Human resources play the most important and potential role for the success of a company considering that human resources are the determinants of company activities both in planning, organizing, and making decisions. To make this happen, one of the efforts a company can make to improve the quality of its employees is by conducting training. This research is quantitative. This type of research used is descriptive and causal methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the performance of PT. Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation (AUTO2000) Soekarno Hatta Bandung Branch. The type of sample used is a saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 people. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, training improves employee performance by 0.441. training affects the performance of technician employees by 65.1% and 34.9% is influenced by other factors. The advice given by the writer for the company is to hold a workshop or motivational seminar and further increase the type of training material provided.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Quality human resources are needed in obtaining the success of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and k3 (health, safety, work) on employee performance in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 employees of the harvest harvest award who filled the questionnaire as all employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that teamwork and k3 (health, safety, work) simultaneously had an effect on employee performance in Surabaya. As well as teamwork and k3 (health, safety, work) have a partial effect on employee performance in Surabaya. The higher the teamwork and good health, safety, work, the higher the employee's performance.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both an institution or a company. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 95 respondents who were in the Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant effect on employee performance, work environment influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects employee performance Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD.

The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 employees of PT. Transfashion Indonesia, which fills out the questionnaire, is all employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that training, promotion and mutation simultaneously influence the performance of employees in Surabaya. As well as training, job promotion and mutations have a partial effect on employee performance in Surabaya. The higher the training, promotion and transfer are, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kota Tomohon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Tomohon. Teknik analisis menggunakan Purposive sampling dan ada 36 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Skor hasil kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Dapat dilihat bahwa nilai signifikasi 0,748 > 0,05, artinya variabel Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan nilai thitung sebesar 0.324 < 2.032 ttabel, artinya variabel Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci :Partsipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kinerja, Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this studied was to determine whether budgetary participation had an effect on employee performance in the education and culture office of the city of tomohon. The sample in this studied were employees of the tomohon city education and culture office. The analysis technique used purposive sampling and there were 36 respondents.The researched method used was a quantitative method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis and uses the spss 22 application. This studied used a surveyed method using primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The scores from the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis method.  It could be seen that the significance value was 0.748> 0.05, which means that the variable participation in budgeting had no significant effect on employee performance.  Based on the tcount value of 0. 324 <2. 032 ttable, it means that the participation budgeting variable has not had a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method
