This research was motivated by the fact that most of the learning processes were not in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students so that it had an impact on the quality of learning at schools that did not achieve the goal. The learning process included the process of planning, implementing, and assessing of the primary school teacher. The purpose of this study was to improve the teachers’ skills in carrying out the learning process by using a cooperative model of Think Talk Write type. This research was a school action research that adapted Mc Taggart and Kemmist's classroom action research design. This research consisted of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research activity was carried out at SDN 23 Ujung Gurun Padang involving 10 teachers. The data collection technique was an observation sheet measuring the results of the learning process which including planning skills, implementation abilities, and assessment abilities. The data analysis technique consisted of quantitative data. The research found that the teacher's average score in carrying out the learning process using the Think Talk Write type cooperative model in cycle 1 was 68.30 and got an average score of 85.46 in cycle 2. This proved that there was an increase in teachers’ skills in carrying out the learning process by using a Think Talk Write type cooperative model through academic supervision activities. The implications of this research was that this model could be used as a reference for academic supervisors to improve the quality of learning for elementary school teachers.

The objectives of this school action research are; To find out the ability of elementary school teachers with a cooperative learning model through clinical supervision at SD Negeri 02 Karan Aur, Kota Pariaman. The research subjects were 8 teachers of SD Negeri 02 Karan Aur. The results of the analysis that has been carried out using clinical supervision in improving the ability of teachers to use cooperative models are very good. At the beginning of the activity the teacher was still hesitant to use this model, but because of the guidance of researchers through clinical supervision, the teacher was able to use the cooperative model. 87% of teachers are able to use cooperative models in the learning process and this also affects the potential of students.

The principal has an obligation to be able to improve the quality of teacher in the learning process at school. Based on the observations, it was found that the number of learning processes carried out by elementary school teachers at schools were not in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students, so that improvements were needed to improve the skills of these teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of teachers’ skills in the learning process at elementary schools through academic supervision activities. This research was a classroom action research that adapted the design of Mc Taggart and Kemmist's classroom action research. This research consisted of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The findings stated that there was an increase in the implementation skills of the teacher's learning process by getting an average score of 68.46 in cycle 1 and increased to 86.10 in cycle 2. This proved that there was an increase in teachers’ skills in the learning process at elementary schools through academic supervision activities. The implications of this research was that it could be used as a basis by supervisors to be able to improve teachers’ skills in the learning process at elementary schools.

This research was motivated by findings regarding the learning process of elementary school teachers that were not in accordance with the characteristics of learning at schools. The findings revealed that teachers still used lesson plans which were only downloaded from the internet, the learning process and assessment carried out by teachers were still not in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. Therefore, an effort was needed to improve it. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of teacher skills in carrying out the learning process using a problem centered learning model through academic supervision activities. This research was a school action research by adapting the process of implementing from Mc Taggart and Kemmist's classroom action research. This research consisted of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research activity was carried out at SDN 28 Rawang Timur, Padang involving 10 teachers. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the teacher got an average skill score of 88.86  in cycle 1 and got an average score of 83.59 in cycle 2. This concluded that there was an increase in teachers’ learning process skills through academic activities. This study suggested that it was necessary to agree on a schedule with the teacher so that the implementation of supervision could be carried out optimally. The implications of this research that it could be used as a basis by supervisors to improve the learning process skills of elementary school teachers.

This study aims to improve the quality of learning through guidance in developing snowball throwing cooperative learning scenarios for elementary school teachers. This study was conducted at SDN 001 Muara Lembu from October to November 2019. The research subjects were 12 SDN 001 Muara Lembu teachers. This research is a school action research design based on the Kemmis model. The expected indicator of success is that the quality of learning reaches good categories. The results of the study in the first cycle are the average quality of learning to get a value of 61% which includes enough categories, in the second cycle increased to 77% which is classified as good. The conclusion based on the results is that the quality of learning has improved after guidance of SDN 001 Muara Lembu teachers in developing snowball throwing cooperative learning scenarios

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for elementary school teachers about classroom action research design techniques for elementary school teachers to do classroom action research in school or in their respective duties. Community service activities implemented are expected to provide benefits in the effort of teachers improve the quality of their understanding of classroom action research, so as to improve their skills in conducting research activities. By understanding and skills in conducting research, a teacher can improve and improve the quality of learning that ultimately impact on the achievement of competence development of learners in learning.

