Abstract— PT. XYZ is one of the large and multinational companies engaged in steel production in Indonesia and in the first half of 2019 PT. XYZ faces a challenge that is the many employees in the sinter plant do not implement the 5R culture. Sinter plant is the main supplier plant for the blast furnace plant at PT. XYZ which functions to combine a raw material mixture at high temperatures to produce a product known as sinter ore. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it was found that all indicators used in this study had good validity and reliability. The results of data processing and analysis in this study also found that 5R culture (X1) and employee performance (X2) had an influence on the work environment (Y).Keywords— 5R Culture, Employee Performance, Work Environment. Abstrak— PT. XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan besar dan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang produksi baja di Indonesia dan pada semester pertama tahun 2019 PT. XYZ menghadapi tantangan yaitu banyaknya karyawan di sinter plant yang tidak melaksanakan budaya 5R. Sinter plant merupakan plant pemasok utama untuk blast furnace plant di PT. XYZ yang berfungsi untuk menggabungkan suatu raw material mixture pada temperatur tinggi sehingga menghasilkan produk yang dikenal dengan nama sinter ore. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sinter plant PT. XYZ. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisa tersebut didapat bahwa  semua indikator-indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki keabsahan (validitas) dan keandalan (reliabilitas) yang baik. Hasil pengolahan data dan analisa dalam penelitian ini juga mendapatkan bahwa budaya 5R (X1) dan kinerja karyawan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerja (Y).Kata kunci— Budaya 5R, Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the dominant variables influencing employee performance at the BPJS Work Office in the Gorontalo Branch Office. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques for quality testing (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokeddasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test and test simultaneously). Based on the results of regression testing, the results show that the dominant variable that influences employee performance at BPJS Employment in the Branch Office of Gorontalo is the work environment, the reason being that it has the largest beta value when compared to competency and education variables.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

An organization is synonymous with performance, which is defined as a measure of where an organization is success in achieving the target or not, in the province of West Java BNN in 2017 whose activities realized only reached 54.25%. One of the external factors that can influence is the work environment, it shows that BNN province of West Java has a working environment can create a disgruntled employee.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS Ver.23 as data processing tools. From the data processing showed the physical work environment affects 33.1% and non-physical work environment has a greater influence second known 43.2% a significant impact on employee performance. It was concluded that the effect on the performance of employees in the province of West Java BNN is a non-physical work environment, because BNN itself has activities associated with various organizations outside the office.

Performance is the appearance of work and the results achieved by a person either in goods or products or in the form of services which are usually used as a basis for self-assessment of the employee or the work organization concerned which reflects the employee's knowledge about his work. The higher the quality and quantity of the work, the higher the performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on a piecemeal basis on employee performance and the effect of work environment and work discipline together on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Serang City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Serang City. The number of respondents is 35 people. This study distributed questionnaires to employees. The data processing and analysis technique used SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the work environment (X1) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (1,854>1,693). Work discipline (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (3,086>1,693) and simultaneously or simultaneously shows that Fcount > Ftable, namely = 28,400 > 3,29. This means that there is an influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline together on the Performance of Employees at the Serang City Transportation Service. The conclusion obtained shows that the work environment partially affects employee performance, partially work discipline affects employee performance and simultaneously or simultaneously the work environment and work discipline affects employee performance

The government to provide the excellent public service performance must supported by existing resources. Human factors or man power are an important part of an organization, where talented, qualified human resources are needed, willing to cooperate with teams and have high spirit. Work spirit is needed in every employee cooperation effort to achieve organizational goals, because with the work spirit will result in high performance for the organization. Besides that, employee performance is also determined by the work environment both physical and non-physical. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work spirit on the performance of employees at the Tabanan District Health Office. Research uses Path Analysis as a method of data analysis, where data collection is done by observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. As the initial stage of the analysis, a validity and reliability test will be carried out on the research instrument. The results showed that the work environment and work spirit had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tabanan District Health Office. Where the work spirit variable acts as an mediation variable in the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Tabanan District Health Office.
