Panarukan-Shell is one of the warehouses in the panarukan that provides raw materials such as marine biota craft such as raw materials from ornamental shells. The Panarukan-Shell location is on Jl. Cokroaminoto Rt 01 Rw 02 Panarukan, Situbondo District. This warehouse provides various types of marine biota. The financial management associated with this information system is the process of purchasing, selling and expending by shell-sharers in order to facilitate the recording of financial statements to find out the details of reports from income, expenses, purchases, sales, inventory to profit and loss. The data must be completely accurate in accordance with the reality. Purchasing and sales data management in the shell-pan still uses manual recording system on the book so it has not been able to facilitate the owner in managing the calculation data or income income. Creating a new web-based information system is expected to help owners in terms of financial accountability of existing workflow. In this case makes it easier in adding, deleting, and changing data and search data purchase, sales, and expenditure.

Abstrak: Kini perkembangan teknologi menjadi semakin pesat begitupun sistem informasi yang berfungsi untuk menjalankan berbagai kegiatan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Penggunaan teknologi yang semakin maju dapat membantu sebuah perusahaan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan efisien. CV. Putra Karya Baja adalah sebuah industri untuk konstruksi menggunakan besi baja dan bahan bangunan. Sistem informasi dan manajemen data untuk inventori produk di CV. Putra Karya Baja masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan produk yang masuk dan produk yang keluar serta pembuatan laporan, sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas, memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan dalam pengolahan data, sulit untuk memantau stok barang dan menghambat pemberian informasi stok barang. Dengan begitu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu perlu dibuat sebuah sistem informasi mengenai inventori barang berbasis website dengan metode waterfall sebagai langkah dalam mengembangkan sistem di mana terdiri dari identifikasi untuk kebutuhan, desain pada sistem, penerapan dan pengujian, dengan pemrograman menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Sistem inventori untuk barang bisa dilakukan pengaksesan oleh admin. Admin dapat menambah data, menghapus data, mencari data, dan merubah data. Sedangkan user hanya dapat melihat pelaporan barang, customer, transaksi barang, dan mengubah password. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Sistem Informasi Inventori Barang pada CV. Putra Karya Baja Berbasis Web. Dengan tersedianya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah manajemen data dan pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih akurat.   Kata kunci: inventori barang, metode waterfall, sistem informasi.   Abstract: Now the development of technology is becoming increasingly rapid as well as information systems that function to carry out various activities within a company. The use of increasingly advanced technology can help a company get information more quickly, precisely, and efficiently. CV. Putra Karya Baja is an industry for construction using steel and building materials. Information systems and data management for product inventory at CV. Putra Karya Baja is still done manually, starting from recording incoming and outgoing products and making reports, resulting in accumulation of files, allowing errors in data processing, difficulties in monitoring stock items, and hindering the provision of stock information. That way the solution to overcome these problems is that it is necessary to create an information system regarding website-based inventory with the waterfall method as a step in developing a system which consists of identification for needs, design on the system, application and testing, by programming using PHP and MySQL as the database. The admin can access the inventory system for goods. Admin can add data, delete data, search data, and change data. Meanwhile, users can only view the reporting of goods, customers, goods transactions, and change passwords. The results obtained are the Goods Inventory Information System at CV. Putra Karya Baja Web-Based. With the availability of this system, it is hoped that it can simplify data management and make reports more accurate.   Keywords: the inventory of product, waterfall method, information system.

