Employees who excel will bring profit and progress in an organization, while the employees who do not perform will cause harm to where he worked. the purpose of this study followed: (1) To determine the compensation significant effect on work performance at the State Civil Administrative Board of Revenue West Lombok regency. (2) To determine the significance of the effect of competence for work performed at the State Civil Administrative Board of Revenue West Lombok regency. (3) To determine the significance of the effect of organizational support on job performance in the State Civil Administrative Board of Revenue West Lombok Regency, In this study, the design of which is quantitative associative. The population in this study were all employees of the revenue agency capsicum western districts as much as 79 ASN, ASN on BAPENDA overall totaling 79 people. Data collection tools in this research are by using a questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis.

Job performance is the result of employee working in quality and quantity in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of variables incentives and discipline partially and simultaneously on job performance Employee Inspectorate of South Sumatra province. The present study sample as many as 51 samples. This research analyzes using multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 20 for processing data. These results indicate the effect of incentives and disciplinary partially on employee job performance, each by 2.37 and 5.32 as well as a significant value. of 0.000 and 0.020 is less than 0.05, which means that the variable incentive and discipline partially positive and significant impact on job performance Employee in the Inspectorate of South Sumatra province and the influence of incentives and disciplines simultaneously to job performance Employee of 70.125 with significant value of 0.000, this shows the influence of incentives and discipline against the employee work performance together towards the achievement Employees working in the Inspectorate of South Sumatra province. Variable discipline has dominant influence on employee job performance in the Inspectorate of South Sumatra province with a value of 5.32 and sig. 0,000

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on work performance, knowing the effect of self efficacy on work performance and knowing the effect of work motivation and self efficacy together on work performance. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was the lectures at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To find out the effect simultaneously used the F test, and to determine the effect partially used the t test. The results showed that motivation partially influences the work performance of lecturers, self efficacy partially influences the work performance of the lecturer, motivation and self efficacy simultaneously influence the work performance of the lecturer.Keywords: motivation, self efficacy, work performance

This study aims to determine how much influence the work experience, work performance, education and training have on the career development of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The data collection method in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) work experience has a partially significant effect on career development, (b) work performance has a partially significant effect on career development, (c) education has a partially significant effect on career development, (d) training does not have a partially significant effect on career development, (e) work experience, work performance, education and training have a significant effect on career development together, (e) the contribution of variable work experience, work performance, education and training together The career development is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership competencyand organization culture to customer satisfaction either directly or indirectly throughresponsive behavior employees. This research has three variables namely independentvariables (leadership competency and organizational culture), mediating variable (responsivebehavior) and dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The population in thisresearch are frontliners and customer of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya Branch Office.The technique of data collection is the census method. Data are gathered by questionnairesgiven to 42 frontliners and customers of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya BranchOffice. This research used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Theresult shows that leadership competency, organizational culture and frontliner responsivebehavior have significantly influence to customer satisfaction. Responsive behavior doesnot mediate the influence of leadership competency and organizational culture to customersatisfaction.

The research on factors that affect employee motivation at Bentre Import Export Joint- stock Corporation (Betrimex) has special significance in motivating employees, attracting and retaining talent, thereby helping the Corporation improve work performance. During the research, 300 employees working at Betrimex were surveyed and 250 employees with valid answer sheets were selected, survey data was processed with the SPSS software and the research model through scale reliability analysis, exploratory data analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was tested. The research results have shown 07 factors affecting employee motivation at Betrimex, measured through 37 observed variables and including the pay, bonuses, benefits, allowances, working conditions, relationships with colleagues and relationships with superiors. Where the pay (b = 0.403) is the factor that has the most powerful influence on employee motivation and working conditions (b = 0.171) have the least influence on employee motivation. The results of multiple regression analysis have also showed that the adjusted R2 is 0.732. Thus, 07 independent variables can explain 73.2% of the variations of the dependent variables. Also, the research results have tremendous implications for developing strategies and plans for human resources development of Betrimex in the future.

<p>This paper discusses the analysis of the effect of taxes and subsidies and ZIS (Zsakat, Infaq and Sedekah) to the reduction of poverty in Indonesia in the period 1994 to 2013. The variables used in include taxes, subsidies, ZIS and poverty of the State of Indonesia. The method used in this thesis is a multiple regression method along with the classical assumptions. This study aims to determine the relationship between variables taxes, subsidies and ZIS against poverty. In addition, this study also aims to look at the variables which play a role in reducing poverty. The results using multiple regression analysis, it appears that all the independent variables are not significant and have adjusted R-square is nice. Next to the classical assumption test, based on the results of research there is a violation of classical assumptions in this research is the Normality.</p>


This study aims to investigate and analyze the role of organizational context on workplace incivility and turnover intention. The research sample was 120 employees who work at the company engaged in the service industry. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results found that organizational context influences workplace incivility, which in turn increases turnover intention. As a consequence, it is important for the organization to enhance alertness towards the occurrence of the employees’ workplace incivility. Internalization and implementation of values of the organizational context can be utilized to manage employees’ work performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

Abstract. This study examined the correlation between emotional intelligence and peer group conformity to adolescent self-concept. The subjects were the students of class XI students of SMK Taman Siswa Mojokerto. The populationwere 480 students, then 144 students were taken out as the sample of this study. The data collection of this study was got through questionnaire. This study used multiple regression analysis to analyze the data. This study indicated that there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and peer group conformity toadolescent self-concept shown by the  value of F = 76.309  with  p = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is also a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-concept of adolescents shown by the value of  t = 9.654  withp = 0.000 (p <0.05).  This study showed  no positive correlation between peer group conformity with adolescent self-concept because  the value of  t = 0.601 p = 0.594 (p> 0,05). Keywords: adolescent self-concept, emotional intelligence, peer group conformity
