The dominant feature of today is the “knowledge society” – a worldview and scientific concept, updated by social, cultural and philosophical discourses in the process of a thorough rethinking of the theory of “information society”. Gaining increasing popularity in connection with the problematization of the cognitive dimensions of education, economics and technology, this concept gains a modern definition: it is a society whose development is based on internal polyphony and the individual abilities of each of its representatives. Thus, in modern society, not only “information”, but also “knowledge” plays a special role. The separation and differentiation of these two concepts are of fundamental importance. The modern era (having reached the definition of the "era of knowledge") brings a new understanding of "knowledge".

In the article the author investigates the problem of formation of value orientations of students-vocalists during their studies in a higher educational pedagogical institution. The author believes that the peculiarities of the training of future students-vocalists in the university are the specifics of the age of students associated with early professional orientation and self-determination in the profession; in the organization of the educational process itself, due to the fact that individual classes in music disciplines are held, in the priority development by future music teachers not of fundamental scientific knowledge, but of practically necessary professional skills and abilities. In modern conditions of socio-cultural development, the problem of formation of value orientations of students-musicians becomes especially actual. It is generally accepted that music plays a special role in the life of an individual due to its ability to have a profound impact on the spiritual world of man. This action becomes much greater if the music affects not only externally (passive or active perception), but is also directly reproduced by the performer. In the process of performing, a deeper comprehension of a musical work continues, depending on its cognitive complexity, there is a positive or negative impact on the currently formed hierarchy of personal values. The value orientations of students in the process of musical performance are a prerequisite for the disclosure of aesthetic potentials, adjust not only the musical and aesthetic interests, but also the needs, tastes, ideals, views of young people and more. Acquiring these qualities, the individual joins the accumulated by mankind true values of life, culture and professional activity. The modern stage of music education is the foundation in the spiritual and moral development of the student, when the problem of value orientations of the student is considered as the most important element of the internal structure of personality, which allows to orient in the material and spiritual culture of society.

Computer and multimedia learning is still an active teaching method. Computer-assisted and computer-based training allows an education based on the intellectual profile of the student and beyond. It also puts the student in situations of interaction and rapid communication, made in a favorable environment that allows massive dissemination of the created content and time flexibility by combining synchronous and asynchronous means of communication. In the case of computer-assisted instruction, the interactivity is practically generalized, providing the learner with permanent feedback, as visible and immediate effects occur on the computer screen. Today, computer-assisted instruction involves efficient research of the student's work, supervised and guided by the teacher (even in the current conditions dictated by the pandemic), which helps him in performing technical operations, in identifying the links between information and documentation, leading him to a new form of knowledge (digital knowledge). Achieving the objectives of the educational process requires as necessary, in different stages of learning, the intuition of processes and phenomena of reality, either directly or through substitutes. At the same time, the formation of skills and abilities requires the presence of material supports for practicing actions. Through this paper, we aim to show that there is thus a diversity in education such as "pedagogical tools" called associated teaching aids in the field of computer-assisted training. They contribute to the efficient development of the didactic activity, being equally material resources of the educational process, selected from reality, modified, or made to reach the pedagogical objectives. The progress of technology has driven the diversification and improvement of these resources, so that, in the Information and Knowledge Society, it can be shown that computer-assisted training has become a variable of the modern educational process, which must take into account, more than ever, the profile of the individual and society.

The article analyzes the priority and opportunities of the child's formation as a subject of life-creation in the educational space of the New Ukrainian School. The fundamental ideas of the humanistic and existential psychology’s founders and modern scientists regarding the conscious and creative attitude of the individual to his life as a prerequisite for its self-actualization in the mode of being and the realization of freedom of life (A. Maslow, E. Fromm), the ideas of setting a life goal, determining meaningful life orientations and developing life personality strategy (K. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, A. Adler, R. May, G. Allport, K. Rogers, V. Frankl), the ideas of individual readiness for life innovations in the process of self-projection (N. Samoukina, T. Titarenko) are analyzed. There were defined the life-creation methods of personality self-development as a subject of life (F. McGraw, A. Molloy, I. Pidlasa). It is shown that the priority of the psychological support of the educational process in the New Ukrainian School is the formation of students as subjects of life creation through the development of their ability to anticipate life, internality, optimistic perception of life prospects, stress resistance and motivation to achieve success. It was established that the fundamental ideas and modern approaches to the interpretation of the problem of formation of the individual as a subject of life-creation fully correspond to the conceptual priorities of the New Ukrainian School, which is designed to bridge the gap between the educational process and the requirements of society. It is revealed that the psychology of life-creation is a holistic scientific concept, which was formed on the fundamental ideas of humanistic and existential psychologists and is now actively developing within the psychology of personal life. There were defined the technologies and forms of work within the framework of psychological support of students in the educational space of the New Ukrainian School. These include: technology of life design, technology of organization of life-cognitive activity of students, psychological counseling and facilitation, training forms of psychological work, in particular, trainings of personal growth, trainings of self-determination and trainings of construction of life perspective.

The definition of knowledge supported by Nonakae Takeuchi (1995) considers that it is a human process that allows justifying personal belief about the truth. The individual is an integral part and is inseparable from knowledge. The authors also distinguish explicit knowledge, which can be expressed in words and numbers, and tacit knowledge, that is held by the individual in the form of know-how, and can be identified through their habits, behaviors, emotions, values and ideas. However, there is a wealth of professional knowledge in qualified people that are apart from active life voluntarily or involuntarily, through unemployment or retirement. This source of knowledge could be (re)transformed into new sources of competitiveness for organizations. In this context, this paper seeks to present the results of an exploratory study, orientated to identify knowledge transfer processes, from pensioners and long-term unemployed, to business professionals and companies, through the adaptation of mentoring programs. Five thematic areas of knowledge transfer were considered and selected as key areas of organizational competitiveness: Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Cooperation, Distribution, and Exportation. We consider this work relevant to the extent that the processes of change, caused by world crisis, tend to split fundamental knowledge that must be preserved. With the emergence of the knowledge society, we face problems, uncertainties and challenges arising not only from the financial crises and economic recessions, but also from the social transformations that we have seen in the processes of globalization, demographic change, technological revolution and the single currency, among others. The various transformations mentioned have produced paradoxical impacts, in particular job and knowledge management and the organization of work and working time. Such changes imply that researchers find new ways to a more holistic and human-centered organization. To realize our study we constructed a methodology of knowledge transfer, largely inspired by the work of Peet, Walsh, Rawak & Sober (2010).Our methodology comprised several steps: ( a) identify the knowledge, ( b ) access to persons owning knowledge, ( c ) integrating knowledge in projects, ( d ) combine ideas and initiatives, (e ) relaying knowledge, ( f ) enhance and apply knowledge. The experiential processes developed under this study give companies a large potential to be able to achieve their change objectives, incorporate new knowledge and increase their competitiveness. In this vein, we concluded that our methodology of knowledge transfer was effective as a mean for learning and to operationalize the knowledge held by mentors in strategic areas in the field of entrepreneurship, innovation and cooperation. We also concluded, by the duration of the project and through the measurement of the effects of knowledge transfer and its return in terms of effective improvement of business competitiveness, that it must be applied on a time scale projected in the medium and long term.
