The COVID-19 pandemic has spread to almost all countries of the World and affected people both mentally and economically. The primary motivation of this research is to construct a model that takes reviews or evaluations from several people who are affected with COVID-19. As the number of cases has accelerated day by day, people are becoming panicked and concerned about their health. A good model may be helpful to provide accurate statistics in interpreting the actual records about the pandemic. In the proposed work, for sentimental analysis, a unique classifier named the Sentimental DataBase Miner algorithm (SADBM) is used to categorize the opinions and parallel processing, and is applied on the data collected from various online social media websites like Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. The accuracy of the proposed model is validated with trained data and compared with basic classifiers, such as logistic regression and decision tree . The proposed algorithm is executed on CPU as well as GPU and calculated the acceleration ratio of the model. The results show that the proposed model provides the best accuracy compared with the other two models, i.e., 96% (GPU).

IoT and WSNs are the prime moving force for technology in the current world. WSNs unfold their capacity day by day in almost every aspect of life. IoT enables to integrate the different devices and makes it possible to communicate with each other. It makes life easier and upgrades the application’s usage to the next level. The integration of WSNs with IoT will help to reach apical of the usage of applications. The combination of WSNs and IoT will open up new doors in almost all the possible fields however the amalgamation of both the technology needs careful consideration about bringing the both on same level. The IoT is considered a mighty giant with enormous power and capability. On the other side, WSNs are miniature having limited resources but the tremendous capability to penetrate in almost every aspect of life. WSN’s limited resources are the main concern while integrating it with the IoT. The integration will make it possible to access the sensor node from any part of the world. It implies that now the sensor node is open for any heterogeneous internet user in the world. It will cause a security issue. Moreover, the topology and addressing of WSNs are different from the normal internet which needs to be addressed during the integrations. And there are other challenges too which we discussed in depth in this chapter.

The contributions, by eminent scholars, included in The Indian Yearbook of Comparative Law 2016 discuss the discipline of comparative law in India and is of immense importance for legal scholarship around the globe. Unlike the West, that has covered almost all aspects of law from private to public law matters of national, transnational, and international relevance, not much work has been done in the discipline of Comparative law in India. In view of the countries and people of the world coming closer day by day, the need for the comparative study of law is becoming a sine qua non for participation in almost all transactions among people living across the globe. The attempt made with this volume will not only meet the much-awaited need of having reading materials on comparative law, but will also create a forum for legal scholars around the world to express their views on different aspects of law in comparative perspective. The issues covered her range from comparative legal methods to comparison in different aspects of law in different countries, as well as transnational and international bodies such as European Union and the various bodies of the United Nations. The issues covered include corporate law, constitutional law, human rights, environmental law, globalization, democracy, privatization, and several other contemporary legal issues.

"PR stunt" or „Publicity Stunt“ is a carefully planned event with the aim of drawing public attention to the organizers of the stunt or to another goal of the stunt organization. The reasons for considering the use of a promotional stunt have a great potential for a return to investment and the "earnings" from unpaid advertisements in the media which spontaneously reported that something interesting had happened. Apart from the media themselves, the general public also significantly contributes to the spread of publicity through stunts, so that today practically everyone can record the interesting thing they come across via their smartphone and share it on the Internet. Higher education, but also general education, has transformed from a traditional centuries-old approach where the focus was on teachers and institutions to a modern mass approach where the focus is on students and studying occurs through partnership and cooperation within the learning process. The emergence of mass higher education in almost all countries of the world now implies public criticism of factors such as: the quality of lifelong learning services, the success of examinations, the management of the institution, the form of funding and the student standard. Massification is accompanied by the expansion and diversification of higher education, and the result of the latter is the emergence of competition among individual higher education institutions. Therefore, the importance of effectively conveying the message of a higher education institution to a (potential) student or his sponsor of education therefore becomes the subject of professional marketing communication. The paper provides an overview of PR Stunts in Croatia and the world and proposes thematic guidelines for their organization.

The assurance of process safety plays an important role in the field of information technology. Securing the information has become one of the biggest challenges in the present day. Whenever we think about the protected systems the first thing that comes to our mind can be malicious interventions which are increasing immensely day by day. Nowadays we live the world of huge automotive developments with the appearance of the demand for autonomous vehicles. On the other hand, technological developments also provide a lot of advantages for the society. The benefits of autonomous cars include reduced mobility costs, increased safety, increased mobility, significant reduction of traffic collisions. However, it cannot be forgotten that the extension of cyberspace affects the transportation increasingly. Accordingly, cars are produced with high level of connectivity and automation. Therefore, the risks arriving from the cyberspace can now endanger the safe and secured transportation. These tendencies shall motivate manufacturers and developers to permanently improve the ability of vehicles to protect themselves and their passengers.

