Polosiri is a village located in Bawen District, Semarang Regency. Since 2019, Polosiri has been accompanied by Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) and Universitas Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman (UNDARIS) University to pioneer a trabas-themed tourism village. But in 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the community service activities will be focused on strengthening KWT Lestari Sejahtera as a unit that will support the trabas-themed tourism village. Even though they already have a brand product, their business management and the production capacity were yet maximized. Assistance is needed to innovate in many aspects such as product diversification, production-process innovation and marketing innovation. The method used in this work is community development which places citizens as both object and subject. Various appropriate technologies such as Bimo-CF starter the key point to make mocaf, automatic cassava cutting machine, automatic flour powder machine, continuous sealer machine are adopted

Women’s participation to improve the family economic is through an entrepreneurship. One of the business have done by women’s in Cipayung area is to make a banana chips. Banana chips that they have produced have a savory and crispy taste but it has no longer. However, even though the business has been operating more than 5 years, that business not expanded. That is caused by low technology that they are used such as the slicing process, they still do this process manually so that it has unequal thickness, they used plastic to packaging the product with a simple seal so easy to broken and can make the product will be rancid quickly. The method used in this community development activity is participation of women’s community who have banana chips business in Cipayung sub-district, East Jakarta. This activity begins with a discussion with the community to identifying the problems, determine priority issues that must be endured resolved. The results of discussion is they agreed the main problem about the business is slicing process and packaging. To complete this problem which is an obstacle about the slicing process, it must be made with banana slicer machine, while for the packaging problem, improved packaging and labeling system must be done which aims to increase the production process of banana chips. The results showed that the introducing of technology will increased the production capacity and income of the community by 40%.

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

The contribution of the micro, small and medium enterprises sector to gross domestic product increased from 57.84 percent to 60.34 percent in the last five years. Uptake of labor in this sector also increased, from 96.99 percent to 97.22 percent in the same period. (http://www.kemenperin.go.id, 2018), Problems with MSMEs vary, especially for shoe MSMEs. The purpose of this study, 1) What is the performance of MSME shoes in Bogor; 2) What is the model of coaching that can be developed for MSME actors The results of the study show that 1) based on evaluation it is known that the attributes of the production process, production equipment, production control, buildings and facilities, markets, quality standardization, business management, capital, and promotion require improvement. Difficulties in terms of capital make the company still survive with conventional and manual technology, so that production capacity is also relatively limited. In addition, the company's bookkeeping system is still directly controlled by the owner of the company. 2) Shoe MSMEs need guidance in terms of production processes and production facilities. As well as assistance in terms of developing market share both domestically and abroad and developing promotions so that products are more widely known

Plate stone handicraft products are one of the leading commodities and also potential for Sukowiryo Village, Jelbuk District, Jember Regency. Apart from being a superior commodity and village potential, plate stone handicraft products are also an export commodity. However, most of the plate stone handicraft production process in Sukowiryo Village still uses simple tools and manual processes. Therefore, the production process takes a longer time and the quality of the production is not standardized. The purpose of this PPK service activity is to provide real solutions to problems in the production process that connect by partners so that partners can increase skill productivity so that partners can carry out efficiency and can increase their production. The results of the KDP service activities were; 1) provide assistance to increase Skill Productivity by providing assistance with plate stone cutting machines according to partner needs. Build sewer and air reservoirs, and increase the partner's electric power to operate the plate stone cutting machine. 2) Partners can make time efficiency in the production process. 3) Partners can increase their productivity, 4) Partners can add 1 type of product diversification. 5) Carry out monitoring and evaluation after the program is implemented

Lakso is one of product’s traditional that made from rice flour served with coconut milk, than mixed of fish meat. Lakso always provided available in stores, events, hotels. Stage of make it from preparation of materials, mixing, molding, make kuah lakso, and ready for eating. Lakso is selling at a price of Rp.3.000 sd. Rp. 5.000 per portion and sell for drying lakso at Rp. 80,000 /kg. Objectives of IbM, to improve quality and production capacity, so be able to improve at partner business management. From survey in 5 month ago, production in lakso has not been met and can not be enough for 75-80% wet’s lakso and 1% for dry’s lakso per month. Issues on partners, there are the production equipment, moulding of lakso and drying (heating from Sun). Other issues concerning the management of lakso provision, or sales. The achievements produced, the cooperation of UKM’s Pak Umar with Polmanbabel, implementation for Polmanbabel’s Tri Dharma that supply machine’s drying for capacity at 4 - 5 kg (rotary rak’s tray system, and aluminum material), research and Community Service by Lecturers and students. The results of activities are understanding, operation and maintenance of production in machine’s provided. the achievement of percentage for drying lakso until 80% and lakso able to survive up to 3 months. Lakso’s dry is able to eat by steaming process.

