Plate stone handicraft products are one of the leading commodities and also potential for Sukowiryo Village, Jelbuk District, Jember Regency. Apart from being a superior commodity and village potential, plate stone handicraft products are also an export commodity. However, most of the plate stone handicraft production process in Sukowiryo Village still uses simple tools and manual processes. Therefore, the production process takes a longer time and the quality of the production is not standardized. The purpose of this PPK service activity is to provide real solutions to problems in the production process that connect by partners so that partners can increase skill productivity so that partners can carry out efficiency and can increase their production. The results of the KDP service activities were; 1) provide assistance to increase Skill Productivity by providing assistance with plate stone cutting machines according to partner needs. Build sewer and air reservoirs, and increase the partner's electric power to operate the plate stone cutting machine. 2) Partners can make time efficiency in the production process. 3) Partners can increase their productivity, 4) Partners can add 1 type of product diversification. 5) Carry out monitoring and evaluation after the program is implemented

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of jamu gendong products at the home industry of jamu gendong in Karangrejo village, Magetan Regency. The method of service is carried out by training, including procedures for pre-survey activities, surveys, socialization, training, and evaluation. The target of the service activity is the women of the jamu gendong group. The evaluation results showed an increase in participant understanding of 56% about the technique of selecting rhizomes for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 44% about equipment selection techniques for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 72% about the hygienic process of making herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 66% about the hygienic packaging process of herbal medicine. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that 100% of participants were satisfied in participating in the activities, 100% of participants took an active role in participating in the training, 100% of participants were enthusiastic in participating in the activities.

Community service activities aim at increasing the competitiveness of fostered partners in dealing with market developments. The potential of developing frozen food UMKM products is still very open because it is very popular among many people in the City of Medan. Royal Food also experiences the same thing as most UKMKs in Medan, which generally have limited human resource quality of education. The workforce in UKMK is dominated by workers with low education and do not have good financial management and the low utilization of technology. This community service activity was carried out over a period of six months. Activities carried out in the form of socialization and counseling to partners, training in business development and marketing, safe and hygienic production practices and designing more attractive packaging, carrying out production and marketing to partner monitoring and evaluation. After getting a touch of good design, proper management, modernization of production equipment, attractive promotional media, UMKM Royal Food is able to experience business development with increasingly high sales and more competitive products.

ABSTRACTToday's muria coffee has a universal appeal to many people from different walks of life. Coffee lovers in Indonesia and abroad are also increasing. This triggered to develop the production of coffee muria as a regional superior product that should be lifted nationally. The problems faced by the perpetrators of SMEs coffee martia is the post-harvest processing of coffee, from the stage of sorting coffee, roasting, grinding, packaging, until the technique of coffee marketing. The purpose of this activity is to advance the muria coffee SMEs by educating SME players through coffee processing training and improving the coffee production process from manual to automatic using machines. The target of this activity was the coffee SMEs in Colo village, Dawe district. The method is done by giving machines and training on coffee processing. The output of this community service activity is the increasing in productivity of muria coffee from 3 kg / day to 15 kg / day. In addition, through coffee processing training, the quality of coffee is increasing by the uniformity of roasted coffee been, by using a roasting machine. Therefore, this activity is expected to encourage muria coffee products as the regional superior products.Keywords: coffee, muria, productivity, umkm ABSTRAKSaat ini kopi  muria memiliki daya tarik universal bagi banyak orang dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Penikmat kopi di Indonesia maupun mancanegara juga terus meningkat. Hal tersebut memicu untuk mengembangkan produksi kopi muria sebagai produk unggulan daerah yang patut di angkat secara nasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM kopi muria adalah pengolahan pasca panen kopi, mulai tahap penyortiran kopi, roasting, grinding, packaging, sampai pada teknik pemasaran kopi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memajukan UMKM kopi muria dengan melakukan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM melalui kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan kopi dan perbaikan proses produksi kopi dari manual menjadi otomatis menggunakan mesin. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM kopi di kelurahan Colo kecamatan Dawe. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian mesin dan pelatihan pengolahan kopi. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya produktivitas UMKM kopi muria dari 3 kg/ hari menjadi 15 kg/hari. Selain itu melalui pelatihan pengolahan kopi, dihasilkan peningkatan kualitas kopi yaitu hasil kematangan biji kopi sangrai yang seragam, dengan penggunaan mesin penyangrai kopi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong produk kopi muria sebagai produk unggulan daerah.Kata Kunci: kopi, muria, produktivitas, umkm

