Every company must have a goal to achieve. Manpower (human resources) is a main key in achieving the goals of the company, therefore the company requires good quality of human resources to obtain the expected performance. One way that can be done to improve performance is to implement the right leadership style            This study aims to analyze the influence of the leadership style on employee performance in PT BPR Mitra Rukun Mandiri Bandung. Sampling technique was saturation sampling type under non-probability sampling, where all population was used as research sample with the total number of 35 respondents. The technique of analysis used simple regression analysis. The result of research shows that Leadership Style is in quite good category and Employee Performance is in low category.  Based on hypothesis test, the result shows leadership style significantly influences employee performance at PT. BPR Mitra Rukun Mandiri Bandung.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Performance, Human Resources Management

The Success of failure of an organization depends on the quality of its human resources and training being an integral part of the strategy to integrate human resources management with an organizations business strategy, coming at the age where employees are beginning to realize that employers have the potential to be much more dynamic and beneficial to the organization. Hence, this study was aimed to determine the relationship between training and employee performance in Mutare City Council, Zimbabwe. Correlational research design was used in this study, with an attempt describe and measure the degree of association between performance and training. A total of one hundred and thirty two (132) respondents (91 males and 41 females) were selected from the employees (population), purposive sampling technique and structured questionnaire were used in data collection. Data was analyzed using quantitative techniques, including inferential statistics. It was established that there was strong positive relationship between training and performance of employees.  It was recommended that all stakeholders, be involved in one way or the other in training to enhance employee knowledge, skills, ability, competencies and behaviour.

The problem in this study is whether How Accounting Information Systems affect Employee Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effect of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance. The location of the study is at PT Bank BRI Banda Aceh, the number of respondents is 105 customers, while  the  sampling  technique  uses  Non  Probability  Sampling  where  researchers  accidentally  meet  with  the Employee, the technique of collecting data is a questionnaire, data analysis is calculated with the help of SPSS 19.0 with qualitative analysis tools and quantitatively and using a simple regression analysis hypothesis test. From the results of the research and discussion of the analysis of the results that have been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that the Accounting Information System has a positive effect on Employee Performance at the BRI Branch and the Banda Aceh Region. It can be said that accounting information systems are very helpful for a number of employee jobs, and SIA at Bank BRI is currently quite good at measuring performance. It has been proven in this study that AIS assesses that employee performance can be assessed from a program

Human resources are an important factor in globalization to face competition among organizations. Leadership style can be defined as an individual ability to be able to organize, direct, motivate employees to be able to help run an organization. The quality of a leader can be recognized if he can influence, direct and improve employee performance in carrying out all assigned tasks. Rewards will usually be given to employees who have contributed to advancing the company in accordance with the standards set by management. The sample used in this research is 34 employees who have become Civil Servants at the DPRD Office of Seluma Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple regression. Before the regression test was carried out, the validity and readability test would be carried out on the data used in the study. From the hypothesis testing, it is found that the leadership style variable (X1) and the reward variable (X2) have a partially significant relationship to employee performance (Y). The amount of the determinant coefficient is 0.590, which means that the independent variables X1 and X2 will be able to influence the dependent variable Y by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. While simultaneously the variables X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on variable Y

This study examines interconnection between transactional leadership and need for achevement to employee performance in PDAM Malang. This research was conducted in PDAM Malang City. The population of this study are employees of PDAM Malang City amounting to 372 employees. Quantitative research method using Likert scale and using multiple linear regression method. The number of samples of 190 employees from the population of 372 employees PDAM Malang City by using purposive random sampling technique. Based on the result of hypothesis test, first hypothesis rejected which is no effect on the performance of the employee, the second hypothesis is accepted, wherever the need for achievement shows positive and significant effect on the employee performance, and the last hypothesis is accepted, it is persue just as positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.139 means that the influence of employee performance variables caused by transactional leadership style variables and need for achievement is 13.9 percent, while the big influence on employee performance variables caused by other factors is by 86.1 percent Keywords: Transactional Leadership Style, Need for achievement, Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Audit on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi. This study is a causal-comparative research. This study population is the entire General Hospital Bekasi employees totaling 158 respondents. The selection of the sample using Cluster Random Sampling method. The number of samples was 80 respondents, derived from four divisions: medical division (8 respondents), paramedic (32 respondents), medical support (10 respondents), and general (30 respondents). The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Prior to the study, first conducted trials-test with the instrument validity-test and reliability-test involving 20 employees of a General Hospital Bekasi were not involved back at the time of the study. Analysis prerequisite- test including normality-test, linearity-test, multicolinearity-test, and heteroscedasticity-test. The hypothesis-test in this study using simple-regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the Human Resources Management Audit have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi indicated by r2 value of 0.518, the significant value smaller than level of significant (0.000 < 0.050) and the regression line equation is Y = 0.813 + 0.766X. ABSTRACT In this globalization era, there are many issues in the development of global competition, including unlimited free competition in a particular region or country. So the existence of Human Resource Management (MSDI) is very important for Islamic banking in managing and using Human Resources that function productively, effectively, and efficiently to be able to survive and compete in the global arena.Human Resources is an infinite gift from Allah SWT, but if human resources are not managed properly, then an institution or company, even the country will be left behind and could be down. An institution, company and country that is unable to progress, the problem is not the quality of the Human Resources, but on the quality of Human Resources Management, how many bad the Human Resources there, if managed properly, it will produce  institutions, companies and developed countries. Human resources play the most important and potential role for the success of a company considering that human resources are the determinants of company activities both in planning, organizing, and making decisions. To make this happen, one of the efforts a company can make to improve the quality of its employees is by conducting training. This research is quantitative. This type of research used is descriptive and causal methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the performance of PT. Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation (AUTO2000) Soekarno Hatta Bandung Branch. The type of sample used is a saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 people. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, training improves employee performance by 0.441. training affects the performance of technician employees by 65.1% and 34.9% is influenced by other factors. The advice given by the writer for the company is to hold a workshop or motivational seminar and further increase the type of training material provided.
