  Formula milk is milk made from cow's milk or artificial milk whose composition is changed so that it can be used as a substitute for breast milk. Formula milk is a substitute for breast milk or can also complement breast milk. But it must be remembered that none of the nutritional compositions can match breast milk. The purpose of this study was to better understand and know the advantages and disadvantages of giving formula milk to infants. This research is descriptive using primary data by distributing questionnaires and tabulating to get the results. The population in this study were all mothers in Ward IX, Bandar Selamat Subdistrict, Medan Tembung Subdistrict with a total population of 30 respondents and using a total sampling technique of 30 respondents. From the results of the study, it is known that the majority have less knowledge as many as 15 respondents (50%), based on education the majority have less knowledge in junior high schools as many as 8 respondents (27%), based on work the majority have less knowledge in IRT as many as 11 respondents (37%), and based on sources of information the majority of knowledgeable people do not get information from electronic media as many as 8 respondents (26%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the mother's level of knowledge on formula feeding in infants aged 0-6 months is in the poor category. Therefore, knowledge greatly influences mothers to achieve the Exclusive Breastfeeding program. Therefore, it is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of formula feeding.

Vaginal discharge is a white discharge from the vagina caused by a fungus or virus that causes itching around the vagina. This study aims to describe the knowledge of young women about the dangers of vaginal discharge in the Serba Guna Hamlet, Karang Rejo Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency in 2021. This research is descriptive using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was mostly young women in Dusun Serbaguna Langkat in 2021 using random sampling of 30 respondents. The results of the study from 30 respondents were that the majority had less knowledge as many as 15 respondents (50%). The knowledge of respondents based on the age of the majority is less than 12-13 years as many as 8 respondents (26.6%) and the knowledge of respondents based on the majority of information sources is lacking in adolescent girls who receive information from health workers 6 respondents (20%). The conclusion of this study is that the knowledge of young women about the dangers of vaginal discharge is lacking and it is recommended to young women to maintain vaginal hygiene and to health workers to be able to provide counseling about the dangers of vaginal discharge.

Pregnancy is natural process from conceotion to the onset of labor. In pregnancy physiological changes occur in the entire organ system, due to hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy. 50-90% of pregnant women experience nausea in the first trimester. This study uses a systematic review method with the aim to see the effect of aromatherapy on nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.this systematic review reviews 10 journals published through google scoolar’s website.the results of this journal review found 7 aromatherapy that can reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, namely : aromatherapy ginger , lemon ,orange , lavender, steeping peppermint leaves, essential oils of peppermint and ginger oil.

Menarche is the first menstruation, the first menstrual cycle or the first menstrual bleeding in women. From a social and medical point of view, this condition is seen as an important event of female puberty, as a sign of fertility. Adolescents who have known about menarche will feel happy when they experience it. While negative feelings such as anxiety, fear, shame and confusion. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of young women about menarche at SMP St.Yoseph Medan. This research method is descriptive research. The number of samples as many as 53 people, sampling using total sampling technique. From 53 respondents, the results showed that the majority of respondents' knowledge about menarche was in the sufficient category, which was 50.9%. While the good category is 37.7%, and the less category is 11.3%. Based on the age of the majority of respondents with sufficient knowledge as much as 39.6% aged 14-15 years and the minority with less knowledge 1.9% aged 12-13 years. Based on information sources, the majority of respondents obtained information from the mass media as much as 15.1% and the minority 1.9%. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the school and parents of students can play an active role in providing reproductive health, especially menarche.

Pain is a physiological process. As many as 12% - 67% of women are worried about the pain that will be experienced during childbirth. One of the efforts to reduce pain is massage. is a condition in the form of a very pleasant unpleasant feeling, because the feeling of pain is different for each person in terms of scale or level. One technique to reduce pain is back massage. The theory shows that back massage is effective intermittently during labor. But at that time back massage was not done because they did not know that back massage could reduce pain. This study uses a systematic review method with the aim of seeing an effective method in overcoming labor pain. This systematic review examines articles and journals via the Google Scoolar site from 7 journals. Based on this system review, it can be guaranteed that back massage can reduce the intensity of pain in labor.

Painful menstruation is a symptomatic phenomenon, including abdominal  cramps, backache and pain.The only traditional treatment Is Hot Herbal Compress. Hot Herbal Compress is a tool and material used as a hot compress which containseffect as a pain reliever and provide relaxation  that comes from the aroma of these natural ingredients.Indonesian Health  Demographic Survey (2017), 76% of adolescent experienced menstrual pain       during  menstruation, 58% of  female  adolescents  who did not experience menstrual  pain  during  menstruation. This study aims  to  determine  therelationship  between  knowledge  of  adolescent with  the  role  of  parents  regarding  hot  herbal  compress  to  relieve painful  menstruation. This type of       analytic research with  cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling involving 40 adolescent at  SMKK Prima Indonesia  and  the  results  showed  that  most  of  the  knowledge  of adolescent about  hot  herbal  compresses  to  relieve  painful  menstruation was  less  (52.5%)  and  based  on  the  role  of  parents  regarding  hot herbal  compresses.  To  relieve painful menstruation most did not participate (57.5%). There is a relationship between the knowledge of adolescent knowledge and the role of parents regarding hot herbal compresses to relieve painful menstruation at SMKK Prima Indonesia in 2020 with a p value = 0.000

