This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The object of this study are employees of Bank bjb Branch Tangerang. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this study addressed that in partial leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance bjb Bank Branch Tangerang.

The purpose of this research is to determine whether Transformational Leadership, Internal Communication, and Work Discipline have any influence on Employee Performance at SETJEN MPR RI employees. The object of this research is the civil servants of MPR RI. This research was conducted on 100 civil servants of MPR RI, data were collected using a questionnaire by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used in this research is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research indicate that all three independent variables (Transformational Leadership, Internal Communication, and Work Discipline) positively and significantly affect the dependent variable (Employee Performance) at SETJEN MPR RI employees. Where Work Discipline variable has the greatest influence on Employee Performance at SETJEN MPR RI employees. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Internal Communication, Work Discipline

This research is aimed at understanding the relationship of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT SSBP considering that the two independent variables are the main factors that determines the success of a company as general as well as PT SSBP. The research obtained data from 144 respondents out of 210 total employees. A questionnaire was prepared to catch their perception on leadership style and compensation and how they affect their performance in the company they work with. From the data obtained and the analysis result shows that the relationship and the contribution of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees is strong and significant, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore as managerial instruments, leadership style and compensation are extremely important factors to be considered and continuously updated in order to keep and maintain employees motivation that in turn will boost their performance,

<p>The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study. </p>The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute <br /> Bumi Damai Madiun.  Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

The problem begins with the low performance of employees at the Cirebon Pratama Tax Service Office. Where the results of preliminary observations are suspected by low remuneration and employee job satisfaction. Thus this study uses a descriptive approach with the aim of finding the value of the magnitude of the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive explanatory. The results showed partially that the effect of remuneration on employee performance was 0.463 or 46.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 3.221 > 2.27 signifikan and positive, so H0 is accepted. While the results of the value of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance was 0.563 or 56.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 4.204 > 2.27 significant and positive, so H0 is accepted. And the simultaneous influence obtained by the correlation value of 0.391 or 39.1% with the test F = 11.867 compared to F table = 3.32 (Fhitung > Ftabel) then the hypothesis is acceptable. While the remaining 60.9% is explained by other variables outside the variables of remuneration, job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion Remuneration variables that have been given in the form of rewards received are reasonable, received bonuses are associated or not related to achievement, and the suitability of the rewards received has a positive influence in encouraging working harder according to the expected target. So that this can improve employee performance at the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. Likewise, employee job satisfaction variables in the Pratama Tax Office in Cirebon feel comfortable in working, pleasant work, salary in accordance with expectations, adequate career opportunities, conducive work environment and leadership style (human relations).

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style and work discipline have an effect on the employee performance of Carrefour Mangga Dua.The results of this study explain that partially the leadership style with –t table < t count < t table or -2,04 < 0.155 < 2.04, means that there is no influence of leadership style on employee performance. Work discipline with t count  > t table or 3.421 > 2.04, means that  there is an effect  of work discipline on employee performance. The results of this study explain that simultaneously the value of F count > the F table  or 8.946 > 3.32. It means that the two independent variables (leadership style and work discipline) together have a significant effect on employee performance variables.

<em>The Purposes of this Research aim to determine the effect of the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training in partially and simultaneously to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Metodhology of this research was used quantitative descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis wich used SPSS version 20.0. By using 50 samples, the result showed that Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influencing to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 8.126 + 0, 301 X<sub>1</sub> + 0,334X<sub>2.</sub>+ 0, 180X<sub>3. </sub>The magnitude effect of three independent variables as together to the dependent variable is 62,4 % and 37,6 % is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.</em>

Conditions related to employee performance that impacts the performance of diamonds at the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Banten Province. This is because it is signaled that there are some problems based on the observations of researchers.  This study aims to examine the influence between Leadership Style and Work Engagement with Employee Performance in BAPPEDA Banten Province. By using a descriptive approach to analysty which is quantitative research. Based on the research analysis obtained the value of coefficient of determination (R2)=40,3%. Partial test results of variable X1 of 3,593 and X2 of 3,275 were greater than 1,998 and sig. values < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount = 20,922 > Ftable = 3,150. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the variable Leadership Style and Work Engagement partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance has a significant and positive influence

This research was conducted on PT. Tirta Sari Indragiri Hulu Regency with the aim to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Climate variables on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was done by accidental sampling method with 146 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive, data analysis is carried out simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0. From the results of the study, the regression equation obtained is Y = 6.313 + 0.143X1 + 0.242X2, it can be seen that the Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a positive influence on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has obtained F count > F table that is equal to 8.738 > 3.06. So that the two independent variables namely Leadership Style and Organizational Climate together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that the dominant Climate Organization variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count> t table of 3.394> 1.97658. While the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count > t table of 2.037 > 1.97658. In addition, the result of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.330 which shows the level of the relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this study is in the criteria of the weak relationship. The amount of influence caused by these two variables together affects the variable Employee Performance with a percentage of 10.9%. While 89.1% was influenced by other factors that did not participate in this study.

This research aims to know the influence of Operational Efficiency, Third-Party Fund, and Non-Performing Finance to Return on Assets (ROA). The Object for this research is Islamic Banks listed in the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia in the period 2012 to 2016. This research was done to 11 Islamic banks by using a quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, the data analysis which is used is statistical analysis in the form of the double linear regression test The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the Operational Efficiency variable, Third-Party Fund, and Non-Performing Finance influence to Return On Assets in Islamic Banks. It has been proven from the result of (f) simulant test and the result of (t) partial shows two independent variables did not support the hypothesis. The result of Third-Party Fund, and Non-Performing Finance does not affect Return On Assets (ROA), while Variable Operational Efficiency influences to Return On Assets (ROA) in Islamic Banks. This   research   aims   to   know   the   Influence   of   Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The place of this research is at PT. ISS Indonesia at Mall Matahari Daan Mogot.  This research was done to 62 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of of double linear regression test. Data collected directly from the respondents by using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using software SPSS Ver 23. The results of this study show partially and simultaneously, the variable Transformational Leadership Style has no significant effect on Employee Performance PT. ISS Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. ISS Indoneisa. Namun lain halnya dengan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
