Most of the Aisyiah womens in the Muhammadiyah Bali region have side jobs as housewives. Various businesses include Small Medium Enterprises (in Bahasa Indonesia, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) engaged in grocery stalls, selling cloth, food stalls, furniture businesses, Muslim fashion stores and others. Some of the obstacles faced in developing their businesses include capitalization, management and location determination, as well as the quality of production as well as marketing.The purpose of this service activity is to equip Aisyiah Muhammadiyah Bali women in implementing marketing strategies that are in line with their business and competing in marketing. The benefits of this dedication for Aisyiah's mothers are getting knowledge and understanding related to the marketing field.

Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) especially in culinary are the main destination of tourist in Surakarta Indonesia. As the tourist destination, MSME must be creative in develop their product. The financial ability is the main source of the owner in develop their business. Bank loan is an alternative in order to improve the financial sorce. Therefore, the MSME’s owner need to compile the financial report as one of bank loan requirement. This study is a quantitative research which is use multiple regression analysis using moderation variables. The quality of financial report is the dependent variable. The Independent variables are the MSME’s owner perception and understanding about book keeping. This study also enclose the MSME’s owner demographic background that consist of educational leverage and business size as the moderating variables. The data is collected from culinary MSME’s in Surakarta, Indonesia in the year of 2017. The findings of this research shows that educational leverage and business size are Predictor Moderation Variable. Besides, the perception and understanding are not significantly influence the financial report quality. The result of beta value shows that the business size strengthen the bookkeeping perception variable and weaken the understanding variable towards financial report quality. While the educational leverage strengthen the understanding variable and weaken the perception variables even all of them are not significantly influenced.

This study aims to investigate the determinants of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) can be survive in this free trade era. Using purposive sampling, 100 small medium enterprises are involved as respondent. Descriptive statistic analysis is employed to analyze the research problem. The results indicate that 7P’s have significant effect as a SME’s strategy. The 7P’s strategies represents product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and philosophy. Meanwhile, policy and partner has no significant effect. The results of this study hold important implications for both practitioners and academics. The empirical findings from this study are expected to benefit the continued development of the garment market in Klaten. Possible implications of these results for firms’ marketing strategies and directions for future research are also discussed.

IbPE program aims to increase the export growth of SMEs Coconat-Sugar through increased production, increased sales, improved quality of coconut sugar accompanied by increased management of activity. This program was conducted by the method of training, mentoring and enhance production facilities according with a target of SMEs Ngudi Lestari and SMEs Lestari Jaya in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen sub-district, Banyumas district during the years 2014-2016. Based on the differences analysis in performance of SMEs was concluded there is an increased performance of SMEs based on the indicators of the amount of production, turnover, export, labor, and there is an increase in production management , human resource management, financial management. Performance is becoming a world issue today. This happens as a consequence of the public demand for the need for excellent service or high quality service. Quality is inseparable from the standard, because performance is measured by standards. Through performance, it is expected to demonstrate its professional contribution significantly in improving the quality of service affecting general service to the organization in which it works, and the ultimate impact is on the quality of life and welfare of the community.</em><em> </em><em>In order for the performance of MSMEs is good then the measuring tool is needed to know how far the success rate performance of MSMEs itself. One tool to measure performance is to use a balance scorecard. Balance scorecard is a measure of company performance strategy integrated in 4 perspectives that is financial perspective, customer, internal process and learning and growth.</em><em> </em><em>Balance scorecard is a management system mechanism capable of translating organizational vision and strategy into real action in the field. Balance Scorecard is one of the management tools that has been proven to help many companies in implementing its business strategy. Balance Scorecard is expected to generate strategic decisions to improve the performance of MSMEs.</em><em> </em><em>Balance scorecard will measure in 4 perspectives, namely the financial perspective that is about Increased revenue and cost efficiency. In the customer perspective will be measured on increasing the number of customers and reduce the number of customer complaints. In an internal perspective the process will be analyzed on improving service process time and after-sales service efficiency. Poverty is a serious problem in East Java. Many policies are carried out to reduce poverty such as intensified economic growth, improvement in the quality of human resources, increasing UMK annually and promoting investment. This research examined the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), investment, and GRDP on poverty in East Java in 2019. Cross-sectional data of 38 regency cities in East Java were analyzed using linear regression. The results showed that HDI had a significant effect on poverty in East Java. Devotion is done in Medan City and Lubuk Pakam,Sumatera Utara Province. Devotion takes the title "Training of Simple Cash Book Compilation for Multiple Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)". Devotion to this community will be done for two householders from the preliminary survey who know that the housewives who do business behind this is the ability to perform activities that do not exist or simple cash bookkeeping do not know yet. The Community Service team will endeavor to assist the business partner on the basis of the difficulties it faces. Creating a better business. The target of mono community service activity this year is expected to develop business partner efforts that had been only staying at home so that will try to open the business of boiled noodles / satay then to sew can develop the seams. Many people will sew in their place.

