The rapid development of technology was felt by universities, especially the academic division in managing information as well as related to academic division, such as the study plan card and study results card. Academic information system design was considered very helpful in accelerate service process to students and lecturers. Therefore, academic information systems built using prototype methode, so that every stage can be demonstrated to campus, especially academic division, so that in manufacture process according to necessity. In this method there are several stages; Requirment Analysis, Build Prototype, Prototype Evaluation, Implementation, Testing, System Evaluation, and Use The System. By this application, students no necessary come to campus  again to conduct study plan card as well as take results study card, Also like lecturers  can execute to input the value with this information system that created.

The Academic Information System at STMIK Dharma Putra Tangerang still uses the Desktop system. With desktop systems there are disadvantages, especially in terms of data processing. for filling out Study Plan Cards (KRS) and the distribution of Study Results Cards (KHS) requires students to come to fill in the KRS and take KHS. This is not efficient because after filling the KRS the academic sub-section must input KRS data into the desktop-based Academic Information System. The application of a web-based Academic Information System uses the concept of Human and Computer Interaction so that the resulting application can be used (Usability). This application uses the waterfall development method, analysis using the elicitation approach and system quality testing using Mccall's.  Sistem Informasi Akademik pada STMIK Dharma Putra Tangerang masih menggunakan sistem Desktop. Dengan Sistem desktop terdapat kekurangan, terutama dalam hal pengolahan data. untuk pengisian Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) dan pembagian Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS) mewajibkan mahasiswa/i harus datang untuk mengisi KRS dan mengambil KHS. Hal ini kurang efisien sebab setelah mengisi KRS subbag akademik harus menginput data KRS ke dalam Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis desktop. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis web menggunakan konsep Human and Computer Interaction sehingga aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan (Usability). Apilkasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall, analisis dengan pendekatan elisitasi  dan pengujian kualitas sistem menggunakan Mccall’s.

SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang is one of the elementary schools located in Tanjung Dalam Village. In line with the rapid development of technology, there are demands on educational institutions or others to provide fast, precise, and accurate information. In processing the data, SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang has not used a computerized system, therefore the research conducted by the author aims to create an Academic Information System so that it can help and facilitate data processing.

SISKA is an Academic Information System at Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) used for TESIS process. Starting from proposal submission, proposal seminar, pre thesis exam and thesis exam. So far the running application is still in web form. With so rapid development of Android-based applications, it will be made SISKA Android-based applications that will certainly make it easier for students and lecturers to access this application via Smartphone. In the development of this application will be used Eclipse commonly used for software development. Web-based SISKA application development into Android-based SISKA application provides a new look that is more user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access using smartphone

The rapid development of technology requires universities to develop an integrated academic information system to support the education process. With the application of the information system, universities can provide better information services to students. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of self-efficacy and information quality on behavioral intention toward academic information system with perceived usefulness as an intervening variable. This study used survey questionnaire in collecting data from one higher institution - STIE Malangkuçeçwara(Malangkuçeçwara School of Economic). The population in this study is all students in the sixth semester. A questionnaire was administered to all 377 students, 311 were returned yielding a response rate 82.5%. This study has three significant findings. First, the direct effect of self-efficacy on behavioral intention to use academic information system (AIS) is significant. Second, the direct effect of information quality on behavioral intention to use AIS is significant. Third, The indirect effect of self-efficacy and information quality on behavioral intention to use AIS through perceived usefulness is not significant

  The rapid development of technology requires schools to provide optimal service to their students, especially in SMK Negeri 1 Jiwan. Improve the quality of information systems is one way to support services to students. The administration payment information system is designed in accordance with the circumstances in the school. The data were collected using interview method and observation method. This research produce information system design using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 which can help SMK Negeri 1 Jiwan to give service in administration payment of student.

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini membawa manusia ke dalam dunia baru. Dunia dimana komunikasi mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. Data tersebut selain banyak juga bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sehingga penyimpanan dan administrasi data harus dilakukan dengan baik dan update. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Akademi, Website Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The world where communication has a very important role in every aspect of life, one of them is in the world of education. Schools as government agencies in the field of education do a lot of data processing, both student data, teacher data and school staff data. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. Cloud-based academic information system at Academy of Pharmacy Mandiri Banda Aceh is an application system used to do processing of academic data at Academy of Pharmacy Mandiri Banda Aceh with the use of cloud computing services as an academic information system infrastructure. The problem discussed is how to make information system in giving fast and correct report at Mandiri Banda Aceh Pharmacy Academy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of Academic data information at the Academy of Pharmacy Mandiri Banda Aceh, because during this processing of data lectures are still using office applications and not use cloud technology, so the resulting information is ineffective and takes a very long time and cause effects data inaccuracies. During the execution of the last task carried out assessment of the problem and the basic theory of lecture data so that the system needs specifications to solve the problem by the basic theory that has been studied. Furthermore, an information system design is done, including system development method used to build an information system covering the steps of analysis, design, and implementation. From the discussion that the author did, in get the conclusion that the data processing can be developed further by utilizing Lazarus IDE and cloud technology.

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">The classic problem that is quite common and often encountered in almost all university in Indonesia is at the time of preparation of the list of subjects that are routinely done at every semester turn, either the odd semester or even semester for filling the Study Plan Card (KRS) done by every students. The constraints that caused the problem to occur were due to the limited factor of the classroom (theoretical class and lab lab), the ratio factor of the number of lecturers to the students taking the course and then the lecturer availability factor that could teach for each course offered by every course available at Matana University. Because of the factors that make the list of courses along with the schedule of the day and time becomes complicated and not easy to do, because the preparation of the optimal course schedule is to avoid the occurrence of incompatibility or clash between the schedule of 1 course with other courses, then avoid using the same room in the same day and time as the same lecturer or with different lecturers. Based on these matters, the management of University of Matana through Senate meeting decided to arrange planning for the development of Academic Information System (SIAKAD) using SQL Optimization method that can be used to assist the smoothness of lecturing process and academic and administration service activities at Matana University.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Key words<strong>:</strong>courses scheduling, KRS, SQL Optimization, Academic Information Systems</span></p>

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and to design an Android-based academic information system at Jambi University. This information system would be able to help the activities of the civitas academica at Jambi University. This information system has important facilities in the form of course contract features, view study results, input courses, input grades, lecture schedules and class schedule information. When developed this system, researcher used the Java programming language, where Java programming is used to build android-based applications, while for this database information system used MySQL. Analysis method and system design in this research used the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method has several stages: Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration, Operation and Maintenance. In the process of data collection, researcher used methods of observation, interview and literature studies.
