Kecenderungan para ibu untuk tidak menyusui bayinya secara eksklusif semakin besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan besarnya jumlah ibu menyusui yang memberikan makanan tambahan atau susu formula lebih awal sebagai pengganti ASI. Berbagai alasan dikemukakan oleh ibu-ibu sehingga dalam pemanfaatan ASI secara eksklusif kepada bayinya rendah, antara lain adalah pengaruh iklan/promosi pengganti ASI, ibu bekerja, lingkungan sosial budaya, pendidikan, pengetahuan yang rendah serta dukungan suami yang kurang. Salah satu puskesmas dengan cakupan ASI Eksklusif terendah tahun 2015 yaitu di Puskesmas Tlogosari Wetan Kota Semarang sebesar 55,30 % . Meskipun mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2016 namun pencapaian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Tlogosari Wetan yaitu 16,4 % belum mencapai target renstra Kota Semarang yaitu 65 % . Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  ada hubungan pengetahuan dan pekerjaan dengan penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti ASI eksklusif (p value 0.031 dan 0,015). Sedangkan pendidikan dan peran petugas kesehatan tidak ada hubungan dengan penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Penggaron Kidul-Semarang (p value 0.303 dan 0.846). Saran bagi masyarakat diharapkan tetap memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya meskipun ditinggal bekerja. Kata Kunci : Susu Formula; ASI Eksklusif  FACTORS AFFECTING THE USE OF FORMULA MILK AS AN ALTERNATIVE EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING. ABSTRACT The tendency of mothers  who do not breastfeed exclusively the babies are growing. It can be seen by the large number of nursing mothers who provide formula milk as breast milk alternative. The various reasons are put forward by the mothers so that the use of exclusive breast milk is low. These reasons include, the influence of advertisement / breastfeed altenatives, working mother, socio-cultural environment, education, low knowledge, and lack of husband support. One of public health center with the lowest coverage exclusive breastfeeding by 55.30% in 2015 is Tlogosari Wetan Health Center at Semarang City. Although in 2016 it has been incerased by 16,4%, however, that number has not fulfilled the strategic plan target of Semarang City as much as 65%. The sampling technique was used Total Sampling. The analysis test was used univariate analysis and Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square. The result showed that there is a relationship between the knowledge and the occupation with the use of formula milk as an alternative for exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.031 and 0.015). while education and the role of health practitioner have no relation with the use of formula milk as an alternative for exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.303 and 0.846). The mothers are expected to continue giving exclusive breastfeeding to the babies even if left to work. Keywords: Formula Milk; Exclusive breastfeeding

Referring to WHO program in 2025 targets exclusive breastfeeding of at least 50%. So nationally, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding at the Bergas Health Center is 48%. The main reason for mothers not to exclusively breastfeed them is that in the first days after delivery the milk does not come out smoothly, so mothers prefer to give their babies formula milk. Oxytocin massage is an attempt to overcome the unsustainability of breast milk. The research objective was to determine the correlation between of knowledge and postpartum mothers' attitudes about oxytocin massage at the Bergas Health Center. Designof this research iscorrelation with the total population of postpartum mothers in October-November 2020 as many as 35 respondents, the study sample was 35 respondents with a total sampling technique. The instrumen used was a questionnaire with data analysis using the Chi Square test. The results of the univariate analysis of the knowledge variable showed that the respondents' knowledge was mostly good, namely 13 respondents (37.2%). And the attitude variable shows that 51.4% of respondents have negative attitudes. Bivariate analysis obtained sigifikansi value of 0,016 (α <0.05), so that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and postpartum mothers 'attitudes about oxytocin massage at the Bergas Health Center in 2020. ABSTRAKMengacu pada program WHO pada tahun 2025 sasaran pemberian ASI eksklusif minimal 50%. Maka secara nasional cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Bergas sebesar 48% belum terpenuhi. Alasan utama Ibu tidak memberikan ASI secara eksklusif adalah pada hari-hari pertama pasca melahirkan ASI keluar tidak lancar, sehingga ibu lebih memilih memberikan bayinya susu formula. Pijat Oksitosin adalah upaya mengatasi ketidaklancaran ASI. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin di Puskesmas Bergas. Desain penelitian ini korelasi dengan jumlah populasi Ibu nifas pada bulan Oktober-November 2020 sebanyak 35 responden, sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 responden dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil analisis univariat variabel pengetahuan menunjukkan pengetahuan responden sebagian besar baik, yaitu sebesar 13 responden (37,2%). Dan variabel sikap menunjukkan sebanyak 51,4% responden memiliki sikap negatif. Analisis Bivariat didapatkan nilai sigifikansi sebesar 0,016 (α<0,05), sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin di Puskesmas Bergas Tahun 2020. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin di Puskesmas Bergas Tahun 2020.

