Allah (swt) has elevated man to the highest position in all creation, and bestwed upon him the bounty of reason and knowledge. An in depth study of knowledge itself reveals that, there are two forms and ranks of knowledge in the universe; one is the divinely revealed instintintive level of awareness about reality, and the other is the earned and learned behavoiur based upon knowledge, that is gained through urge, effort and experience. Human beings, apart from the innate divine blessing of knowledge, learns through sense experience, reason and intuitive thinking. The higher form of knowledge is divinely transmission through revelation to the Prophets. The heavenly revealed knowledge has been preserved by human being in the form of Sacred Books; especially a body of knowledge about reality in the form of religion, namely in the Holy Bible and the Holy Qur’an.

This research paper examines the attitude of People’s Republic of China towards Kashmir conflict. Chinese leaders have been evolving their own strategy towards the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Chinese concentration was focused basically to oppose the United States and the United Kingdom in the United Nations. Even when the Soviet Union began to favour the Indian stand, China remained neutral. China cooperated with Pakistan in every field including the Kashmir issue but the United States, Soviet Union and the Western block opposed Chinese efforts in the United Nations. That’s why China remained unsuccessful in resolving the Kashmir dispute.

In Islamic legal system crimes are of three types: Hadd, Qisas and Ta’zir. The Hooded are fixed punishment. The western jurists and scholars mark considerable condemnation on such sort of penalties, some Muslim scholars and jurists follow them, who try to demonstrate right and correct follow Sir Syed etc. but ignore the view point of majority of Muslim jurists, Mufasserins and Hadith-o-Sunnah’s narrators. In this research article definitions of Hadd, Qisas and Ta’zir are elaborated. In hudood case no recommendation for withdrawal of the case can be made when it is reported nor it can be waived even by the victim or his legal heirs, but in Qisas it can be compromised & waived by the victim or his legal heirs. Ta’zir is discretion of the state to punish or acquit the accused and discretion is exercised by the Judge of the Court or head of the state in mercy petition.
