The study expects to find a better way to improve the teaching quality of the education of college students' outlook on life, based on the theory of educational psychology. First, the relevant theories of positive psychology are introduced and expounded, and the importance of the education of college students' outlook on life is analyzed. Second, the current situations of college students' outlook on life and the education of their outlook on life are investigated through a questionnaire survey, and the problems presented in the questionnaire are analyzed. Then, the correlation between positive psychology and the education of college students' outlook on life is explored, and their mutual connection is analyzed. The results are as follows: 77.4% of the college students have periodical aims and work hard for them; 80.8% of the students think that the realization of life goals rely on hard work, accounting for the largest proportion; when they encounter setbacks, more than 80% of the students choose to work hard to overcome them; 69.2% students think that their outlook on life comes from self-learning and exploration. According to college students' outlook on life in China and other countries, there are many problems in the education of college students' outlook on life, and the teaching quality of the education of college students' outlook on life is backward. The combination of positive psychology and college students' education of college students' outlook on life under the theory of educational psychology provides new ideas and ways for college students' education of college students' outlook on life. The conclusion of this study promotes the innovation of the education of college students' outlook on life.

With regard to the development of colleges and universities, ensuring the quality of education is the fundamental goal and main task of teaching daily management. With the continuous improvement of the application level of the Internet and other information technologies, the construction of smart campus in colleges and universities in China is rapidly advancing. This paper studies the construction and innovation strategy of the public sports quality monitoring system and discusses the changes in college students’ sports quality after the introduction of smart campuses from the perspective of artificial intelligence and the creation of smart universities. In this paper, the field survey method and other research methods are combined to study, and in the process of data storage, SQL Server database platform is used to store the data. This study shows that the proportion of each element of physical state management has changed significantly before and after college entrance. According to the data, since the introduction of smart campus real name system identification, tracking data, and evaluation functions, the number of college students’ physical exercise has increased significantly. The number of students with exercise plan in school 1 has increased from 70 to 222, and that of school 2 has increased from 49 to 199. Before the introduction, the students were very satisfied with the learning effect of physical education, which was 40.12% and increased to 45.70% after the introduction. Before the introduction, the students were very satisfied with the sports equipment, which was 30.12% before the introduction and increased to 35.24% after the introduction. Therefore, building a system for monitoring the quality of public sports in universities is very important for improving the quality of education in public sports in universities and plays an active role in promoting the physical and mental health of students.

Objective: To explore the ways and methods of cultivating college Students' quality of entrepreneurship and innovation. Methods: Based on the investigation of nursing students of grade 2017 in Zhengzhou SIAS University, the preliminary questionnaire and interview outline were formulated. 58 nursing students of grade 2018 were pre experimented, and the questionnaire and interview outline were modified and improved. Then intervention research was carried out on 260 nursing students of Zhengzhou SIAS University in 2019. Results: Through the construction of college system and the application of positive psychology, the psychological quality of the subjects in the intervention group was improved better, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the influence of campus culture on the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurship and innovation is very obviousand the application of academy system makes the related cultural construction better and more deeply penetrate into students' daily life, learning and practice. The application of positive psychology can effectively improve students' willpower, resilience and other psychological qualities closely related to the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation, and promote students' positive mentality and tenacity Will to participate in related activities.

Teaching internship is an effective form of cooperation between university and primary and middle school. Teaching internship can promote the improvement of the teaching quality of internship primary and secondary schools, and also promote the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical experience by college students, and promote the professional development of college students. In order to grasp the situation pertaining to normal students&rsquo; teaching internship, we conducted a questionnaire survey on a sample of normal students. The survey results show that the teaching effect of teaching internship is satisfactory, and through teaching internship, the teaching ability of normal students has also been developed, which has promoted the professional development of normal students.

Teachers’ teaching leadership will afflict the quality of teaching. Governed by the straightforward theory of leadership power, construct the behaviors system of teachers’ teaching leadership. Through the questionnaire survey, we can assess the influence of teachers’ teaching leadership and its behaviors system on the evaluation of curriculum teaching quality. Research demonstrates that teachers’ professional teaching leadership and inspirational teaching leadership have a material effect on instructing quality evaluation. Teachers’ teaching methods and ideological along with honorable behaviors have a sizeable impact on the evaluation of teaching quality.

Environmental health is referring to the health of people in relation to environmental quality. Due to rapid urbanisation, more people are living in urban neighbourhoods. Urban planning and design aspects including the neighbourhood environment are potentially affecting the human healthy lifestyle and health condition. Thus, the relationship between Malaysian neighbourhood environmental aspects and human health has become the concern of this research. One of the neighbourhood units in Shah Alam city had been chosen as the study area for this purpose. Questionnaire survey had been carried out to examine the health condition and physical activeness of residents. Besides, the perception of residents on the quality of neighbourhood environmental aspects also had been collected in the questionnaire survey. The health condition of residents was measured by non-communicable diseases (NCD) and the physical activeness was measured in duration as well as the frequency of physical exercise activities. The study found that the quality of neighbourhood environmental aspects significantly increased the physical activeness of respondents. The physical activeness was positively associated with human health as measured in NCD (heart diseases and high blood pressure, HBP). It shows that neighbourhood environmental (physical and social) aspects are potentially affecting the healthy life of people living in the neighbourhood.Keywords: Healthy life, Neighbourhood environment, Non-communicable diseases (NCD), Physical activeness, Quality.
