The problem begins with the low performance of employees at the Cirebon Pratama Tax Service Office. Where the results of preliminary observations are suspected by low remuneration and employee job satisfaction. Thus this study uses a descriptive approach with the aim of finding the value of the magnitude of the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive explanatory. The results showed partially that the effect of remuneration on employee performance was 0.463 or 46.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 3.221 > 2.27 signifikan and positive, so H0 is accepted. While the results of the value of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance was 0.563 or 56.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 4.204 > 2.27 significant and positive, so H0 is accepted. And the simultaneous influence obtained by the correlation value of 0.391 or 39.1% with the test F = 11.867 compared to F table = 3.32 (Fhitung > Ftabel) then the hypothesis is acceptable. While the remaining 60.9% is explained by other variables outside the variables of remuneration, job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion Remuneration variables that have been given in the form of rewards received are reasonable, received bonuses are associated or not related to achievement, and the suitability of the rewards received has a positive influence in encouraging working harder according to the expected target. So that this can improve employee performance at the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. Likewise, employee job satisfaction variables in the Pratama Tax Office in Cirebon feel comfortable in working, pleasant work, salary in accordance with expectations, adequate career opportunities, conducive work environment and leadership style (human relations).

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

<p>The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study. </p>The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute <br /> Bumi Damai Madiun.  Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The object of this study are employees of Bank bjb Branch Tangerang. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this study addressed that in partial leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance bjb Bank Branch Tangerang.

Departing from the phenomenon in the form of employee performance and job satisfaction is still low, even though transformational and transactional leadership have been running as it should be, this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Bank "XXX ". This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and survey research formats. Data collection used a questionnaire to 126 respondents which were determined by simple random sampling. The data were processed using path analysis techniques assisted by the International Business Machine (IBM) Predictive Analytic Software (PASW) version 22 software. The results of this study are transformational and transactional leadership styles have a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.

This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance. Implications-The results of this study suggest that managers put forward a democratic and supportive style to improve employee job satisfaction through providing opportunities to subordinates to provide ideas/suggestions in various decisions taken by the company, Keywords: performance, satisfaction, leadership style

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of motivation kerjaterhadap leadership style and job satisfaction of employees at PT Technological Innovation. This research was conducted by tekknik simple random sampling (simple sampling technique), with a sample of 75 respondents. Entire multiple regression equation used meets the requirements of the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and positive influence between leadership style and motivation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction in PT Technological Innovation.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance with satisfaction as intervening variable Satpol PP Kota Surakarta. The result of t test that is Motivation have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership Style have positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have positive and significant effect on Performance Value of R2 square total is 0,7225 which means employee performance variable explained by transformational leadership style and motivation with satisfaction as interverning variable equal to 72,25% and the rest equal to 27,75% Described other factors outside the research model. This paper examines organizational culture, leadership, employee performance and job satisfaction at Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. During the two periods of the current incumbent dean leadership, there are still many unresolved problems mainly problems related to human resources quality, employee discipline, low performance and others. This situation might occur due to the absence of clear written organizational culture in the Faculty of Humanities. Based on the background above, this paper will discuss how organizational culture and job satisfaction mediate leadership and job performance in order to support the implementation of academic activities at Universitas Indonesia, especially the Faculty of Humanities. The results show that (1) leadership has positive influence on employee performance, organizational culture, and job satisfaction (2) organizational culture has positive influence on employee performance (3) job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance (4) organizational culture becomes the mediator between leadership and employee performance (5) job satisfaction becomes the mediator between leadership and employee performance.
