The aim - to substantiate and experimentally test the method of teaching gymnastic exercises to students engaged in sports aerobics.

Material and methods. The study involved 20 students of Kharkiv institutions of higher education engaged in sports aerobics in groups of sports improvements. At the time of the experiment, the subjects were 17 to 20 years old. Method of research. Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; analysis of rules and videos of competitions; pedagogical experiment; expert evaluation; methods of mathematical statistics.

Results. As a result of the study, a method of teaching and improving the technique of performing gymnastic exercises for students of higher educational institutions specializing in sports aerobics was developed. It is proved that the introduction in the educational and training process of students engaged in sports aerobics, special exercises that gradually lead to the implementation of gymnastic elements, and at the same time partially develop the necessary physical abilities contribute to their more effective assimilation and improvement. In particular, the execution quality control all gymnastic exercises (emphasis angle flairs out with 360° rotation; emphasis high angle; planche apart the legs; sagittal balance with the grip on the leg and rotate 360°; libel spin with the prop hands on the floor) in the experimental group, unlike the control, increased on average by 50%.

Conclusions. Thus, the paper highlights the main groups of gymnastic elements provided by the current rules of competition in sports aerobics. The method of training students specializing in sports aerobics to perform these elements is developed. Experimental verification of the effectiveness of the developed technique was carried out.

In the training of all-round track and field athletes there are basically two ways to achieve high athletic performance. The first one is the improvement and development of those basic skills, to which the athlete is more predisposed (to speed, strength, etc.). The essence of the second one lies in the fact that it is aimed at equal improvement of all physical abilities for mastering the events included in decathlon and heptathlon (sprint events, jump events, speed-strength events and endurance events). The athletic performance rates of Ukrainian all-rounders, participating at these competitions, are 400-800 points behind. The best place of the Ukrainian athlete Olexiy Kasyanov at the World Championship 2009 was third with 8470 points, and the worst 23rd place was taken by Fedir Laukhin (7652 points) at the Olympic Games 2000 in Sydney (Australia). The irregular participation of Ukrainian all-round athletes in the main sports forums (Olympic Games and world championships) shows that the system of training decathletes in our country does not meet the expected standards. It is possible to distinguish many reasons for such performances. In recent years they are associated with the fact that the leaders of decathletes traditionally don’t participate in the championships of Ukraine. So, all other athletes have no possibilities to compete with the strongest in this particular sport and to show their highest results. And this happens along with the absence of highly qualified coaches and conditions for the educational and training process.

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the process of sports training of high jumpers at the age of 18–19 years by correcting and detailing individual sections of the state athletics training program for sports schools, and Higher Schools of Sportsmanship. The material presented in the article is based on the study and analysis of regulatory documents, publications and scientific literature and allows us to conclude that the regulatory programatic supply of the high jumpers training and training process needs to be updated and corrected. This statement is supported by the results of a statistical study on the qualification level of Ukrainian studentjumpers conducted by the authors. The results of the questioning of Ukrainian track and field coaches also show the lack of demand for the Program, the need for its revision and detailing. A significant drawback of the Program is the generalized nature of the recommended training loads, which are the approximate total annual volumes of training work, without detailing their distribution among training periods and mesocycles. Presented article contains the author's version of the distribution of the training loads of high-jumpers of junior age proposed by the Program among the structural elements of the annual macrocycle training. Further studies suggest practical testing of the effectiveness of the proposed load distribution with the help of a pedagogical experiment. Article material may be useful to coaches of sports schools, athletes, students and teachers of specialized educational institutions.

The purpose of the study: to determine the key principles of methodological and systematic support for the organization of an inclusive educational and training process for athletes with disabilities in karate. Materials and methods. The experts in the field of physical culture and sports participated in the study, namely: honored coach of Ukraine, honored worker of physical culture and sports of Ukraine, chairman of the Sports Committee for People with Disabilities of the Ukrainian Karate Federation, athletes with disabilities who have the status of world champions and Deaflympics champions, etc. All experts had sports (professional) experience from 5 to 20 years. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following methods were used: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, the method of expert evaluation, questionnaire surveys. Statistical analysis was performed using the methods of mathematical statistics. Expert evaluation was performed by the ranking method. The degree of agreement of the experts was determined using the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance. Results. In the course of the study, the methodological and systematic aspects of the organization of the inclusive educational and training process for athletes with disabilities in karate were determined. One of the main features in the organization of karate training sessions among people with disabilities is their nosological group. The further selection of means and methods of educational and training work depends on the nosological group. During inclusive training sessions, the greatest attention is paid to correctional and compensatory (14.6%), recreational and health (13.6%), and preventive (13.4%) work. At the same time, no less important is the solution of such a problem as the socialization of people with disabilities through sports, as a system of relationships in society. Conclusions. Properly selected methodological and systematic support affects the effectiveness of the organization of the inclusive educational and training process. This support has its own characteristics, which, firstly, depend on the nosological group, secondly, are characterized by the correct choice of means, methods, principles and functions implemented during classes, and thirdly, are aimed at the socialization of people with disabilities.