ABSTRAKLebih dari sekitar 132 juta bayi lahir setiap tahunnya di dunia, hanya 51 juta yang mendapatkan ASI Ekslusif dan 81 juta lainnya tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif. Menurut data laporan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Baubau diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2017 cakupan ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Katobengke menempati urutan keempat dengan persentase mencapai 52,6%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan pemberian ASI eksklusif yang meliputi karakteristik ibu (umur saat melahirkan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan) dan promosi susu formula. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang yang mempunyai bayi 0-6 bulan yang terdaftar dalam catatan KIA Puskesmas Katobengke. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Uji chi square menunjukkan p-value untuk variabel umur adalah sebesar 0,654. Besaran p-value untuk variabel pendidikan adalah 0,497. Besaran p-value untuk variabel pekerjaan dan pengetahuan adalah 0,003. Besaran p-value untuk variabel promosi susu formula adalah 0,019. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara umur ibu dan pendidikan ibu dengan perilaku pemberian ASI ekslusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Katobengke. Serta diperoleh hubungan yang bermakna antara pekerjaan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, dan promosi susu formula terhadap perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Katobengke.Kata-kata kunci : Determinan, ASI eksklusif, karakteristik ibu, susu formula ABSTRACTMore than about 132 million babies are born every year in the world, only 51 million get exclusive breastfeeding and another 81 million do not get exclusive breastfeeding. The determination of the sample in this study uses a total sampling technique so that the entire population in this study is the sample. Data in this study were obtained from interviews and observations with instruments in the form of questionnaires, as well as literature studies from several sources both agencies and other literature. Data analysis in this study included univariate analysis to see or get a picture of the distribution of respondents and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test with a confidence level of 95%. Chi square test shows the p-value for the age variable is 0.654. The p-value for the education variable is 0.497. The p-value for work and knowledge variables is 0.003. The p-value for the formula milk promotion variable is 0.019. So it can be concluded that there is no relationship between mother's age and mother's education with exclusive breastfeeding behavior in the working area of Katobengke Health Center. And obtained a significant relationship between mother's work, mother's knowledge, and the promotion of formula milk to the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding at Katobengke Health Center.Keywords : Determinants, Exclusive breastfeeding, mother's characteristics, formula milk

Breastfeeding is a physiological process to provide optimal nutrition for babies and one of the first steps for humans to have a healthy and prosperous life. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still a big problem for the State of Indonesia. There are several ways that can be done to increase exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is health education. The use of video as a means of education is now starting to be developed in line with current technological advances. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the work area of Singgani Health Center. This research is a pre-experimental study with the design of one group pretest-posttest. The number of samples is 33 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the univariate analysis of data on pretest knowledge with good categories were 24 people (72.7%) and the poor categories were 9 people (27.3%) Knowledge of posttest with good categories as many as 21 people (63.6%) were less than 12 people (36.4%). The pretest attitude in the good category was 16 people (48.4%), the poor category was 17 people (51.6%). The posttest attitude in the good category was 21 people (63.6%) in the poor category of 12 people (36.4%). The results of the bivariate analysis of the knowledge of the pretest posttest knowledge (p-value 0.002). The posttest pretest attitude (p-value 0.363. The conclusion shows that there is the influence of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with video media on the knowledge of pregnant women in the Singgani Health. There is no effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the attitudes of pregnant women in the Singgani Health Center. The suggestion is that midwives are expected to further increase the use of increasingly developing technology, one of which is the use of audio visual to provide counseling

