<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p class="NewStyle17" align="justify"><em>Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as an organization is required to have a good performance. Performance is becoming a world issue today. This happens as a consequence of the public demand for the need for excellent service or high quality service. Quality is inseparable from the standard, because performance is measured by standards. Through performance, it is expected to demonstrate its professional contribution significantly in improving the quality of service affecting general service to the organization in which it works, and the ultimate impact is on the quality of life and welfare of the community.</em><em> </em><em>In order for the performance of MSMEs is good then the measuring tool is needed to know how far the success rate performance of MSMEs itself. One tool to measure performance is to use a balance scorecard. Balance scorecard is a measure of company performance strategy integrated in 4 perspectives that is financial perspective, customer, internal process and learning and growth.</em><em> </em><em>Balance scorecard is a management system mechanism capable of translating organizational vision and strategy into real action in the field. Balance Scorecard is one of the management tools that has been proven to help many companies in implementing its business strategy. Balance Scorecard is expected to generate strategic decisions to improve the performance of MSMEs.</em><em> </em><em>Balance scorecard will measure in 4 perspectives, namely the financial perspective that is about Increased revenue and cost efficiency. In the customer perspective will be measured on increasing the number of customers and reduce the number of customer complaints. In an internal perspective the process will be analyzed on improving service process time and after-sales service efficiency. In the learning and growth perspective will be analyzed on improving employee skills and retaining employee retention.</em><em></em></p><p class="NewStyle17" align="justify"><em> </em></p><p class="NewStyle17" align="justify"><em>Keywords : Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Balance Scorecard, Performance</em><em></em></p>

Most of the Aisyiah womens in the Muhammadiyah Bali region have side jobs as housewives. Various businesses include Small Medium Enterprises (in Bahasa Indonesia, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) engaged in grocery stalls, selling cloth, food stalls, furniture businesses, Muslim fashion stores and others. Some of the obstacles faced in developing their businesses include capitalization, management and location determination, as well as the quality of production as well as marketing.The purpose of this service activity is to equip Aisyiah Muhammadiyah Bali women in implementing marketing strategies that are in line with their business and competing in marketing. The benefits of this dedication for Aisyiah's mothers are getting knowledge and understanding related to the marketing field.

Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) especially in culinary are the main destination of tourist in Surakarta Indonesia. As the tourist destination, MSME must be creative in develop their product. The financial ability is the main source of the owner in develop their business. Bank loan is an alternative in order to improve the financial sorce. Therefore, the MSME’s owner need to compile the financial report as one of bank loan requirement. This study is a quantitative research which is use multiple regression analysis using moderation variables. The quality of financial report is the dependent variable. The Independent variables are the MSME’s owner perception and understanding about book keeping. This study also enclose the MSME’s owner demographic background that consist of educational leverage and business size as the moderating variables. The data is collected from culinary MSME’s in Surakarta, Indonesia in the year of 2017. The findings of this research shows that educational leverage and business size are Predictor Moderation Variable. Besides, the perception and understanding are not significantly influence the financial report quality. The result of beta value shows that the business size strengthen the bookkeeping perception variable and weaken the understanding variable towards financial report quality. While the educational leverage strengthen the understanding variable and weaken the perception variables even all of them are not significantly influenced.


It is crucial that Malaysia’s Small- Medium Enterprises (SME) in the manufacturing sector could achieve desired productivity rate as this could contribute not only to the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), but also could contribute to the spending power of a nation. It is important for SME manufacturers to stay ahead in the ever-competitive market to ensure their survival and provide countless jobs for the nation. The objective of this paper is to study, analyse and propose viable solutions to improve manufacturer performance in terms of productivity and quality in the manufacturing sector by using various operation management tools. Hence, one SME company was chosen by utilizing the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) in DMAIC approach to measure their productivity. The aerosol production line was study, to see the gap measurement in productivity before and after applying a systematic method in operation management. Furthermore, along with various operation management tools such as Kaizen, Kanban system and 5S, a new layout (VSM) for the production line was proposed. Result shows that the proposed new layout could reduce the distance travelled by operator by 22.26 %, at the same time will increase the productivity and quality of product. Since the overall performance of the aerosol grease production line will be improved, the waste found in the production line also will be alleviated

A very tight competition is forcing businessmen to Become the best. One of the ways that it can be Reached by the trade to be Able to be the best business strategy is Appropriate, effective and efficient. This research aims to find out how the application business model canvas in creating alternative business strategies for the development of UMKM. The second objective is to know the proper strategic alternatives for the development of UMKM. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with the use of informants as respondents research. The source of data used is the business owners as much as 16 UMKM who open businesses in the downtown area of Pasir Pengaraian. Data collection techniques directly using interview techniques, observation and documentation. This research uses a template business model canvas to map strategy for the effort and combined with the SWOT analysis. Based on Data Obtained from the results of research, that the description of the business model approach of UMKM using Business Model Canvas outline can be used as Recommendations for business strategy, the business model of the which is currently already underway is Able to meet the Nine elements of the blocks on the template business model canvas. The findings of this research are that not all the UMKM business strategy and have just run a business without the vision of enterprise development. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis can be found that new alternative Efforts by optimizing internal strength in revenue streams on each of UMKM and conduct of elections to the right customer segments. Suggestions that may the researcher pointed out every UMKM should be more online to have the vision to grow and continue to innovate against products goods or services, increase of customer segmentation and the make use of business model canvas approach in making the strategy of the business.

