obtain scholarship recipients. The proposed decision support system uses the profile matching method by considering several criteria such as academic potential, family economy, number of dependents of parents, completeness of files, and transportation to campus. This research produces a decision support system and based on the data entered in the system if the core factor (CF) value is 65% and the secondary factor is 35%, then from the existing data, five people are entitled to receive scholarships according to rank one to five, namely M03, M09, M06, M07, and M08. From the tests carried out, 84% of respondents answered positively to the results of the decision support system because it can help them carry out their duties and responsibilities as a selection team.Keywords— Profile Matching; scholarships; DSS; Bidikmisi

Raren Batuah 1 High School is a senior high school education level located at Unsum Village, Raren Batuah District, East Barito Regency, at Raren Batuah 1 High School, assistance is provided in the form of subsidies for Poor Student Assistance for the smooth teaching and learning process for students less fortunate. To help the selection process for recipients of Poor Student Assistance, a decision support system has been designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method by prioritizing the criteria of parental income, the number of dependents of parents, and the value of student report cards that will be used for a reference decision making for the right recipient of Poor Student Assistance. Decision Support System Application (DSS) for Poor Student Assistance Recipients was designed using Flowchart and implemented using the Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010 programming language.

The selection process of the field of the interest of students majoring in Informatics Engineering at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang at this time is still manually that is choosing to accord to the wishes of the students themselves, so that it is sometimes not in accordance with the values obtained. Therefore, a new method is needed, namely the Decision Making System for the selection process of interest. The method for overcoming this problem uses the TOPSIS method, where the TOPSIS method has a concept if the chosen alternative is the best alternative by considering various criteria. The research methods used include data collection methods and system development methods. The design of this application was made using UML, for the program using the PHP programming language, and for the database using the MySQL database program. Interest Decision Support System in the Department of Informatics has been successfully created with the TOPSIS method that has been implemented in the make decision support systems. In this decision support system, the accuracy value using the TOPSIS method is 67%, the recall value is 86%, the precision value is 86% and the f-measure is 86%.

This study aims to determine development priorities in 2018 Kota Medan District covering planning, use and evaluation of village development. This study uses qualitative research, with a case study strategy. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of data by triangulating data sources and data collection techniques. Data analysis uses determination techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Evaluations for the Village Fund for 2017 include constraints faced during the implementation of development and allocation of village funds such as a lack of sense of responsibility between village officials in managing village funds, people who care about development are still few, and there is a lack of meetings to deliver information on village fund allocation to the community. The decision support system for determining village development priorities has stages, starting from selecting criteria, aspects to assessments that have been set, decision making difficulties in determining priorities and calculating weights. Related to this, the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method can be used to solve the problem. The results of the process are in the form of village rankings as a recommendation for decision making to choose as suitable occupies the designated fields. The results of the system supplementation, it was concluded that the use of this method can help the process of making prioritization of development, can be studied, quite easy to use, and produce information used.Keywords: Decision Support System, Development Priority, PSI

Insurance growth in Indonesia has recently experienced a pretty good increase, this is evidenced by the statistics of IKNB (Non-Bank Financial Industry) issued by the OJK (Financial Services Authority) in February 2020. In December 2018 the number of IKNB actors was 1260 and then increased every month until December 2019 IKNB actors totaled 1330. From these data IKNB actors experienced a pretty good increase, where insurance is included in the industry. With so many IKNB actors PT. SICO Andalan Utama, which is one of the companies engaged in the industry, is feeling the improvement. However, with this increase, insurance management, specifically claims management, is needed because caution is needed when deciding on a claim worthiness decision. So to overcome these problems this is what underlies the authors to propose the development of a Decision Support System for Insurance Claim Feasibility which will later be expected to avoid or at least reduce inaccuracies in determining the eligibility of a claim. This Decision System for Claims Feasibility Decision Support System was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development methodology as a path for developing the system. Whereas the DSS modeling uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. And also uses several Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Nation (BPMN), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) tools for analysis and design. In implementing the system the author uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a Database. The testing method uses White Box Testing, Black Box Testing and Usability Testing approaches. By implementing this system, it is expected to provide the right claim eligibility decisions.

