Аннотация. В воспоминаниях о М. М. Abstract. In the memoirs of M. M. Gromyko, the author starts from the «canonical image» that has developed in Novosibirsk in the academic environment in connection with the scientific activities of Gromyko and her personality (in actions, behavior, relationships with colleagues). The author managed to get to know Marina Mikhailovna and communication with her confirmed that the image corresponds to reality. The memoirs contain important information about the details of the formation of the scientific school of N. N. Pokrovsky in Novosibirsk and the role of M. M. Gromyko is in this process.

Subject. The article discusses how management transforms as artificial intelligence gets more important in governance, production and social life. Objectives. We identify and substantiate trends in management transformation as artificial intelligence evolves and gets more important in governance, production and social life. The article also provides our suggestions for management and training of managers dealing with artificial intelligence. Methods. The study employs methods of logic research, analysis and synthesis through the systems and creative approach, methodology of technological waves. Results. We analyzed the scope of management as is and found that threats and global challenges escalate due to the advent of artificial intelligence. We provide the rationale for recognizing the strategic culture as the self-organizing system of business process integration. We suggest and substantiate the concept of soft power with reference to strategic culture, which should be raised, inter alia, through the scientific school of conflict studies. We give our recommendations on how management and training of managers should be improved in dealing with artificial intelligence as it evolves. The novelty hereof is that we trace trends in management transformation as the role of artificial intelligence evolves and growth in governance, production and social life. Conclusions and Relevance. Generic solutions are not very effective for the Russian management practice during the transition to the sixth and seventh waves of innovation. Any programming product represents artificial intelligence, which simulates a personality very well, though unable to substitute a manager in motivating, governing and interacting with people.

The paper describes the role of geomechanical processes and phenomena in the development and manifestation of hazardous situations in the development of mineral deposits, threatening the working personnel and the surrounding population. The studies of the Ural Scientific School of geomechanics functioning in the Institute of Mining of Ural Branch of RAS have established that the basis for the formation of hazardous geomechanical processes and phenomena are the fundamental properties of the rock mass - hierarchical blocking and constant mobility caused by the recent geodynamical movements. The constant mobility of hierarchical block medium of rock mass under the influence of trend and short-term recent geodynamical movements gives rise to the phenomenon of the secondary structuring. The recent geodynamical movements concentrate at the borders of the secondary structures and result in the deformations exceeding by 2 - 5 times the intrablock and integral deformations and representing the main source of the hazardous impact on the mining objects and on the surrounding population. The technology of the geological environment diagnostics for the forecast of hazardous mining situations is aimed at the identification of the boundary zones of secondary structures, the estimation of the hazard level of deformation processes and the adoption of proactive measures.

The authors, in the form of discussion, express their own opinion on one of the current problems of the concept of “scientific school”. The change in the old ideas about the characteristic features of the scientific school is now logical and reflects the turbulent processes in modern pediatrics. The scientific school with its own peculiarities, is headed by a leader (or leaders), a well-known scientist, a highly educated professional with encyclopedic knowledge, to form a fundamentally new scientific and practical direction in medicine and pediatrics. Training of highly qualified specialists proficient in modern research methods is an inseparable part of the scientific school. In our country the formation and development of scientific schools on topical issues in pediatric science and practice are associated with the names of outstanding scientists – coryphaeus of domestic pediatrics. The article focuses on the experience of Moscow scientific schools that have their own history, stages of development, undoubted influence on pediatrics both in our country and abroad.

The report highlights the fundamentals of L.S. Vygotsky’s cultural-historical theory and discusses the system of concepts of this scientific school. The report analyses L.S. Vy-gotsky’s approach, according to which the basis for the development of human psyche is created by a qualitative change of the social situation or, in A.N. Leont’ev’s terms, by a change of human activity. The importance of intelligence and emotions, which are inter-nally connected, is demonstrated in relation to the change of human activity.
