Results of observation found that the students of class IX and passive in learning science. Other facts indicate that the average student score of 60. This suggests that science teaching in class IX and unpleasant. In order to increase the students' understanding, then conducted action research. This study aims to determine students demonstrated the increased understanding of improving student learning outcomes IX class B SMP Negeri 38 Semarang through empowerment peers. The study design used two cycles with research time for 1 month. Subjects numbered 30 people. The first cycle study results showed an increased understanding marked by an increase in average student learning outcomes of 60 towards 71.6. Nevertheless, this study not yet may be terminated because it has not reached indicators of success that the average value of 75. The results of the second cycle studies show an increase in the average value becomes 75.8.This research recommendation is given to teachers IPA to further modify the model of science learning.

This study aims to determine the increase in lay ap shoot learning outcomes through the use of modified media in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in 2019/2020. From the results of the preliminary data (pre-test) that has been done, it shows that the students' ability in performing the lay-up movement technique is still low and this has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study uses the action research (PTK) method which can be analyzed. In this case the researcher analyzes the data by reducing the data and presenting the data in tabular form, so that the average value and percentage of learning completeness can be found. The subjects of this study were 20 students of class XI IPA at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in 2019/2020, including 12 male students and 8 female students. The results of the research in the first cycle showed that the learning outcomes of the lay-up shoot were (41%) students who completed their studies, and (59%) students who did not complete their studies. The overall student learning outcomes in doing the lay-up shoot technique in the first cycle reached (58.82%). In cycle II shows that the learning outcomes of the lay-up shot, namely (88%) students who complete their learning, and (12%) students who do not complete their learning and overall student learning outcomes in doing the lay-up shoot technique in cycle II reach (88 , 23%).This study concludes that the use of plastic ball modification media can provide a very large and significant contribution to the learning outcomes of shoot lay-up in class XI class students of SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in 2019/2020.

The background of this study is the low student learning outcomes IPA. Of the 20 studentswho completed only 9 students and the average student learning outcomes of 62. The resultsof student learning is still below the specified KKM is 65. The purpose of this research is toimprove the learning outcomes of the first grade science students at SDN 006 Tri Mulya Jaya. This research is a class act, carried out by two cycles. This research was conducted byapplying direct instructional model. The data used in this research is data teacher andstudent activities and student learning outcomes IPA. Research suggests that the applicationof the model pembelajara direct positive impact, namely by increasing the activity data andthe results of teachers and students learn science. In the first cycle of the first meeting activityfor teachers to get a percentage of 37.00%, in the first cycle II meeting increased with thepercentage of 50.00%, in the first meeting silus II teacher activity increased with thepercentage of 74.00% and the second cycle of meeting II increases with the percentage of82.00%. Besides the student activity also increased, in the first cycle of meetings I earn apercentage of 37.00%, in the first cycle II meeting increased with the percentage of 41.00%,in the first meeting silus II student activity increased with the percentage of 76.00 % and thesecond cycle II meeting increased with a percentage of 80.00%. IPA learning outcomes ofstudents also increased in the first cycle the number of students who completed study resultsberjuumlah 14 (70.00%), and the second cycle the number of students who have increased thenumber of students 17 (85.00%). Similarly, the average value obtained in the classical studentat baseline was only 62, and after the first cycle increased by an average of 72.5 after thesecond cycle is increased to an average of 76.5.

The study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match method on the activities, interests, and learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Darussalam Bermi West Lombok. The population in this study were all eighth-grade students of MTs Darussalam Bermi, while the study sample was 58 students. Class VIII C as the experimental class and class VIII D as the control class. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research instrument used was an observation sheet to obtain data on learning activities, questionnaires for learning interest data, and tests for student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the analysis of student activity data in the control class, an average value of 71 was obtained with the active category, while the experimental class obtained an average value of 78 with a very active category. The average learning interest of students in the control class is 36.39 with a less high category, then in the experimental class, the average student interest is 45.73 with a fairly high category using the Make A Match method. Analysis of student learning outcomes data obtained an average value in the experimental class of 82.4 with the highest value of 100 and the lowest 72, while the average value of the control class was 76.1 with the highest value 88 and the lowest value 64. Based on the results of the t-test obtained t count is 17.43 and t table is 1.67, because tcount ≥ ttable, then there are differences in activities, interests, and learning outcomes using the Make A Match method in class VIII students of MTs Darussalam Bermi. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Make A Match method on science learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Darussalam Bermi.