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Indonesian Higher Education. Through community service, educators and students can practice science and technology in society. Maranatha Christian University is one of the universities that strives to have an impact on improving the quality of society through community service. Educators specializing in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Management as a part of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Maranatha Christian University, do community service at the Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu Christian Church. This community service activity discussed online marketing strategies for Temiyang's typical products, namely Manisan Si Mayang (candied mangoes by Temiyang) and Temiyang’s sandals. In order to get the right target market and products that are widely known, it requires online promotion and marketing. Through online marketing strategy, it is expected to be able to find the right type of online promotion and increase knowledge of online marketing for Temiyang products, so that it can become a strategy in optimizing the marketing of Temiyang's superior products and product that can be reached by the wider costomer because the are available online in market place. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat tenaga pendidik dan mahasiswa dapat mengamalkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada masyarakat. Universitas Kristen Maranatha adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berupaya untuk dapat memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan kualitas masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Para tenaga pendidik peminatan Kewirausahaan dan Peminatan Manajemen Pemasaran sebagai salah bagian dari Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Maranatha melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Gereja Kristen Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tentang strategi pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang yaitu Manisan Si Mayang (Manisan Mangga Khas Temiyang) dan sendal Temiyang. Dalam rangka mendapatkan pasar sasaran yang tepat dan produk yang dikenal secara luas maka membutuhkan promosi dan pemasaran online.  Dengan metode pelatihan strategi pemasaran online ini diharapkan dapat menemukan jenis promosi online yang tepat dan meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang, sehingga dapat menjadi suatu strategi dalam optimalisasi pemasaran produk unggulan khas Temiyang dan produk khas Temiyang bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas karena tersedia secara online di market place.

The problem of inequality related to wages for workers in a society that we often encounter must be resolved. So, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Labor Law on wages of Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector in Batam, as well as to see the obstacles that occur in the implementation of wages of Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector of Batam City. This reserach is empirical research that is based on events that have occurred in the field regarding the application of the law through a series of observations, interviews with competent government officials, small and medium enterprises in the culinary sector. This research shows that the wages received by most of the Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector in Batam City are not feasible, such as the absence of a work agreement as mandated by the Labor Law. This can occur because the Manpower Law does not explicitly accommodate the interests of Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector, then the government's lack of awareness in preparing skilled workers, and the low quality of education of workers.

This study examines the relation between potential growth in the context of micro, small, medium enterprises by evaluating several factors, i.e. lack of marketing ability, inadequate business training, technological backwardness, poor quality of products, lack of innovation, unfavorable legal and regulatory framework, insuficient capital, and shortage of skilled labor. The data collected is from 196 self-employed enterprises in Jakarta, Indonesia. Results indicate that unfavorable legal and regulatory framework is the most affecting factor to slow down the growth of small businesses as well as a hindrance to its exports opportunities abroad. The further investigation of demographic factors shows how the differences canadd to ourunderstanding in the potential growth of smallbusinesses.
