Inclusive Green Growth is a sustainable development mode that pays attention to the coordinated growth of the economy, society, and ecology. With the intensification of the contradiction between fiscal revenue and expenditure, adopting the goal of adjusting the fiscal expenditure structure is conducive to improving the efficiency of fiscal funds. This paper establishes a theoretical model of the efficiency of the fiscal expenditure structure under the goal of Inclusive Green Growth, and on this basis, it constructs an index system of Inclusive Green Growth. Then, it applies a DEA-Malmquist model to analyze the efficiency of the fiscal expenditure structure. The results show that from 2007 to 2018, the growth rate of Inclusive Green Growth index showed a downward trend, which was mainly due to the decline in the growth rate of economic development. It rebounded after 2016, and the growth of the inclusiveness level played a major role. In time and space, the development resources tend to the unbalanced development trend of the eastern region; the average total factor productivity of the fiscal expenditure structure in space is the lowest in the east. The fiscal expenditure should be inclined to social expenditure and green expenditure, the western region should be inclined to economic expenditure, and the allocation of the expenditure structure in the central region should imitate the high-efficiency areas. In order to achieve the comprehensive development goal, this paper provides an analytical idea for the adjustment of the fiscal expenditure structure.

According to experimental data of SNe Ia (Supernovae type Ia), we will discuss in detial dynamics of the DGP model and introduce a simple parametrization of matter $\omega$, in order to analyze scenarios of the expanding universe and the evolution of the scale factor. We find that the dimensionless matter density parameter at the present epoch $\Omega^0_m=0.3$, the age of the universe $t_0= 12.48$ Gyr, $\frac{a}{a_0}=-2.4e^{\frac{-t}{25.56}}+2.45$. The next we study the linear growth of matter perturbations, and we assume a definition of the growth rate, $f \equiv \frac{dln\delta}{dlna}$. As many authors for many years, we have been using a good approximation to the growth rate $f \approx \Omega^{\gamma(z)}_m$, we also find that the best fit of the growth index, $\gamma(z)\approx 0.687 - \frac{40.67}{1 + e^{1.7. (4.48 + z)}}$, or $\gamma(z)= 0.667 + 0.033z$ when $z\ll1$. We also compare the age of the universe and the growth index with other models and experimental data. We can see that the DGP model describes the cosmic acceleration as well as other models that usually refers to dark energy and Cold Dark Matter (CDM).

Sustainable tourismization is a favorable development mode and pathway for the promotion of the coordinated development of the economy, society, and ecology. Based on the connotations of tourismization, a comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable tourismization was constructed. This system consists of three dimensions: consumption tourismization, spatial tourismization, and industrial tourismization. The level, spatial, and temporal distribution characteristics, and differences in sustainable tourismization among China’s provinces from 2009 to 2018 were measured and analyzed using the improved entropy method, the Theil index, a spatial autocorrelation analysis, and other methods. It was found that the level of provincial sustainable tourismization in China has steadily increased over time, with the eastern region taking the lead. The overall differences and inter-regional differences in terms of the provincial sustainable tourismization level have generally decreased year-by-year. The intraregional differences within the eastern region were found to be the largest, and the rate of contribution of inter-regional differences to overall differences was shown to decrease gradually, while the rate of contribution of intraregional differences within the western region increased gradually. A positive spatial correlation in the provincial sustainable tourismization level was identified, and the spatial agglomeration effect showed an increasing trend. The spatial dependence was mainly characterized by “high–high” (HH) agglomeration, showing a ladder difference of “higher in the east and lower in the west”. The results of this study were used to identify where emphasis should be placed in terms of policy and strategy.

The growth rate of matter perturbation and the expansion rate of the Universe can be used to distinguish modified gravity and dark energy models. Remarkably, the growth rate can be approximated as Ωγ. We discuss the dependence of the growth index γ on the dimensionless matter energy density Ω for a more accurate approximation of the growth factor. The observational data are used to fit different models. The data strongly disfavor the Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati model. For the ΛCDM model, we find that [Formula: see text]. For the Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati model, we find that [Formula: see text].