The article presents the indicators of physical fitness of volleyball players aged 9-11 and their changes after the introduction of sets of exercises on the coordination ladder in the educational and training process. It was found that the indicators of physical fitness under the influence of our method are improving, and these changes are significant and statistically significant (p <0,05). The most significant improvement was determined by the indicators of coordination abilities, speed - strength qualities and speed (p <0.05), the results of flexibility, endurance and strength also improved, but no significant changes were observed (p> 0.05). The study involved 40 athletes aged 9 to 11 years. For 6 months, special exercises on the coordination ladder were included in the training process of the experimental group along with the program material. Namely: jumps from different starting positions, rotational movements in motion, various accelerations, jumping exercises, a combination of jumping and running exercises, which were performed with a gradual increase in their coordination complexity. The exercises were performed both in the main and in the opposite direction, and also, various acrobatic modified exercises were included in the classes, which were combined with the above-mentioned exercises and technical simulation techniques of the game. Testing was performed according to generally accepted methods.

ABSTRACT Landstuhl Regional Medical Center’s response to the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic included a plan to provide just-in-time training for nursing staff and paraprofessionals from throughout the organization in the event that it became overwhelmed with more critically ill patients than the facility was staffed to manage. Training conducted was a combination of online learning from the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Association of Critical Care Nurses as well as a 2-hour block of hands-on skills. The three competencies for floating staff from Wright’s Method for Competency Assessment were utilized in the training process, allowing trainees to (1) learn to fly, (2) market themselves in a positive way, and (3) understand crisis management options. Quick implementation of the plan led to over 125 nurses and paraprofessionals receiving the education and training in preparation for the pandemic response. The article further discusses training topics covered and the competency expectations for non-critical care nurses trained.

This article is devoted to the implementation of an experimental program and, thus, changes in the training process of athletes to optimize their physical condition. The ultimate goal of the study by Karpushyn Mykhailo and Oleksiy "Dynamics of indicators of physical condition of athletes under the influence of training programs" is to improve the results of athletes, optimize their physical shape with the help of updated training programs and training units. The tasks are as follows: 1. To analyze the existing situation and on this basis to form updated training units; 2. Get acquainted with the existing literature and coverage of this topic; 3. To develop an updated method of training for the studied group of athletes; 4. To study the influence of the updated program of specific training programs and blocks on the physical status of athletes. The conducted experimental study showed a positive dynamic progress in the physical fitness of the participants of the experimental group. Thus, it becomes obvious the possibility of achieving better physical condition in a shorter period of time, the qualitative development of physical shape, with the correct distribution of loads. The conclusions after the study are obvious - a well-formed training technique in combination with an individual approach to each athlete gives a qualitatively new result: the optimal physical shape of the athlete in a short time and less traumatic. Thus, in the training process, quality is important, not quantity, which ultimately guarantees the dynamics of growth.

ABSTRACT Is the intellectual autonomy of a student in training a product of his training process at the postgraduate level? To what extent does the pedagogical authority of a thesis supervisor stifle or motivate the intellectual autonomy of his student so that can be self-authorized in academic works and products? How to reconcile the goals of educational institutions at the graduate level of training for research and at the same time trying to develop the intellectual autonomy of the student who is intended to be trained as an educational researcher? Based on previous experiences in the Master’s and Doctorate in Educational Sciences of the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, some considerations regarding the suggested topic are shared, and analyzed from the work of Bourdieu and Passeron Reproduction, where manages to identify at least four types or dimensions of authority in pedagogical acts, which allow understanding the degree of intellectual autonomy achievable by the graduate student by the type of readings and academic productions he performs, not necessarily during his training process, but once finished this one, because thus one could speak of a “well-formed” investigative habitus.