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;">Taman kanak-kanak (TK) yang semakin banyak dan ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk menunjukkan yang terbaik, membuat para orang tua tergesa-gesa dalam memilih TK tanpa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak dan orang tua. Metode yang digunakan untuk permasalahan pemilihan (TK) ini adalah metode Weighted Product (WP) dimana rating setiap atribut harus dipangkatkan dulu dengan bobot atribut yang bersangkutan untuk menentukan solusi alternatif terbaik. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi TK yang sesuai dengan harapan orang tua untuk menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih TK yang tepat, khususnya di Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda yang terdapat 28 TK. Telah dihasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Taman Kanak-Kanak dengan menggunakan kriteria: lokasi, biaya SPP, biaya masuk, fasilitas, batas tampung kelas, jumlah pengajar, akreditasi TK, status TK, dan menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus. Telah dilakukan perhitungan metode Weighted Product (WP) dengan pengujian perbandingan perhitungan manual dan sistem dan memiliki nilai yang sama. Dalam penelitian ini tingkat akurasi tidak dilakukan,  disebabkan peneliti hanya melakukan perangkingan terhadap beberapa  TK di Kecamtan Sungai Kunjang, dan hasil dari penelitian merupakan dari salah satu orang tua atau user sebagai pengguna, dimana hasilnya didapatkan bahwa diperolah nilai perangkingan teringgi adalah TK (A14) dengan nilai 0.0438. </p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;"> </p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;"> </p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;"><em><strong> Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Number of kindergartens and tight competition in the education world to show the best, makes the parents hasty in choosing a kindergarten without being tailored to the needs of children and parents. The method used for this kindergarten selection problem is the Weighted Product (WP) where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the corresponding attribute weights to determine the best alternative solution. This system can provide recommendation of kindergarten in accordance with the expectations of parents to be considered in choosing the right schools, especially in Sungai Kunjang subdistrict, Samarinda, which has 28 kindergartens. A selection of Kindergarten Decision Support System has been generated using criteria: location, tuition fee, entrance fee, facilities, class limit, number of teachers, kindergarten accreditation, kindergarten status and receiving special needs children. The weight product method has been calculated by comparing comparisons and has the same value. In this study the level of accuracy was not carried out, because researchers only carried out ranking against several kindergarten in Sungai Kunjang District, and the results of the study were from one parent or user as a user, where the results were obtained that the highest ranking was TK (A14) with value of 0.0438.</em></p>

The number of children day care is increasing from year to year. Children day care is categorized as service industry that help parents in caring and educate children. This type of service industry plays a substitute for the family at certain hours, usually during work hours. The common problems in this industry is related to the employee performance. Most of employees have a less understanding about the whole job. Some employees only perform a routine task, i.e. feeding, cleaning and putting the child to sleep. The role in educating children is not performed as well as possible. Therefore, the employee selection is an important process to solve a children day care problem. An effective decision support system is required to optimize the employee selection process. Adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is used to develop the decision support system for employee selection process. The data used to build the system is the historical data of employee selection process in children day care. The data shows the characteristic of job applicant that qualified and not qualified. From that data, the system can perform a learning process and give the right decision. The system is able to provide the right decision with an error of 0,00016249. It means that the decision support system that developed using ANFIS can give the right recommendation for employee selection process.

Chili is one of the most consumed food commodities in Indonesia. Thus, chili is very influential to the economic, also inflation and deflation of an area. In order for the needs of chili to be fulfilled and to be able to export, the production must be increased with one consideration being the selection of the right land. The right land must meet the criteria agreed upon by experts, there is land height, soil pH, nutrient value and ambient temperature. This research aims to create a system to support the decision of chili crop land selection using the weighted product method. By entering land data according to the criteria, the user can easily find out which land has the potential to have a higher suitability for chili plants. The result of this system is in the form of land ranking that can help users decide which land to use for chili cultivation.