Exclusive breastfeeding is the only breast milk given to infants without additional other liquids without solid food for six additional 6 months. Breastfed babies have a greater chance of early success exclusive breastfeeding. Based on preliminary studies in December 2015 in BPM Khairani Asnita, in the know of 20 people who gave birth to entirely successfully perform IMD but only 3-5 people who exclusively breastfed rest melanjutlan with formula. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who carry BPM Khairani Asnita IMD in Riau Province in 2015. This type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional study design. The population is mothers delivered in BPM Khairani Asnita and do IMD with babies aged 16-12 months amounted to 60 m people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Bivariate data analysis with test of chi-square test. Based on the results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of mothers breastfeed as much as 56.7% exclusive. The results of the bivariate analysis pvalue values obtained for each variable with α 0.05 is for attitude p = 0.000, husband support the value of p = 0.004, p = success IMD 0,007, maternal age the value of p = 0.031. The conclusion of this study that the attitude of the mother, husband support, the success of IMD and the mother's age is a factor that affects exclusively breastfeeding mothers do IMD in BPM Khairani Asnita Year 2015. It is expected the next BPM Khairani Asnita able to reassure patients who visit or maternity there for can give only breast milk until the child is 6 months old, as well as explaining the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for babies and mothers.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the first, main and best food for a natural baby. Asi contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of babies. ) The efficacy of breast milk is so large as breast milk can reduce the risk of babies suffering from various diseases. If the baby is sick it will heal faster when getting breast milk. Breast milk also helps the growth and development of children's intelligence Goals: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family knowledge and support for mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The research method used an analytical survey type with a cross sectional approach to 75 breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 7-24 months. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis to obtain an overview of each independent and dependent variable. Data will be presented in the form of distribution, frequency and bivariate analysis to determine whether there is a relationship between independent variables (categorical) and independent variables (categorical) using Chi Square Test. Results: The results of the study obtained the frequency distribution of respondents with good knowledge 45 people (60%), less knowledge of 30 people (40%), family support 33 respondents (44%), family support 42 respondents (56%), ASI actions Exclusive 17 respondents (22.7%), did not provide exclusive breastfeeding 58 respondents (77.3%). There is no relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.063). There is no relationship between family support for exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.063 and p = 0.098 (α = 0.05) means that there is no relationship between knowledge and family support for mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: It is recommended to the community especially to mothers and families to increase exclusive breastfeeding so that the baby's needs for breastfeeding are met, and the family continues to provide support for the mother to give the baby exclusive breastfeeding, further researchers use different and varied variables and dig deeper into the mother's attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding with direct interviews with nursing mothers.

Breast milk is very beneficial for babies, mothers, families, countries and the earth, so every mother is encouraged to do breastfeeding to their babies. The lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Gunungkidul District is Girisubo Health Center as much as 32.8%. Many factors influence the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, one of them is the support of the family especially the husband. Support from the nearest person (husband) is important in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Objective this study to Know Relationship between Husband’s Support and woman’s attitude in their third trimester towards Exclusive Breastfeeding at Public Health Center of Girisubo Gunung Kidul. This study types was correlational analytic research with cross sectional study design. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with a large sample of 86 trimester pregnant women 3 who had a husband and live together. Data collection used closed questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis used chi square test. This research showed that Husband’s support in exclusive breastfeeding majority in less than 46 respondents (53,5%). Likewise with the attitude of pregnant women in giving the majority of the milk is also negative by 57%. The result of cross tabulation of husband support is negative, mother's attitude in giving ASI 32 fall in negative category, whereas the husband/s support is positive, negative pregnant woman attitude only 17. Result bivariate analysis is known that p value = 0,011, there is relationship between husband support with attitude of pregnant mother with OR value as much as 3,092. It can be concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the husband’s support and the attitude of the expectant mother. The husband's positive support to the wife, raises 3 positive attitudes of TM III pregnant women in exclusive breastfeeding.  Keywords: Attitude, Support, Exclusive Breast Milk ABSTRAK ASI sangat bermanfaat baik bagi bayi, ibu, keluarga, negara serta bumi, sehingga setiap ibu dianjurkan untuk memberikan ASI. Puskesmas Girisubo mempunyai cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif terendah di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul yaitu sebanyak 32,8%. Rendahnya cakupan dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah dukungan dari keluarga khususnya suami. Dukungan dari suami atau keluarga sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi dukungan suami dengan sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester III dalam Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Girisubo Gunung Kidul. Jenis penelitian analitik korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 ibu hamil trimester 3 yang memiliki suami dan tinggal bersama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dukungan suami kepada istri dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif mayoritas negatif sebanyak 46 responden (53,5%). Begitu pula dengan sikap ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI mayoritas juga negatif sebesar 57%. Hasil tabulasi silang dukungan suami yang negatif, sikap ibu hamil TM III dalam memberikan ASI 32 masuk dalam kategori negatif, sedangkan jika dukungan suami yang positif, sikap ibu hamil yang negatif hanya 17. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,011, ada korelasi yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil dengan nilai OR diketahui 3,092. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil. Dukungan positif suami kepada istri, meningkatkan 3 kali sikap positif ibu hamil TM III dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif.  Kata kunci: Sikap, Dukungan, ASI Eksklusif

