The rooms at the Nurul Jadid University lecturers' guest house still could be borrowed only by asking for information to the room desk. It makes the borrower wasting a lot of time, especially if the room desk is not available, in which the borrower needs to wait for getting the certainty of approval for the room borrowing schedule, and dealing with the frequent crashes because there is no system with effective borrowing management. Therefore, this program is to make an Android-based Space Borrowing Management Application by which the user can make use of its features to manage the room and make it easier to borrow the room.

The guesthouse management process of PT PPA is done conventionally, the Group Leader (GL) and the admin coordinate face to face for data collection or changes in employee data on the homestead dwellers. Temporary data collection is done by paper, then entered by MS. Excel. Reporting on homesteads is done by MS. Excel. If there is a change in data, then the reporting of the guest house is invalid. The researcher's goal is to implement a guesthouse management application to accommodate real-time data collection by the Group Leader. Reporting on the residents of the guesthouse can be done based on the date of the guesthouse management transaction. Testing is done by black-box testing and user acceptance test (UAT). All test results are functionally successful, and the test is carried out by the IT department. Based on the UAT test, the mes management application has an attractive appearance, is very easy to use, is very helpful for room relocation, is very in accordance with the proposed design, is very well organized by employees' rooms, is very suitable for the data entered and passwords can be hidden very well.   Index Terms—guesthouse; homesteads; management; reporting; User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Lecturers are responsible for implementing the three main responsibilities in university (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) with 12 credits to 16 credits each semester. However, many lecturers feel that the workload is very excessive. The purpose of this study was to describe the mental workload of lecturers at the Faculty of X Padjadjaran University. The method of this research was quantitative descriptive by using a total sampling technique involving 43 lecturers. Data collection used NASA-TLX instruments. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that overall the mental workload of the Faculty of X Padjadjaran University lecturers was included in the high category both in education and teaching assignments (74.4%), research assignments (76.7%), and community service assignments (74.4%). ) Effort dimensions have the highest mean value that is equal to 51.8, while the dimensions that have the lowest mean are Perfomance dimension, namely 9.4, where the greater the mean dimension shows the large contribution in the mental workload felt by the lecturer. The conclusions, this study show that most lecturers have a high mental workload. It is suggested that the lecturers need to have balance numbers of tasks according to their abilities, balance the time working with recreation, and meet the needs of rest. The results of this study need to be followed up by examining methods or efforts that can reduce the lecturers' mental workload.

In establish good relationship with customer, companies need to have a good customer relationship management system as well. The purpose of this study is to explore the level of development of the use of instant messaging applications that are used for mobility of companies in establishing relationships with customers; and to investigate the factors considered important for the success of the mobility of companies in establishing relationships with their customers. In this study it was found that not all instant messaging application has a feature which serves to establish rapport with customers. The results showed some of the determinants of success in the utilization of instant messaging applications is the ease of use, target the most used mobile devices, operating systems most used by users, and mobile application user interface that is used.
