Crop production is largely unprotected and exposed to a great number of production factors. On the other hand, farmers are exposed to fluctuations in the market prices of their products every year, which often has a negative impact on the profits made. There are various risk management measures in plant production, and insurance is certainly one of the most effective instruments. One of the recent insurance models is Whole-Farm Revenue Insurance (WFRP), which is an American insurance model that has been applied since 2015. The essence of WFRP is to ensure that all crops on the farm are secured against production and market risks with only one policy. The aim of the research in this paper is to present WFRP as an entirely new model of revenue insurance on the example of a typical Serbian farm specializing in crop production. The WFRP model works by determining the insured revenue before the start of the production year. If at the end of the production year, for any reason, the realized revenue falls below the level of insured revenue, the farmer is entitled to indemnification. Due to the drought that hit the region where the analyzed farm is located, the yields were reduced, and thus the expected revenue was also reduced, and the farmer was entitled to damages of $5697. On the other hand, it is the farmer’s obligation to pay $373 to the insurer as a risk transfer fee. The authors proved that even such complex insurance models can be applied in countries such as Serbia, where awareness of the importance of insurance of agricultural production is still not developed.

The paper comments on the influence of various technological factors influencing the values of elastic modulus. Today, the composition of concrete combines the classic input components with the significant use of mixed cements, active admixtures and superplasticizers in order to achieve the required compressive strength of concrete and durability while reducing costs. On the other hand, the composition of these concretes has a negative impact on the elastic modulus which are significantly lower than the values derived from compressive strength in Eurocode 2. At the end of the article is a list of measures that are a prerequisite for obtaining the required concrete elastic modulus.

Chapter 8 discusses the impact of digital media on collective memory. The chapter examines both the positive and negative impact of digital and social media. On the one hand, the analysis notes how digital media provided the channels for memory mobilization and the archives for memory transmission. On the other hand, the analysis examines the problematics of memory balkanization. It explicates how political forces have shaped the development of digital and social media in Hong Kong and how competing representations of the Tiananmen Incident and commemoration activities are articulated and reinforced within distinctive memory silos.

In this study, energy center selection of G7 countries is examined. In this context, firstly, the studies in the literature have been evaluated in detail, and seven different criteria have been determined which may affect this selection. Taking these seven different criteria into consideration, G7 countries are ranked by fuzzy MOORA method according to energy center selection performance. According to the results, Japan and Germany are the most successful countries. On the other hand, it was concluded that France and Italy ranked last in terms of energy center selection performance. Hence, especially the countries in the last rankings should be more careful in selecting energy center. In this framework, the customer potential, the training profiles of the customers, the potential of the company with investment demand, the previous payment performance of these companies, and the market risks should be considered by the energy companies while opening new branches.

Oligopoly and oligopsony have been studied extensively. However, the dual figure of the oligopsonistic-oligopolistic intermediary has not been. This dual personality has a double negative impact on the market, on one hand reduces the demand to producers who face a competitive market, lowering prices as buyers, and on the other hand reducing its offer by raising the prices as sellers. In this way, their benefits are increased buying cheap and selling expensive, affecting effective demand of the consumer and the effective supply of the initial producer.

The negative impact of the existing legislative approach to reforming the criminal process on the possibility of its convergence with other procedural branches is considered. The unjustified separation of bills on reforming the CPC within the framework of unified procedural transformations is noted. Separate legislative work on the criminal process, on the one hand, and arbitration, civil and administrative, on the other hand, leads to the emergence of additional unjustified differences in the normative consolidation of universal institutions. Specific examples of undesirable divergence of lawsuits caused by uncoordinated lawmaking are given. The absence of convergence of procedural law among the goals of both sectoral, in particular, criminal procedure policy, and judicial policy is noted. The necessity of developing the concept and directions of judicial procedural policy is substantiated.

Crimes against women include many crimes, but this research paper focuses on rape cases and seeks to find out when television channels cover rape cases, what are the consequences of it, how they affect the Islamic society and what has been said about it in the light of Qur'an and Hadith? This topic is also important because no significant research paper on this subject has been written in Pakistan before and no clear picture has emerged. The pamphlet assumes that the broadcasting of incidents of rape of women on television channels is having a negative impact on the society, which has been investigated in every possible way. In this regard, various incidents of rape from 2012 to 2014 have been studied in the broadcasts of two television channels. A survey was also conducted to gauge public opinion, which revealed a variety of views. The survey included all kinds of questions that cover the entire subject. On the other hand, an interview with a victim has been conducted to find out the opinion of the rape survivor; while an interview with an individual associated with electronic media and a psychologist is also part of this pamphlet. The study found that news channels do not pay attention to a single statement while covering rape incidents, while on the other hand, the identity of the victim is revealed, which is also denied by our religion Islam and the Qur'an. According to the findings, more research is needed in the near future, and television channels need to collaborate with researchers and give them access to content. Similarly, there is a need for a large-scale comprehensive study in which data from all over the country is collected so that a complete picture can emerge.

Smuggling is a problem that often occurs in Indonesia, so the smuggling problem must receive the full attention of the government to be immediately addressed. As a national legal product based on the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the form of the Proactive and Anticipatory Customs Law is still very simple, on the other hand it must reach a broader aspect to anticipate the development of trade. The method of this research is Library Research and Field Research. The negative impact of smuggling used clothing is very detrimental to the domestic industry and detrimental to the country's income and economy, but on the other hand there are also positive impacts on the poor that benefit from being able to buy ex-foreign goods from smuggling at low prices and higher quality high. As one of the Government Agencies participating in the effort to eradicate the smuggling of used clothing and the public should not be easily tempted by the import price of used clothing which is cheaper than local clothing, because the level of health is not necessarily guaranteed.

WINCHESTER COLLEGE 15 having been at once added to the quarter of corn.” Third, from 1792(2), after an Act of 1791 (31 Geo. III, c. 30) had prescribed the weight of a given measure of each kind of grain, allocations and corn rent prices are one eighth above Pretia, showing that the Pretia are now for standard bushels of eight gallons each, while allocation and corn rent prices with the sixteenth already added to the quantity of corn are for the local bushels of nine gallons each, now superseded by sale by weight. The sixteenth which appears as additamentum in 1732 is, of course, somewhat more than the excess of the College bushel over the local measure ; 3 pints on 9 gallons is one twenty-fourth, not one sixteenth. But there can be little doubt that it was intended to represent this excess and to give the College the advantage preserved by the Act of 22 and 23 Ch. II of continuing to use its customary measure for determining corn rents when these came to be com-muted wholly into money, instead of being delivered largely in kind. This change in regard to wheat took place between 1725 and 1732. Up to 1725 the College took practically the whole of its supplies of wheat in kind as rent grain and passed the wheat on to the baker for turning into bread. By 1732 wheat rents were no longer being delivered in kind ; the College was obtaining its wheat by purchases through the baker, paying him for the amount of grain used according to the loaves of bread delivered by him. With malt, the position is somewhat different : more than half the malt used in 1725 was purchased, and on the other hand nearly half the malt used continued till 1816 at least to come as rent in kind from Stubbington. The prices entered in the Audit Books up to 1732 (Christmas) without additamentum must be regarded as applying to the local bushel, not to the College bushel. They are entered seven or eight times yearly from 1657 to 1720 as market prices ; it can hardly be supposed that in each such entry, the Bursars, without calling attention to the fact, added by calculation something to represent the greater size of the College bushel. It is likely, indeed, that the difference between the College and the local bushel was not appreciated until 1719, when the measurement referred to above was made. The measuring followed
