This study considers agreeing and obtaining evidence about the Difference between Tax Accounting Choices, debt policy and Characteristics of Ownership of Aggressive Taxes. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. This type of research is quantitative research that is associative in nature. This research was conducted on 136 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using purposive sampling technique in determining research samples. Then obtained as many as 15 (fiveteen) manufacturing companies used as research samples. With observations for 5 (five) years, so the total observations in this study were 75 (seventy-five) audited financial statement data. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical tests, classical assumptions test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the partial variable tax accounting choices do not affect the tax aggressiveness, this shows that the method of depreciation of the straight line or straight line does not affect the tax aggressiveness decision making. Debt policy against tax aggressiveness, this refers to the fact that questioning the company using funds from the company will reduce the amount of money that will incur a small interest fee that will occur in an aggressive tax action. Ownership characteristics do not affect the tax aggressiveness, this shows that the company owned by family or non-family does not affect the decision in tax aggressiveness. Tax aggressiveness is the act of manipulating profits carried out through tax planning that can be both legal and illegal. Measurement of tax aggressiveness using the comparison formula for tax expense and income (ETR). The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect of Capital Intensity, Leverage, Return on Assets, and Company Size on Tax Aggressiveness. This type of research includes quantitative research using secondary data obtained from company financial reports. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on IDX, the financial reports in rupiah, and manufacturing companies with an ETR value of less than one. The samplehas met the criteria of 249 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression using Eviews 9.0. The results showed that Capital Intensity, Leverage,ROA and Firm Size have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. The result of this study have implications for the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to detect the practice of tax aggressiveness by companies.  Keywords: Tax Agressiveness, Capital Intensity, Leverage, ROA,and Firm Size

Future stock returns are factors for investors to consider investing. This research aims to identify the influence of intellectual capital, earning management, and stock return toward future stock return in manufacturing companies of sub sectors food and beverages industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2017. This research used quantitative research methods with the sample as many as 7 companies. The sampling technique is used, as well as purposive sampling done based on certain criteria. The type of data used is secondary with analysis using panel data regression model with Eviews 10. The result shows that simultaneosly intellectual capital, earning management, and stock returns gave influence on future stock returns as much as 76.15%. Partially, intellectual capital had a positve but not significant, earning management had a negative and significant, stock returns had a positive and significant effects to future stock returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of managerial ownership and firm size on debt policy in the perspective of agency theory. This research uses industrial samples of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and data collection techniques are panel data (cross-section and time series). The analysis tool used in this research is panel data regression with fixed effect model (FEM) approach. Based on the test results show that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Company Size has a negative impact but insignificant on debt policy. The results of this study have the potential for agency conflict.

This Study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on income smoothing of the manufacturers registered at the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data used be in the form of secondary data taken based on the company’s financial statements in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling method. The analysis method of this research uses a regression analysis with Eviews 9 Version. Based on the result of analysis data in this research showes that the firm size have a positive effect on income smoothing while the leverage and profitability does not effect on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The emergence of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) has an impact on the wider openness of trade between countries so that competition between companies increases. Companies are looking for ways to improve its financial performance so that it can compete among the other competitors. Diversification strategies and managerial ownership can be applied by companies in improving the company's financial performance. Diversification strategy is a strategy that can be used to develop a business, expand market share, and increase competitiveness. Managerial ownership can be used to motivate managerial performance in improving financial performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of diversification strategies and managerial ownership on financial performance. The object this research is using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used this study were 103 manufacturing companies selected using purposive sampling technique and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study prove that diversification strategy and managerial ownership has no effect on financial performance. The contribution of this research is as additional information regarding the effect of diversification strategies and managerial ownership on financial performance. Limitations of this study is the researchers only collected samples from the official website of the IDX and only use the research object manufacturing company. It is expected that further research can collect data not only on the IDX website but from the company's website and further research is expected to develop a research object.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the Free Cash Flow and Company Growth on Debt Policy. This study was classified quantitative research. The population in this study were manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in LQ 45 category 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique was saturated sampling with a population of 9 companies and 40 samples. The analysis used was descriptive statistics, statistical tests and multiple linear regression analysis to see the coefficient of determination, the statistical F value and the statistical t value used in the hypotheses test. The results of this study showed that free cash flow has a partially positive and significant effect on debt policy, with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. The company's growth has no effect on debt policy with a significance level of 0.125 > 0.05. The two variables Simultaneously affect debt policy. This was based on the value of F count 5.642 > F table 3.25 with a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05. Predictive ability of the two variables on debt policy is 19.2% while the remaining 80.8% is affected by other factors not included in the research model.

Erwin Febriansyah, Ade Tiara Yulinda, Lina Rosalinda; This study purposes to determine the effect of inventory variability and intensity, company size, on the selection of inventory assessment method. This research examined four independent variables namely inventory variability and intensity, companies size, its dependent variable was the FIFO method and the average method. Type of this research was quantitative research by using secondary data. Research population was all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of the 2014-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sample, with criteria and selected 41 unit analysis companies to be samples and multiplied by the number observation period are obtained 164 samples (41 companies x 4year). The method for data analysis used logistic regression by using SPSS 18.0. There were four research hypotheses; to examine the effect of inventory variability and intensity, companies size on the selection of inventory assessment methods. The result of study showed that inventory variability, companies size, do not affect on the selection of inventory valuation method. Meanwhile, intensity inventory affects the selection of inventory valuation methods and inventory variability and intensity, companies size together influence the selection of inventory valuation methods. Establishment of a company has a clear goal one of which is to maximize the firm value. There are many factors affecting firm value and this study intends to empirically learning the effect of internal ownership, audit quality, and debt policy to firm value. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2017-2019, amounting to 149 companies. The sample of the study was selected as many as 11 companies with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method of this research is documentation. Data were analyzed using statistical decriptive and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there is no positive influence of internal ownership to firm value with p=0.552 (p>0.05), audit quality has significant effect to company value with p=0.035 (p<0.05), debt policy has no significant effect on the firm value with p=0.807 (p> 0.05). The next study must adding other variables that also could affect the firm value such as leverage, profitability, investment, institutional ownership and others

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of company size, KAP size, profitability, solvency and audit committee on audit delay. The population in this research is a food and beverage manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling with purposive sampling technique resulted in 15 food and beverage manufacturing companies in 2017-2019 according to the specified criteria, resulting in 45 research data obtained. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the profitability and solvency have an effect on audit delay. While the size of the company, size of KAP and audit committee has no effect on audit delay.