This study aims to determine how the performance of the archipelago PT.BPR Bona Pasogit 9 Pangururan if measured by the Balanced Scorecard method. Population in this research is the financial reports, customer data, customer data and employee data that complaints were trained on the archipelago PT.BPR Bona Pasogit 9 Pangururan since its establishment in 1991 to the year 2011. The study sample-2011.Data 2010 data used in this study is documentation techniques. Techniques of data analysis in this research is descriptive method. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the measurements made during this performance only aims to increase financial performance. It can be seen from the measuring instruments used by the company so far in measuring their performance is to increase profits. Non-financial performance is not included in the performance measurement used, so that the resulting performance is inadequate. It can be seen from the increase in the level of customer complaints, lessons given to employees in order to improve the quality of employees is less well programmed. It is recommended to apply the balanced scorecard system to measure the performance of the company, so the goal PT.BPR archipelago Bona Pasogit 9 financial and non-financial Pangururan can be achieved to improve the ability of the company over the competition

The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of tertiary institutions from four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective for IAIN Sheikh Abdurahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. Based on the discussion and analysis of the data it can be concluded that 1) based on a financial perspective shows that the growth of assets and leverage shows that there is a tendency for growth; 2) Based on the measurement of the Growth and Learning perspective (Learning and Growth) explained that workers, lecturers and employees have felt the management system at the university is good; 3) Based on the measurement of the Internal Business (Internal Business Process), universities make efforts to improve the quality of students; 4) Based on the perspective of the customer (Customer) the results show that students feel the service provided is good.     ABSTRAK  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menilai mutu perguruan tinggi dilihat dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan bagi IAIN Syaikh Abdurahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa 1) berdasarkan perspektif keuangan menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan aset dan leverage menunjukkan adanya perkembangan yang cenderung meningkat; 2) Berdasarkan pengukuran perspektif Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajaran (Learning and Growth) dijelaskan bahwa  pekerja, dosen dan karyawan sudah merasakan sistem pengelolaan di universitas sudah baik; 3) Berdasarkan pengukuran Bisnis Internal (Internal Bussiness Process), perguruan tinggi melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu mahasiwa; 4) Berdasarkan perspektif Pelanggan (Customer) berupa hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa merasakan pelayanan yang diberikan baik.

IbPE program aims to increase the export growth of SMEs Coconat-Sugar through increased production, increased sales, improved quality of coconut sugar accompanied by increased management of activity. This program was conducted by the method of training, mentoring and enhance production facilities according with a target of SMEs Ngudi Lestari and SMEs Lestari Jaya in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen sub-district, Banyumas district during the years 2014-2016. Based on the differences analysis in performance of SMEs was concluded there is an increased performance of SMEs based on the indicators of the amount of production, turnover, export, labor, and there is an increase in production management , human resource management, financial management. Abstract. Today, many micro small medium enterprises (MSME) utilize the internet technology to enhance their competitive advantage. One of the popular strategies is the use of e-business to enhance business process performance of the organization. However, to implement e-business strategy, an organization needs to have a model that can help align e-business strategy with organization strategy. That is why in this research, the authors try to apply and implement e-business strategy in MSME Trooper Electronic Yogyakarta by using e-business evaluation model proposed by Raisinghani et al. (2007). In this research, an e-commerce website for Trooper Electronic Yogyakarta will be developed and the use of social media will be maximized.Keyword: e-business, model, e-commerce, social media, MSME Abstrak. Penerapan Strategi E-business Untuk Meningkatkan Keunggulan Kompetitif dari Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Indonesia (Studi Kasus Trooper Electronic Yogyakarta). Berkembangnya teknologi internet membuat banyak pelaku usaha termasuk UMKM mulai memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Strategi pemanfaatan teknologi internet untuk meningkatkan performa proses bisnis dari sebuah unit usaha disebut sebagai E-business. Hanya saja untuk menerapkan strategi e-business tersebut, unit usaha seperti UMKM memerlukan sebuah model atau kerangka kerja yang dapat membantu mereka memastikan bahwa strategi yang mereka terapkan sesuai dengan kondisi dan proses bisnis dari UMKM tersebut. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, pada penelitian ini, penulis mencoba menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi e-busines pada UMKM Trooper Electronic Yogyakarta dengan mengadopsi model strategi e-busines yang diusulkan oleh Raisinghani dkk. (2007). Penerapan strategi e-business pada penelitian ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk pembangunan web e-commerce dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk mendukung proses bisnis dari UMKM Trooper Electronic Yogyakarta.