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

ABSTRACT<br />The medical record officer at Bright Smiles Bali Clinic is still having difficulty in the process of<br />managing the data of outpatients because the clinic still using manual system that has not been<br />computerized. So it is necessary to design a web-based electronic medical record information system<br />that can help medical record officer in patient data management process. The method used in the<br />design of this system is the system development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of the planning,<br />analysis, design, implementation, and usage phases. The purpose and benefits of this information<br />system design is to produce a web based outpatient medical record information system at Bright<br />Smiles Bali Clinic.This information system facilitate medical record officer in carrying out patient<br />data management covering patient registration process, recording of patient medical record, doctors<br />data recording, code search on ICD 9 CM, code search on ICD 10. Besides, this information system<br />produces various reports as well as patient medical record information that management needs for<br />decision making.<br />Keywords: Information System, Electronic Medical Record, Outpatient, Web.<br />ABSTRAK<br />Petugas rekam medis di Klinik Gigi Bright Smiles Bali masih kesulitan dalam proses pengelolaan data<br />pasien rawat jalan karena masih menggunakan sistem manual yang belum terkomputerisasi. Maka<br />diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik berbasis web yang dapat membantu<br />petugas rekam medis dalam proses pengelolaan data pasien tersebut. Metode perancangan sistem ini<br />menggunakan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem (Systems Development Life Cycle-SDLC) yang<br />terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan penggunaan. Sedangkan tujuan dan<br />manfaat dari perancangan sistem informasi ini yaitu menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam medis<br />elektronik rawat jalan berbasis web di Klinik Gigi Bright Smiles Bali. Dengan adanya sistem informasi<br />ini, dapat memudahkan petugas rekam medis dalam pengelolaan data pasien yang meliputi proses<br />pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan rekam medis pasien rawat jalan, pencatatan data dokter, pencarian kode<br />ICD 9 CM, pencarian kode ICD 10. Selain itu sistem informasi ini menghasilkan berbagai laporanlaporan<br />serta informasi rekam medis pasien yang dibutuhkan pihak manajemen untuk pengambilan<br />keputusan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis Elektronik, Rawat Jalan, Web.

The information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of data management, support the operation, managerial and strategic activities of an organization or agency and provide reports for a particular party to utilize the computer as a means to access the Internet network. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the running of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to increase sales at the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be defined relations among the public, showed large public who must perform the connection, and because the public a lot, then indicate the number of relationships. PT. Starvindo Asia Utama only uses brochures as a promotional tool. The purpose of making this web program is to facilitate service sales transactions so that it is more economical, fast and easy without the need to be hindered by distance and time.

Application of web-based raw material inventory control information system with a bill of materials (BOM) using the PHP and MySQL programming language as a database, and using the SDLC livestock device engineering method with stages of planning, design, implementation, and testing. I create a recording application that provides information about the availability of raw material reducing the error in calculating the amount of raw material based on the bill of material. With this application, it can help to purchase in determining the number of raw materials needed for production based on the master bill of material data.

The Sumber Jokotole SMEs produces fish crackers with basic ingredients from fish which are fishery products from Madura. During this time, the data on the sale of products and the purchase of raw materials have not been archived, so there is some data that is lost or damaged. When the data is needed to check the number of sales, the number of purchases, looking for stock of sales and purchases, and profits, the manager of the SMEs has difficulty tracking the data. Hence the management of a good and accurate sales and financial administration system is one of the strategies that can be applied by the SMEs in dealing with competition in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). This research aims to aid SMEs Sumber Jokotole in managing the administration system and business processes by designing a web-based management information system (SIM) that can be accessed through computers and smartphones. Administrative and financial information systems are one of the most widely applied information technologies to facilitate the management of various data into information. TK-IT Permata Hati Sumberrejo still uses manual methods to manage data student, teacher, and staff data as well as recap payment. Data processing is using Microsoft Excel, which results in time-consuming when entering data and when re-doing data correction before reported. This system was developed aiming to help data and financial management to be more effective and efficient. The information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based administrative and financial management information system using PHP programming language with Laravel framework. This system designed using the waterfall method. Then the system will be evaluated using the Black Box and User Acceptance Test. The results of this study are an information system with various features that can be used to manage student, teacher, and staff data, as well as to manage recap payments of tuition fees, POMG, uniforms, and activities. The results of the system testing by the Principal, Treasurer, Administrative, and Admin staff can be concluded that the system is running well and meets the needs of the school.

National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is a means of managing zakat in terms of collecting, distributing and using zakat. The existence of Baznas must continue to be improved through an institutional development strategy so that the management and utilization system can run efficiently, effectively and proportionally can have an impact on improving people's economic lives. One of the strategies used to improve the management of zakat institutions is to optimize the application of web-based information systems as a media to facilitate and improve the efficiency of zakat management in the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat.