Business of fried-chip packaging run by musala's female worshipers is not well managed. This is caused by the lack of business management use. Besides, the technology used is very simple. Accordingly, the business volume and income have been decreasing. It implicates the worshipers' welfare. Economically, they are still dependent on their husbands as the heads of the families. This leads to the economic dependence of women. Additionally, the involvement of musala's female worshipers as the representation of women involvement in economy development of the society becomes decreasing. In these circumstances, social assistance in business management should be conducted. Community service of Manbaul Falah musala's female worshipers uses the approach of ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). This ABCD approach applies some tools, they are inculturation, discovery, definition, design, reflection. The outcome of this community service by assistance in business management results changes in female worshipers community of Manbaul Falah musala who runs the business offried-chip packaging both in the process of assistance and after the process of assistance.

Sugar palm (Arenga pinnata Merr.) is a type of palm that has the potential for high economic value, producing palm sugar. So far, farmers in Barugae village have only used the technique of making brown sugar blocks from generation to generation, which only costs IDR.15,000 per kg. One of the SMEs in Barugae village that has implemented the production process of making brown sugar in powder form or better known as ant sugar is Mama Garden. This SME is located in Barugae Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The problem faced by the Mama Garden SME is the production process that still uses manual techniques, resulting in low quality products, drying using sunlight so it is very dependent on nature. Based on this, the Community service program implemented science and technology that could improve quality and increase the production capacity of the Mama Gaden SME. Improvements in the processing process include the use of flour machines and the use of dryers as well as the application of CPPOB, sanitary and hygienic aspects; shelf life (expiry date) of the ant sugar products; production management, and separate financial reports. The targets and outputs that have been achieved are quality improvement and additional production capacity, increased application of science and technology in society, and products in the form of sugar ant. Other outputs in the form of publications in mass media have been published, publications in scientific journals published in September 2020 in the community service journal of Jurnal Dinamika Pengabdian and activity videos that have been uploaded on YouTube.   Keywords: Brown sugar, ant sugar, packaging, processing.   ABSTRAK Aren (Arenga pinnata Merr.) adalah jenis palma yang memiliki potensi nilai ekonomi yang tinggi, penghasil gula aren. Selama ini petani di desa Barugae hanya menggunakan teknik pembuatan gula merah cetak secara turun temurun yaitu membuat gula merah cetak yang harganya berada pada harga Rp. 15.000 per kg. Salah satu UKM yang berada didesa barugae yang telah menerapkan proses produksi pembuatan gula merah dalam bentuk serbuk atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama gula semut adalah Mama garden. UKM ini berada di Desa Barugae Kecamatan Bulukumpa Kabupaten Bulukumba. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Mama Garden adalah proses produksi yang masih menggunakan teknik manual, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas rendah, pengeringan dengan menggunakan sinar matahari sehingga sangat tergantung pada alam. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka pada program PKM ini dilakukan penerapan iptek yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta menambah kapasitas produksi mama gaden. Perbaikan proses pengolahan yang dimaksud diantaranya adalah penggunaan mesin penepung, dan penggunaan pengering serta penerapan aspek CPPOB, aspek sanitasi dan hygienis, masa simpan (expiry date) dari produk gula semut, manajemen produksi, dan laporan keuangan tersendiri. Target dan luaran yang telah dicapai adalah perbaikan kualitas dan penambahan kapasitas produksi, peningkatan penerapan iptek di masyarakat, dan produk berupa gula semut yang dihasilkan. luaran lain berupa publikasi pada media massa dan jurnal ilmiah di Jurnal Dinamika Pengabdian dan video kegiatan yang telah diupload di youtube.   Kata Kunci: Gula merah, gula semut, pengemasan, pengolahan.

Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. The results of the incense craftsman activity has been able to produce incense fragrance packaging with the Gunung Katu brand as a superior product, Gunung

The art of chisel mask is developed in Tumpang Malang area as part of dance costume fairs, puppet show andcultural ritual, although in its development, this mask sculpture is also sold and become a tourism commodity. The potentialsales of mask sculptures is increasing, especially because of the demanders are foreign tourists, cultural enthusiasts andcomponent of tourism activities. That is, Topeng Malangan has the potential to be developed as an export commodity. Thesales system is still limited to cultural events or when there is a visit of education and tourism to the arts-padepokan. Thisprompted some people around the padepokan to start a home industry to meet the availability of the mask. In general, theproblems encountered by the craftsmen are (1) availability of raw materials, especially for suitable wood species, (2)production equipment, especially for pre-carving process and preservation of product, (3) there is no standard marketingscheme, (4) does not have a business management system, and (5) highly skilled craftsmen are still very limited. The solutionsoffered are divided into three stages: (1) technological strengthening, including strengthening production process technologyand increasing the number of craftsmen; (2) establishing business management; and (3) establishing trademarks, copyrightsand product marketing expansions

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.
