This paper examines organizational culture, leadership, employee performance and job satisfaction at Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. During the two periods of the current incumbent dean leadership, there are still many unresolved problems mainly problems related to human resources quality, employee discipline, low performance and others. This situation might occur due to the absence of clear written organizational culture in the Faculty of Humanities. Based on the background above, this paper will discuss how organizational culture and job satisfaction mediate leadership and job performance in order to support the implementation of academic activities at Universitas Indonesia, especially the Faculty of Humanities. The results show that (1) leadership has positive influence on employee performance, organizational culture, and job satisfaction (2) organizational culture has positive influence on employee performance (3) job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance (4) organizational culture becomes the mediator between leadership and employee performance (5) job satisfaction becomes the mediator between leadership and employee performance.

One of the success key of a company isincreasing the competitiveness of human resources. The important concept that is recognized as a key for a superior human resources is the right people in the right place  at the right time. The low performance from the employer can result in low productivity ( profit) of the company. The performance of employer must be noticed by the company, because the performance of employer can give direct impact in all performance of the company. The motive for this study for test and analyzed the impact of Production Emphasis, the development , the development of Carier Protean and Social Compensation of the performance employer with Job Satisfaction for mediation variabel. The research was conducted on PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia employer and use multiple regresi linier analysis, SPSS 24 version and path analysis. The result of the study indicate partially the Production Emphasis, Carier Protean development and Social Compensation variabel showing a significant increase in employee performance. And simultan the Production Emphasis, Carier Protean development, and Social Compensation variabel on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction that have a significant effect.  While the contribution of variabel and variabel intermediation depends on employee performance by 67% while the remaining 33% by other factors

Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.

Research is motivated by the phenomenon of low employee performance, presumably due to suboptimal human resource development and a less conducive organizational culture. The study aims to identify and analyze: a. human resource development, organizational culture, employee performance; b) the magnitude of the influence of human resource development on employee performance; c) the importance of the impact of organizational culture on employee performance; and the extent of the effect of human resource development and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and through a statistical process. The results showed: a. From the results of descriptive analysis of human resource development, organizational culture and employee performance are in good condition, but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show; b) human resource development has a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 66.69%; c) organizational culture has a significant impact on employee performance with the importance of the result of 51.84%; and d) the development of human resources and organizational culture together have an effect on employee performance with the magnitude of the influence of 78.30%, the remaining 21.70% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. In conclusion, both partially and simultaneously, human resources and organizational culture's development affects employee performance.

This study intends to analyze the impact of work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at BPSDM Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is explanatory research, with a total sample of 47 respondents. The sample size was determined based on the slovin method, the sampling technique was carried out directly. Data was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data by descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 43, 757 with a coefficient of 0, 74. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 82, 629 and a coefficient of 0, 93. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that work culture and job satisfaction greatly affect employee performance. This shows that the two variables, both work culture and job satisfaction, have been tested to significantly affect employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa akibat aspek budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.  Tipe penelitian merupakan eksplanatory research, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 responden.  Besar sampel didetetapkan berdasarkan pada metode slovin, teknik penarikan  sampel dilakukan secara langsung. Data diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert.  Analisa data dengan cara deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda.  Hasil  riset membuktikan kalau budaya kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 43, 757 dengan angka koefisien 0, 74.  Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 82, 629 serta angka koefisien 0, 93. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa data, disimpulkan kalau budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja sangat  mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable tersebut, baik budaya kerja maupun kepuasan kerja teruji secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Performance evaluation is a major measure adopted by the organizations in evaluating the quantitative and qualitative contributions rendered by their employees. The competitive and employee oriented business world has now joined hands with the HR department in assisting and managing employee performance. Psycho-social factors of employees would be considered at various managerial levels for enhancing employees’ job performance. Job satisfaction is such a psychological attribute, whose contribution to the concept of employee performance is much more. A satisfied employee would have an emotional bond with the organization and takes pride in their membership, which paves way to keep up industrial integrity and a high morale. This is an exploratory research, attempting to discover how the dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly related to the job performance of an employee. The data were collected from employees working in Automobile industry, Punjab having experience of above or below 10 years, so as to ensure relatively accurate responses on performance evaluation at different groups of employees in the Automobile industry. The result shows the existence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of job satisfaction and performance of employees at both supervisors and workers levels working in the Automobile industry.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The problem begins with the low performance of employees at the Cirebon Pratama Tax Service Office. Where the results of preliminary observations are suspected by low remuneration and employee job satisfaction. Thus this study uses a descriptive approach with the aim of finding the value of the magnitude of the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive explanatory. The results showed partially that the effect of remuneration on employee performance was 0.463 or 46.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 3.221 > 2.27 signifikan and positive, so H0 is accepted. While the results of the value of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance was 0.563 or 56.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 4.204 > 2.27 significant and positive, so H0 is accepted. And the simultaneous influence obtained by the correlation value of 0.391 or 39.1% with the test F = 11.867 compared to F table = 3.32 (Fhitung > Ftabel) then the hypothesis is acceptable. While the remaining 60.9% is explained by other variables outside the variables of remuneration, job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion Remuneration variables that have been given in the form of rewards received are reasonable, received bonuses are associated or not related to achievement, and the suitability of the rewards received has a positive influence in encouraging working harder according to the expected target. So that this can improve employee performance at the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. Likewise, employee job satisfaction variables in the Pratama Tax Office in Cirebon feel comfortable in working, pleasant work, salary in accordance with expectations, adequate career opportunities, conducive work environment and leadership style (human relations).

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the impact of Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction at Private hospital in West Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using AMOS 20 software and mediation analysis is conducted with Sobel’s test. The results showed that organizational culture has possitif affect and significant on job satisfaction,  job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant on employee performance, organizational culture doesn’t affect and hasn’t significant on employee performance,  and job satisfaction has possitif affect and significant mediates the effect of organizational culture to employee performance.</em></p>