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the only type of food that meets all the elements of a baby's physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Breast milk contains nutrients, hormones, insecurity, anti-allergy, and anti-inflammatory. Nutrients in breast milk include nearly 200 nutrients (Puspitasari, 2016). Exclusive breast milk is a baby who is only given breast milk, without the addition of other fluids such as formula milk, oranges, honey, tea water, water, and without the addition of solid foods such as bananas, papaya, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and team (Roesli, 2005). This research is a quantitative research using Correlative Descriptive design with an intermittent cross sectional approach. With a sample of respondents are mothers who have children aged 6 - 24 months, the sampling technique of this study is Accidental Sampling. Bivariate analysis used is Chi-square statistic. From the bivariate results there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between knowledge and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no the relationship between parity with the effectiveness of breastfeeding. Suggestions from researchers For health workers to improve the quality of related health services continue to be improved, for mothers and families it is hoped that they can add information to families and the importance of researchers increasing the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding to increase infant life expectancy through exclusive breastfeeding, to increase knowledge about health, especially in health.

Breastfeeding is an art that must be relearned. All it takes is patience, time, a little knowledge about breastfeeding, and support from the environment, especially the husband. A study in Ghana published in the journal Pediatrics showed 16% of infant deaths could be prevented through breastfeeding the baby from the first day of birth. This figure increases to 22% if breastfeeding begins within the first hour after the birth of the baby. This research is descriptive using primary data, and the sample used is random sampling with a population of 34 respondents and a sample of 30 respondents. From the results of the study, it is known that based on knowledge the majority of respondents have less knowledge as many as 16 respondents (53.33%), while the minority with good knowledge are 5 respondents (16.67%). Based on the age of pregnant women with less knowledge, the majority at the age of 21-30 years as many as 9 respondents (30%) and the minority of pregnant women with sufficient knowledge at the age of <20 years as many as 1 respondent (3.33%). 9 respondents (30%) in high school and a minority of pregnant women with good knowledge in elementary school as many as 1 respondent (3.33%). Based on information sources, the majority of pregnant women have less knowledge of the mass media as many as 13 respondents (43.33%) and the minority with good knowledge of health workers as many as 1 respondent (3.33%) and sufficient knowledge of the mass media as many as 1 respondent (3.33% ). It is hoped that health workers will provide more information about health education or counseling for pregnant women to understand the correct breastfeeding technique and how to breastfeed properly.

Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) is an opportunity given to babies immediately after birth by placing the baby on the mother's stomach, then the baby is allowed to find the mother's nipple and breastfeed within the first hour after birth. The UNICEF organization Says that IMD is so important for babies that it calls it the baby's first vaccine. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) at Butar Puskesmas, Pagaran District, Tapanulu Utara Regency in 2020. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross sectional design or approach looking at the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The total population of 30 people was used with a total sampling technique in which the entire population was sampled so that the sample size was 30 people. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire, then the data were processed using the chi-square test. The results of the study using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) showed that there was no relationship between the type of labor and the results of the Fisher's Exact Test with a confidence level of 95% and df = 1 obtained x2 count (0.597) <x2. table (3,841), there is a relationship of knowledge df = 2 obtained x2 count (10.425)> x2 table 5,991, there is a relationship between husband's support for Fisher's Exact Test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and df = 1 obtained p value = 0.000 ( p <0.05), there is a relationship between support for health workers and df = 2, it is obtained x2 count (8,450)> n x2 table (5,991). It is expected that respondents will know the information provided by health workers or from the mass media about the provision and implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD).

Breast milk (breast milk) is an emulsion of fat contained in a solution of protein, lactose, and organic salts which will be secreted by both breast glands as the main source of food for the baby. Increasing milk is very necessary for mothers by consuming foods such as: sweet potato leaves, the content contained in sweet potato leaves is low in fat and cholesterol etc. Sweet potato leaves can increase milk production because sweet potato leaves contain lactagogum. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a relationship between consuming sweet potato leaf extract and an increase in breast milk production at the SitiHajar Medan clinic, Marelan. Methods: pre = post test. This study measured the mother's milk before and after being given sweet potato leaves from January 2021 to February 2021. Samples were taken at the SitiHajar Medan clinic with a total of 50 samples, with the inclusive criteria being mothers who gave birth normally and healthy babies. Univariate analysis was carried out to describe the variables with the results of 46% as many as 23 (people) intervention of mother's milk production increased after consuming sweet potato leaves compared to before consuming with a result of 4% as many as 2 (people). Bivarate analyst to determine the relationship between independent and variables using the Wilcoxon test, based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, the p-value is 0.000 (<0.05). and In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between consuming sweet potato leaves and increasing breast milk production.