Since the ages agriculture has remained as the backbone of economies especially developing countries like ours, where population is growing rapidly being second most populated country in the world, food demands are increasing so, farmers need to maximize their productivity. Weed is one of the enemies to farmer’s crop which competes with the crop for nutrients and sometimes hinders the growth of crop. Weed can cause loss of production ranging from 10 to 100%. There has been research on the use of many CNN models for weed identification. This paper presents a classification model to distinguish between weed and crop images and it classifies 12 species of weeds and crops. The proposed model achieves 96.45% of accuracy during training and of 90.08% during validation and testing.

The concept of jīvanmukti, “liberation during life”, arose in Advaita Vedānta as a response to the paradigm of “disembodied” liberation (videhamukti). The condition of jīvanmukti is highly appreciated in Tantrism. The concept of jīvanmukti often includes the meanings of identification with the absolute, the supreme deity. There are different kinds of jīvanmukti, for example, active and passive ones. The state of jīvanmukti is the complete independence, highest ideal, spiritual perfection. Jīvanmukta considers the entire objective world to be a reflection of the higher Self. The status of jīvanmukta can have an ideological dimension when it is opposed to traditions that are considered ineffective in Tantra. The acquisition of jīvanmukti is primarily due to spiritual knowledge. On the one hand, knowledge is a certain state of the carrier of knowledge himself; on the other hand, it is always knowledge of “something”. Although jīvanmukti can be reached through almost all tantric practices, there is a certain gradation of the time spent on it. The man reaches liberation during life not in isolation from the world. Outwardly, jīvanmukta cannot stand out among ordinary members of society; all his uniqueness is hidden inside his consciousness.

The exponential rise in internet technology and online social media networks have revitalized human-being to connect and socialize globally irrespective of geographical and any demographic boundaries. Additionally, it has revitalized business communities to reach target audiences through social media networks. However, as parallel adverse up-surge the everincreasing presence of malicious users or spam has altered predominant intend of such social media network by propagating biased contents, malicious contents and fraud acts. Avoiding and neutralizing such malefic users on social media network has remained a critical challenge due to gigantically large size and user’s diversity such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn etc. Though exploiting certain user’s behavior and content types can help identifying malicious users, majority of the existing methods are limited due to confined parametric assessment, and inferior classification approaches. With intend to provide spam profile detection system in this paper a novel heterogeneous ensemblebased method is developed. The proposed model exploits user profile features, user’s activity features, location features and content features to perform spam user profile detection. To ensure optimality of computational significances, we applied multi-phased feature selection method employing Wilcoxon Rank Sum test, Significant Predictor test, and Pearson Correlation test, which assured retaining optimal feature sets for further classification. Subsequently, applying an array of machine learning methods, including Logistic regression, decision tree, Support Vector Machine variants with Linear, Polynomial and RBF kernels, Least Square SVM with linear, polynomial and RBF kernels, ANN with different kernels, etc we constituted a robust ensemble model for spam user profile classification. Simulations revealed that the proposed ensemble classification model achieves accuracy and F-score higher than 98%, which is the highest amongst major works done so far. It affirms suitability and robustness of the proposed model for real time spam profile detection and classification on social media platforms

The article is devoted to the metaphorical image of pre-revolutionary Russian society in Vladimir Sorokin’s short story “Nastya”. Recreated in the exhibition traditionalist space of the estate is here the background for the demonstration of radical axiological changes in the minds of educated Russians at the turn of the XIX–XXth centuries. These changes are twofold. On the one hand, the writer interprets them as an ethical catastrophe: it is not by chance that they are metaphorically depicted as an act of cannibalism approved by almost all the heroes of the story, on the other handshows that transgressive avant-garde experiments with ethics and attempts to transform human nature are closely intertwined with very significant aesthetic achievements of the culture of the Silver Age. With this stems, in particular, and Gnostic transformation of Nastya in the final of the story. The article shows that the depth and tragedy of the depicted make us see in the story a metamodernist view of the world, free from the rigid restrictions of postmodern theory (the ban on seriousness, tragedy, the ban on non-ironic depiction of depth of being, etc.). All this creates a multidimensional metaphorical picture of the culture of the Silver Age, transgressed the limits and threw Russia into the improbability of the previously unthinkable.
