The main problem that is manifested in this research is the evidence that even in the fields of professional development of individuals, the thought is maintained that some careers and work functions should only be developed by women and others are exclusively for men. These stereotypes have been expressed in a general way in professions such as the executive secretary, which has been a manifestation of the gender inequality that still prevails. This study had a qualitative approach, considering as historical-logical methods that allowed us to understand the dynamics of the conception of the career of Executive Secretariat in its historical evolution; the documentary-bibliographic, for the compilation of previous investigations; analysis and synthesis throughout the investigative and inductive-deductive process, to analyze in detail the general elements through the determination of the analysis indicators. The professionals of the ULEAM Executive Secretariat Career, from the cohorts (1975-1979; 2019 (1) and 2019 (2) are taken as an empirical reference. The results of the current behavior of this profession do not show greater evolution in Regarding gender equality, since the number of graduates is still very small in relation to the number of graduates; and in general, 100% of the interviewees highlighted that they have felt uncomfortable in the processes of insertion and job performance, due to gender stereotypes assigned to this profession .

The purpose of the presented research is to analyze, systematize and formulate an enterprise strategy based on the analysis and synthesis of opportunities and threats of the external environment in combination with its strengths and weaknesses. Unconventional structuring of SWOT-factors, as well as their local synthesis for determination of the driving and inhibiting forces of the enterprise, has been offered. Ways to identify trends and patterns of external and internal environment based on a generalized model of SWOT-factors have been identified. Decisive in formulating a strategy (self-organized in nature) is a harmonization model of the goals system. General theoretical methods (analogy, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, idealization, imaginary modeling) and practical methods of research (observation, comparison, matching, analysis of statistical and other indicators) were used to solve the problems of the research. Methods such as empirical, statistical, graphical, etc. were used to process and summarize information. Thus, the approach study to the enterprise strategy formation based on the analysis and synthesis of the environment opportunities and threats in combination with its strengths and weaknesses allows to state that the development of a common structured list of major areas of enterprise activity is carried out taking into account the synthesis of all SWOT-analysis of the brand product, competitors and market segments, which allows the company to achieve a certain specific purpose of its activities.

Purpose Ascription theory together with human capital theory both predict that, over time, the scarcity of knowledge and skills in increasingly complex working contexts will “crowd out” the influence of arbitrary characteristics such as gender. The purpose of this paper is to test the extent to which job performance determinants of research productivity differ by gender in their contributions to research productivity, in the developing country (South Africa) context, in which gender and other forms of historical discrimination were previously endemic. Design/methodology/approach Research output was measured as published journal articles indexed by Thomson Reuters Institute for Scientific Information, ProQuest’s International Bibliography of the Social Sciences and the South African Department of Higher Education and Training, as well as conference proceedings publications, conference papers presented and published books and book chapters. Structural equation modelling, with critical ratio and χ2 tests of path moderation were used to test theory predicting gender (sex) differences moderate the potential influence of certain intrinsic determinants of job performance on research productivity, as a form of academic job performance. Findings Gender is found to moderate the relationship between experience and research productivity, with this relationship stronger for men, who are also found to have higher research output. This is considered a paradox of sorts, as English and African home languages, which proxy racial differences in societal and economic disadvantages and unequal opportunities, are not significantly associated with research output differences. Findings further suggest none of the tested intrinsic effects are moderated by gender, contesting theory from general work contexts. Research limitations/implications This research applied a cross-sectional design, and did not apply causal methods, instrumental variables or controls for endogeneity. Nevertheless, these are limitations shared with most research in the human resources field, which is constrained by the type of data available in organisational contexts. Further research might do well to investigate non-intrinsic influences on research productivity which may be vulnerable to differences in societal gender roles. Originality/value This research offers a novel perspective of research productivity and gender inequality in a developing country context of increasing diversity, which might offer useful insights into other contexts facing increasing diversity in higher education. The problem of gender-based inequality in research productivity is empirically identified, and little evidence is found to support the notion that intrinsic effects, including core self-evaluations, are at the heart of this problem. Arguably, these findings reduce the problem space around gender inequality in research productivity, in a context in which other forms of disadvantage might no longer manifest in research productivity inequality.

The aim of this study was to know the impact of macroeconomic indicators changes toward the total amount of collected zakah in BAZNAS during the period 2012-2016. This study uses qualitative approach by using liniear regression analysis technique. Futhermore dependent variable used in this study is the amount of zakah, while the independent variable are inflation, gold price, money supply and industrial production index. The determination of sampling uses non probability sampling with saturated sample method, on the other hand, the whole population was used as the sample of this study. Moreover, the data used in this study is secondary data.

Determining the Limit Value by the Seller Based on the Implementation of the Minister of Finance Based on the provisions of Article 44 Paragraph (1) of Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 27 / PMK.06 / 2016 concerning the Auction Directive (PMKN 27/2016) it is known that the creditor bank determines the limit value based on the assessor assessment or appraisal assessment. In the subsequent provision that Article 45 of PMKN 27/2016 is known that the determination of the limit value based on the assessment by the assessor is made if the limit value of the object of mortgage right is at least Rp.1.000.000.000 (one billion rupiah) or if the creditor bank will participate as a participant in the auction. Whereas to the limit value of the mortgage object whose the limit value is below Rp.1.000.000.000 (one billion rupiah) it will be determined by the creditor bank based on the appraisal of the appraiser. This estimator is a party that comes from the bank, which conducts an assessment based on methods that can be justified by the creditor bank, including the curator for art objects and ancient objects. This research used a normative juridical approach that is explanatory, which will be analyzed with qualitative approach. It is important to evaluate and deregulate the determination of the limit  value based on the assessment of the estimator.

Using a new typology based on information available from the Labour Force Survey, the authors analyse how job quality evolved in Québec for both women and men over the last decade (1997-2007). Results show that family situation and educational attainment are two important factors in the determination of gender inequality in the labour market. The analysis emphasizes the very significant decline in gender differences with regard to job quality (from 23% to 35% according to groups), especially for persons without children and individuals who achieved higher education. The changes represent a definite progress in the status of women in general, although some indicators also reveal degradation with respect to job quality in some of the sub-groups.

Addressing gender-equality issues in education can foster enormous change in children’s lives. However, most textbooks in Albanian schools include gender stereotypes, which perpetuate gender inequality and unequal roles for men and women, both in public and private spheres. This research aims to identify and evaluate trends of gender stereotypes in textbooks, as well as the need for gender mainstreaming in basic education curriculum. The methodology is based on a desk review of textbooks from a gender perspective. The curriculum evaluation follows the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) model of evaluation, which mainly aims to assess the extent to which a certain education reform has generated positive change in schools.

The concept of polyhedra with articulated faces is investigated in this paper. Polyhedra with articulated faces can be described as polyhedral frameworks, whose faces are constrained to remain planar. A mechanical arrangement based on a single type of component is proposed for the construction of the polyhedra. Then, the determination of their infinitesimal and full-cycle mobility is addressed. In some cases, they are rigid structures while in others they are articulated mechanisms. Finally, examples are given, using simulation and physical models, and several new families of articulated polyhedra are synthesized.
