Human Resources (HR) is one of the important things that determines the success of the services of a company, one of the things done to prepare a good HR is to launch a program of Job Training (PKL) or also known as an internship. PT.Gramedia Asri Media became one of the companies implementing the internship program, but the existing internship program was still carried out manually by distributing information to tertiary institutions via email. This journal aims to create an apprenticeship information system design by developing a system using the prototyping method so that the apprenticeship process can be carried out in a single system from the dissemination of information to the resolution of administrative problems related to finance and the need for an apprenticeship approval document. The system development method used therein is the prototyping method that starts from analyzing user needs to creating a User Interface (UI) that is easily understood by the user. The apprenticeship information system is expected to make the apprenticeship process more effective both in registering and processing the internship data contained therein.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox Testing..   Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Booking, Penyewaan, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall.

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. PD KENCANA is a company engaged in the sale of school administration equipment, office equipment and so forth. One of the processes that exist in PD KENCANA is the sales process. Based on book sales processes currently running on KENCANA PD, there are still some issues, namely duration of the process of making the sales memorandum book, because the manufacturing process is still done by hand writing. The purpose of this research is to design information systems in PD KENCANA book sales and provide reports on sales data of books with ease and on time. Methodology in the development of this system consists of activities which can be grouped into several stages, systems methodologies used in information system design uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Book Sales Information Systems In this KENCANA PD can assist the administration in managing the sale of books and making reports. In addition, this information system can also easily generate reports on book sales information per month or per year, accurate, precise and relevant, as expected.

The payroll system is an important function that is the responsibility of Human Resources Management. Its main function is to provide compensation to employees in the form of salary in exchange for their contribution to the organization / agency. Payroll is one of the processes in an organization that is vulnerable to problems. Slow data processing can result in slow presentation of slow report making so that it is also possible to delay payment of salaries to employees. Plus if something goes wrong making salary calculations inaccurate. This makes the payroll system needs to be supported by a good information system. The research methodology used by the author in this research is the System Development Life Sycle (SDLC) Waterfall method. The development of research methodology has several sequential stages, namely: planning (modeling), modeling (modeling), construction (construction), and the delivery of the system to the customers / users (deployment). Based on the problems found, The author proposes to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sanggabuana Agung Karawang to use VB.Net, it is expected that with the proposed system can improve Payroll problems that occur at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sanggabuana Agung. Based on this research, the existence of a computerized employee payroll calculation system is expected to become a system that is useful for the development of the company in the future, and it is hoped that it can fix the problem and can also facilitate the calculation of payroll.  Keywords : Accountimg Information System, Payroll, VB.Net Programming

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. In order to reduce risks and increase the speed of new information technology (IT) product or service development as well as to satisfy customers’ demand, end users’ involvement has become one of the most important issues. The chapter aims at the presentation of the user role in information system development and the activities of prosumers in e-learning. The first part of the chapter covers literature review referring to studies on end users’ involvement in the information system (IS) development process. In the second part of the chapter the opportunities of prosumption development on the Internet are discussed. Particularly, the author focuses on e-learning purposes development and IT-supported communication among e-learners. The third part of the chapter covers a proposal of the architecture model as well as a discussion on methods of information system design for the prosumption development.

An approach to an ontology-based information system design theory for spatial information system development is presented. This approach addresses the dynamic nature of information system development at the beginning of the 21st century and addresses the question of how to establish relationships between the various design components of a spatial information system. It should also help to automate and guide the design process while at the same time improve the quality of the process along with its outputs. An example of this approach is presented, along with examples of the various ontologies utilized in the design of this particular spatial information system. Finally, a method to mitigate the issues regarding the organization and management of a growing library of ontologies is discussed.

financial information in schools. Payment information which is the basis for schools to determine future policies. The object of research in this thesis is the Demak Development High School which is one of the agencies engaged in the field of science and education. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school payment administration recording information system and design a school payment administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the accuracy of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making