Kademangan is a shrimp paste production center in the Probolinggo municipality. The shrimp paste made from this fish processing center is of lower quality than similar products on the market. The varying size of the raw materials is a significant problem in shrimp paste production in this business hub. This activity aimed to improve the quality of the shrimp paste product by introducing and enhancing the partners' skills in using grinders and shrimp powder for rebon shrimp in making rebon shrimp paste. The method of this service activity consists of training, monitoring, and evaluation of the activities. This activity showed that the partners had received training on the production of shrimp paste and its quality and the use of grinding machines and machines for boiling shrimp meal. During the partner monitoring period, it became apparent that the partners had switched the technology from manual production of shrimp paste to machine production. The evaluation results show that the partners are familiar with grinding and grinding machines in making Rebon shrimp paste. The resulting products are of higher quality than those made before the partners used the shrimp grinding shrimp flour machines. The conclusion is that the use of grinding and flour machines for rebon shrimp by partners has increased the production capacity by three times and increased the quality of the rebon shrimp paste.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang guna mengoptimalkan kinerja pengrajin miniatur kapal kayu melalui peningkatan kemampuan dalam tatakelola keuangan, pemasaran dan modernisasi peralatan produksi. Sektor kerajinan ini mempunyai prospek usaha yang baik, mengingat tingkat persaingan rendah, pasar terbuka luas, efisien dalam proses produksi dan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja di Pedesaan. Efisiensi dapat dicapai karena sebagian material produksi memanfaatkan limbah pabrik. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan perpaduan pelatihan, pendampingan dan bantuan peralatan produksi. Pelatihan merupakan kegiatan penyampaian materi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bidang tatakelola keuangan dan pemasaran. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengimplementasikan materi pelatihan dan sekaligus monitoring perkembangan pengrajin. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi, maka perlu diberikan bantuan peralatan produksi sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengrajin dalam tatakelola keuangan dan pemasaran, meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi serta meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk.ABSTRACTThis community service activity is designed to optimize the performance of wooden boat miniature craftsmen through capacity building in financial management, marketing and modernization of production equipment. This handicraft sector has good business prospects, given the low level of competition, wide open market, efficient in the production process and able to absorb labor in the countryside. Efficiency can be achieved because some production material utilizes factory waste. The method of implementing this service uses a combination of training, assistance and production equipment assistance. Training is an activity to deliver material to improve knowledge and skills in the field of financial management and marketing. Further assistance was made to implement training materials and simultaneously monitor the development of craftsmen. In addition, to increase the quantity and quality of production, it is necessary to provide production equipment as part ofefforts to improve business performance. This service activity has succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of craftsmen in financial and marketing governance, improving the efficiency of the production process and increasing the quantity and quality of products.

Polosiri is a village located in Bawen District, Semarang Regency. Since 2019, Polosiri has been accompanied by Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) and Universitas Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman (UNDARIS) University to pioneer a trabas-themed tourism village. But in 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the community service activities will be focused on strengthening KWT Lestari Sejahtera as a unit that will support the trabas-themed tourism village. Even though they already have a brand product, their business management and the production capacity were yet maximized. Assistance is needed to innovate in many aspects such as product diversification, production-process innovation and marketing innovation. The method used in this work is community development which places citizens as both object and subject. Various appropriate technologies such as Bimo-CF starter the key point to make mocaf, automatic cassava cutting machine, automatic flour powder machine, continuous sealer machine are adopted

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. The use of colorants in the dried noodle manufactures is an effort of product diversification. Besides of being used as a natural coloring agent, this peel extract is also used to improve nutritional value of the expected product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of red dragon fruit peel extract on the physical quality of dried noodle.  The study was conducted by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with one factor, namely concentration of red dragon fruit peel extract (N1 = 10 ml, N2 = 15 ml, N3 = 20 ml, N4 = 25 ml, N5 = 30 ml).  The observations of its physical quality consisted of water absorption, solid loss during cooking, and organoleptic tests (aroma and color).  The best quality of dried noodle was obtained by using 30 ml red dragon fruit peel extract (N5) with physical properties, namely DSA levels of 351.92%, solid loss during cooking 4.78%, aroma 3.79 (like) and color 3.89 (like).

In the practice of processing of metals by cutting it is necessary to overcome the vibration of the cutting tool, the processed detail and units of the machine tool. These vibrations in many cases are an obstacle to increase the productivity and quality of treatment of details on metal-cutting machine tools. Vibration at cutting of metals is a very diverse phenomenon due to both it’s nature and the form of oscillatory motion. The most general classification of vibrations at cutting is a division them into forced vibration and autovibrations. The most difficult to remove and poorly investigated are the autovibrations, i.e. vibrations arising at the absence of external periodic forces. The autovibrations, stipulated by the process of cutting on metalcutting machine are of two types: the low-frequency autovibrations and high-frequency autovibrations. When the low-frequency autovibration there appear, the cutting process ought to be terminated and the cause of the vibrations eliminated. Otherwise, there is a danger of a break of both machine and tool. In the case of high-frequency vibration the machine operates apparently quiently, but the processed surface feature small-sized roughness. The frequency of autovibrations can reach 5000 Hz and more.