As domestic concerns on clean economic growth arise, promoting green economy has become an urgent issue for emerging countries that are facing serious environment problems in industrialization. Through international imitation, emerging countries have the opportunity to adopt clean techniques of developed countries. Because of different industrial structures, it is unachievable to learn the green technology across all fields. Previous studies consider that innovations could create green production models to improve the production capacity that reduces energy input and waste discharge. However, while evaluating emerging countries’ economic growth, the environment indicators were often neglected. Empirical investigation of the role of innovation in green economy’s growth is still rare. The first objective of this study is to adopt an integrated framework to investigate emerging countries’ green economy by considering environmental factors. Secondly, environmentally sensitive productivity growth index was employed to decompose the productivity progress of green economy into catch-up effect, innovation effect, and technical leadership to examine the role of innovation. Thirdly, implications were provided for the policy makers in relation to green growth. Thirty-nine emerging countries were chosen as samples, which were divided into America, Asia, and Europe according to their locations. We found that America is still an imitator in developing green economy. In contrast, Asia starts to transition to innovation, which has become another critical promoter for green growth. Europe was found to lead on the technology frontier because of proper industrial planning and technology accumulation. The progress to innovation and technical leadership could ensure a stable green growth in the future. This research could be a route to open up the possibility of extending current study of green economy.

With the gradual deterioration of climate and environment, countries are becoming increasingly vigilant and repulsive to the economic development mode at the cost of energy consumption. It has become a new development trend to seek new alternative energy sources and pursue green and environment-friendly sustainable development mode. Environmental protection behaviors are generally considered to have positive external effects. This paper examines whether the environmental protection behaviors of A listed company have positive effects on the company based on the data related to environmental information disclosure from 2014 to 2017, and also examines the attitude of external supervision represented by independent auditing towards the company’s environmental protection behaviors. It is enlightening to encourage listed companies to save energy and protect the environment.

Environmental monitoring is increasingly playing a significant role in such aspects as environment protection, emergency disaster response and rescue, and macro decision-making etc. However, the intrinsic characteristics of complexity and spatial-temporal diversity, multi-scale features and heterogeneity brought from various means of data acquisition make the integration of multi-source data with high-efficiency becomes an international challenge nowadays. In this paper, the design and implementation of a vehicle-borne platform based on Internet of Things for environmental monitoring has been achieved. And then, by merging and matching environmental data and spatial data, more intensive multi-source environmental parameters and information can be obtained to act as meaningful supplementation of fixed environmental monitoring stations. The research of this paper is conductive to the transition of environmental monitoring from static methods to dynamic methods and from a small amount of data-based empirical model to sensor network-based quantitative model. Mobile environmental monitoring platform integrating with multiple sensors that can make environmental monitoring more timely, dynamic, integrated and intelligent will be the beneficial attempt and the development trend.

Background: High concentration of phosphate has been threatening human health and the ecosystem. Adsorption is one of high-efficiency and low-cost techniques to reduce the concentration of phosphate. This mini review aims to summarize the recent development of adsorption materials for phosphate removal. Method: We conducted a detailed search of “adsorption of phosphate” in the published papers and the public patents on the adsorbents for phosphate based on Web of Science database in the period from January 1 2012 to December 31 2017. The corresponding literature was carefully evaluated and analyzed. Results: One hundred and forty one papers and twenty two recent patents were included in this review. An increased trend in scientific contributions was observed in the development of adsorption materials for phosphate removal. Three kinds of promising adsorbents: layered double hydroxides, natural materials, and metal oxides were paid special attention including removal mechanism, performance as well as the relationship between adsorption performance and structure. Both the chemical composition and the morphology play a key role in the removal capacity and rate. Conclusion: The findings of this review confirm the importance of phosphate removal, show the development trend of high-performance and low-cost adsorption materials for phosphate removal, and provide a helpful guide to design and fabricate high-efficiency adsorbents.