ABSTRACT Indoplant as one of the methods of contraception under the skin, is officially used in several countries including Indonesia and is quickly accepted by the public and is one of the programmed methods of contraception. However, there are still many acceptors who do not carry out re-control after installation. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Indoplant acceptors in carrying out re-control at TanjungBerigin Health Center in Langkat Regency in 2018. This study uses a descriptive design with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all indoplant acceptors after 13 months installation at Tanjung Beringin Health Center, as many as 68 people and the sampling technique was total sampling .The result of univariate analysis was the highest age of respondents>  = 0.05) found the effect of age on the re-contro (p-value = 1000) and the influence of education (p-value = 0.023) and the influence of parity (p-value = 0.034) and the influence of knowledge (p-value = 0.015).a35 years 37 people (54.4%) higher education 42 people (61.8%) high parity 41 people (60.3%), high knowledge 39 people (57.4%) and those who re-controlling 53 people (77.9%). While the results of the bivariate analysis using the chi square test (95% CI and Based on the results of the study it is expected that health workers, especially midwives, can provide counseling or complete information about indoplant, especially the implementation of re-control. Keywords: Indoplant acceptors, re-control

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the only type of food that meets all the elements of a baby's physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Breast milk contains nutrients, hormones, insecurity, anti-allergy, and anti-inflammatory. Nutrients in breast milk include nearly 200 nutrients (Puspitasari, 2016). Exclusive breast milk is a baby who is only given breast milk, without the addition of other fluids such as formula milk, oranges, honey, tea water, water, and without the addition of solid foods such as bananas, papaya, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and team (Roesli, 2005). This research is a quantitative research using Correlative Descriptive design with an intermittent cross sectional approach. With a sample of respondents are mothers who have children aged 6 - 24 months, the sampling technique of this study is Accidental Sampling. Bivariate analysis used is Chi-square statistic. From the bivariate results there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between knowledge and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no the relationship between parity with the effectiveness of breastfeeding. Suggestions from researchers For health workers to improve the quality of related health services continue to be improved, for mothers and families it is hoped that they can add information to families and the importance of researchers increasing the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding to increase infant life expectancy through exclusive breastfeeding, to increase knowledge about health, especially in health.

The use of exclusive breast milk decreases, due to lack of knowledge and awareness of postpartum mothers, besides the increased promotion of formula milk which causes postpartum mothers to tend to give formula milk. This study aims to determine the relationship between education level and knowledge of puerperal women with exclusive breastfeeding in Batua Puskesmas in 2019. The research design used was cross sectional by taking a sample using Purposive Sampling technique used in 50 respondents at the Pusua Batua Makassar Puskesmas during April to June 2019. Data obtained from questionnaires and processed. The results showed that the Chi Square statistical test between the level of puerperal education with exclusive breastfeeding, obtained p value of 0.304 with (α = 0.05), concluded that there was no relationship between the level of puerperal education with exclusive breastfeeding while Chi Square statistical test between the level of knowledge of puerperal women with exclusive breastfeeding, obtained p value of 0.004 with (α = 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of puerperal women with exclusive breastfeeding. Based on the results of the above research, puerperal mothers should add information and knowledge through various mass media to prepare themselves to face the role of motherhood, so that babies get exclusive breast milk for up to 6 months.
