In many operational processes, a suitable combination of participating elements has a huge impact throughout the entire process. In the real environment, however, many combinations show less than expected results in the initial stage. In consideration of the many subjective and objective factors such as equipment, time, capital, materials, and so forth, it seems that the aforementioned combinations cannot be used to re-configure. It is important that these initial unsatisfactory combinations can gradually approach some equilibrium states or results through some rolling adjustment processes. In order to improve the above problem, this study attempts to use a game-theoretic dynamic procedure to establish a mechanism that can be dynamically modified under relative symmetry at any time during operational processes. Under such a dynamic procedure, an undesirable combination of participating elements can gradually approach a useful combination.

The article is devoted to the analysis of methodological problems in using the conception of macroeconomic equilibrium in contemporary economics. The author considers theoretical status and relevance of equilibrium conception and discusses different areas and limits of applicability of the equilibrium theory. Special attention is paid to different epistemological criteria for this theory taking into account both empirical analysis of the real stability of economic systems and the problem of unobservability of equilibrium states.

Purpose of Study: The purpose of the study is to carry out the comparison of traditional learning and e-learning with reference to university education. Methodology: A comparative analysis method that has been selected to fulfill the purpose of the study. The research data has been collected by various sources internet, previous research studies published in the Journal, universities which offer different technical and nontechnical programs .and further analyzed by in-depth understanding approach. Result: The outcome of this study will show the effect of e-learning in the current era. As we have compared e-learning with traditional learning and the result shows us that e-learning has filled the gap between the universities and the real-life industries' demands. Main finding: The result of this study showed that e-learning is the need of the present era in order to fulfill the gap between the universities and the real-life industries' demands. Additionally, e-learning based courses will have more impact and provide more skill and exposure to students as compared to traditional learning mode. Implications/Applications: This article can help the different universities and students to introduce more e-learning courses in their curriculum and they can fill the real-time industries' demands. Novelty/originality of the study: Our research can ensure that e-learning has a huge impact on our students and can help to increase the skills and exposure of them according to the current demands.

A t the beginning of this paper, the decentralized world (DW) and decentralized world economy (DeWe) were defined. And the blockchain industry was pointed out to be at the initial stage of the decentralized world parallel to the real world. Then a set of systematicsolutions, named Electronical Material Information Technology (EMIT), was proposed, after which the development direction and path of the decentralized world economy was put forward, from its limitations, by arguing how to provide sufficient and necessary basic conditions for the decentralized world development. In the end, the EMIT was proved to be an effective reference for building the decentralized world from the basic level to the application level and enabling its sustainable development.

This chapter analyzes the development and use of camping trailers, particularly the history of Airstream trailers and the company's colourful founder, Wally Byam. Byam initially came to Southern California in the 1920s to make his fortune in Hollywood, but he found success only after he began to sell trailer plans and trailers themselves during the early 1930s. After Byam passed away in 1962, the Wally Byam Foundation worked with the Airstream Company and the U.S. State Department to create several programs that used trailer camping as a means to familiarize foreign diplomats and others with the “real America.” Moreover, the experiences of Carolyn Bennett Patterson and the many participants in the trailer camping adventures organized by the Wally Byam Foundation suggest that trailer camping fits within the arc of camping's development.

Due to increases in the number of inhabitants and their concentrations in densely populated areas, there is a growing need in modern society to be cautious towards the impact of catastrophic natural events. An earthquake is a particularly major example of this. Knowledge of the seismic vulnerability of buildings in Europe and around the world has deepened and expanded over the last 20 years, as a result of the many devastating earthquakes. In this study, a review of seismic risk assessment methods in Croatia was presented with respect to the hazard, exposure, and vulnerability of buildings in the fourth largest city (Osijek) in Croatia. The proposed algorithm for a detailed risk assessment was applied to a database and is currently in its initial stage.

Abstract Background The ‘greedy geezer’ and ‘poor elderly’ narratives both assume that the older population are homogeneous and that the experiences of older people are universal. This ignores the fact that there are significant health inequalities (i) amongst the older population and (ii) in terms of who gets to be ‘old’ (and for how long). Further, the focus on intergenerational inequality is a deliberate distraction from the far more significant health inequalities that exist in terms of gender, geography, ethnicity, socio-economic status etc across the whole population - regardless of age. Methods Health inequalities amongst the older population and inequalities in terms of who gets to be ‘old’ will be examined through health inequalities across the population by gender, geography, ethnicity, socio-economic status etc. Results Given, for example, that total intergenerational transfers incorporating private transfers are from the older to the younger, it is quite possible that if we reduce public intergenerational transfers (working age to older) then all we are doing is increasing inherited inequality. Conclusions Policy focused on ‘intergenerational equity’ and ‘intergenerational accounting’ will often exacerbate inequalities within generations, to the benefit of the wealthiest and the detriment of much of the population. Win-win solutions only emerge if there is a focus on addressing the many and more profound health inequalities that cross-cut generations.

The art of persuasion is integral to politics and policy. As an experienced political pundit once said, "It is not enough to know what we ought to say; we must also say it as we ought." (The statement is Aristotle's, from his Rhetoric III, 1.) One of the many reasons that we anthropologists are so often absent without leave in policy discussions is that we are not trained to communicate our knowledge clearly and effectively to non-anthropologists. If there is any stylistic rule taught in anthropology graduate programs, it is to write so as to be completely unintelligible to outsiders. (Perhaps this is appropriate, since tenure decisions are made on the same basis.)

It is often claimed, or hoped, that some temporal asymmetries are explained by the thermodynamic asymmetry in time. Thermodynamics, the macroscopic physics of pressure, temperature, volume, and so on, describes many temporally asymmetric processes. Heat flows spontaneously from hot objects to cold objects (in closed systems), never the reverse. More generally, systems spontaneously move from non-equilibrium states to equilibrium states, never the reverse. Delving into the foundations of statistical mechanics, this chapter reviews the many open questions in that field as they relate to temporal asymmetry. Taking a stand on many of them, it tackles questions about the nature of probabilities, the role of boundary conditions, and even the nature and scope of statistical mechanics.