The teacher's pedagogical experience is the basis for improving the quality of learning. This study aims to reconstruct the pedagogical experience for elementary school teachers through the Lesson Study (LS) Model. A quasi-qualitative approach explored this study. A total of 20 teachers, a principal and a school supervisor were directly involved.  The activities were identification of problems, brainstorming, designing, modelling, reflection, re-designing and re-modelling. The data was collected by class observation, questionnaire, and interview. Data is analyzed by percentage and qualitatively. The results found, as many as 80,63% of participants stated that LS agreed, and 19,37% positively agreed to reconstruct the teacher's pedagogical experiences. Thus, the LS model was very effective in reconstructing more qualified pedagogical experience of elementary school teachers in Bone Regency. AbstractThe implementation of class action research by teachers in elementary school is one of the supporters in enhancing the learning process and learning outcomes of students. It aims to help teachers develop innovations in learning, so that the problems in classroom learning can be minimized. This training aims to provide understanding of PTK and LKPD to the PGSD partner elementary school teachers, to motivate PGSD partner elementary School teachers to implement PTK to improve the learning process in the classroom with the help of LKPD. This activity is a guided training. Originating from SD Negeri 68 Palembang which amounted to 20 participants. Training on the creation and use of PTK and LKPD in the teachers of SD Negeri 68 Palembang positively impact the knowledge and self-development for teachers. Key Words: Class action research, LKPD AbstrakPelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas oleh guru di Sekolah Dasar merupakan salah satu pendukung dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini bertujuan agar guru mengembangkan inovasi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga permasalahan yang dalam pembelajaran di kelas dapat diminimalisir. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang PTK dan LKPD pada guru-guru SD Mitra PGSD, memotivasi guru-guru SD Mitra PGSD agar dapat menerapkan PTK untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan bantuan LKPD. Kegiatan ini merupakan pelatihan terbimbing. yang berasal dari SD Negeri 68 Palembang yang berjumlah 20 peserta. This research is a school action research (PTS) which raises about how teachers can use the existing learning administration in the learning process in the classroom with the intention of increasing the quality of learning carried out in the classroom and the evaluation is carried out through the supervision of the principal in the classroom during learning. This school action research activity was carried out at SDN Kedungdoro V/310 for 3 months, starting from July to September 2021 by going through cycle stages. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which the supervision carried out by the principal followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to the target teachers can increase the competence of the low-grade teachers in preparing learning administration. In this school action research (PTS), it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase the competence of low grade teachers by achieving ideal standards. In the first cycle, the increase in the competence of low-grade teachers in preparing learning administration reached about 33.33%, in the second cycle it could increase to 100%. The average score obtained after class supervision in the first cycle was 71.33 and increased in the second cycle to 83.33, meaning that there was an increase of 12 and the level of completeness as a group/classical in the first cycle reached 33.33% and in the first cycle it was 33.33%. II increased to 100%. The results of this school action research indicate that the coaching of the principal can improve the competence of low-grade teachers in preparing learning administration. ABSTRAKPenelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang mengangkat tentang bagaimana guru dapat menggunakan administrasi pembelajaran yang ada dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan maksud dapat meningkat kualitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas dan evaluasinya dilakukan melalui kegiatan supervise kepala sekolah di kelas saat pembelajaran. Kegiatan penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilakukan di SDN Kedungdoro V/310 selama 3 bulan yaitu mulai bulan Juli sampai dengan September 2021 dengan melalui tahapan-tahapan siklus. Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yang diikuti dengan pemberian pembinaan/perlakuan terhadap guru-guru sasaran dapat meningkatkan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah tersebut dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah  dengan mencapai standar ideal. Pada siklus I peningkatan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran mencapai sekitar 33,33 % ,pada siklus II dapat meningkat menjadi 100 %. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan supervisi kelas pada siklus I sebesar 71,33 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,33, berarti ada peningkatan sebesar 12 dan tingkat ketuntasan secara kelompok/klasikal pada siklus I mencapai 33,33% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 100 %. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran.

This research is motivated by the still weak ability of class teachers in carrying out classroom learning. The purpose of this research is to increase the ability of teachers to carry out classroom learning. The model used in this study is Lesson Study. This research was carried out in a built elementary school located in Pasir Penyu District. The design of this study uses school action research which consists of 2 cycles. The results of the research on the ability of teachers to carry out learning based on observations obtained an average score of 67 in the category C (Enough) / Not Completed in Cycles I and 73 were in category B (Good) / Completed in Cycle II. There was an increase in the average score by 6 points from Cycle I to Cycle II. With the results obtained, it can be said that with lesson study can improve the ability of teachers to carry out active, creative, effective, and enjoyable learning for the Elementary School teachers in Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

This study aims to improve pedagogical competencies especially elementary school teachers in Bone Regency. The study was conducted with a semi-experimental approach with the Lesson Study (LS) model. There were 20 teachers were directly involved from four elementary schools in Watampone. The procedures adopted were motivating, explaining, discussing, designing learning, implementing and observing learning, reflecting, designing and re-implementing the results of reflection in collaboration. After taking meet for three times, the results were very satisfying. Participants who stated LS were very appropriate to improve teacher pedagogical competence by 85%, exactly 15%, inaccurate and incorrect in each 0%. Qualitatively, the LS model is very effective in increasing the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Bone. The main value of the LS model is that learning quality improvement was carried out directly in the learning process and activities. So, the teacher learns in the learning process about how to teach effectively and efficiently. It was recommended to teachers that this LS becomes one of the regular professional activities to improve the quality of the teaching profession.
