      This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of venture capital (X1), working hours (X2), and length of business (X3), on the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency (Y). Primary data is taken by questionnaire from a sample of 47 traders at Candikuning Market. Samples are taken using probability sampling techniques from various blocks. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that working capital, working hours, and length of business simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency. Working capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in the Candikuning Baturiti Market, Tabanan Regency. Meanwhile, the length of business does not affect the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi online dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Bintang Sembilan. Bintang Sembilan sebagian atau bersamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari konsumen UD. Bintang Sembilan Bintang Sembilan. Sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu incidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial promosi online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan kedua variabel yaitu promosi online dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online promotion and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UD Bintang Sembilan. The Nine Star partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from consumers of UD. Bintang Sembilan Nine Star. The population of this research is consumers of UD. Bintang Sembilan using a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous).The results of this study indicate partially online promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and for word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the two variables, namely online promotion and word of mouth, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to find out and analyze the socio-economic characteristics of pulse kiosks and data packages and to find out and analyze the effect of capital. Product prices sold several credits, and sales volume on pulse and data package traders in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency.  The data used in this study is primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of capital, the price of products sold, the number of credit balances, and the volume of sales of data packages had a significant effect on the income variable of pulse traders and data packages. In contrast, partially, the variables of working capital and sales volume of data packages had a considerable effect. In comparison, the price of products sold and the number of credit balances do not significantly affect the income variable of pulse traders and package data in Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of the income level and management of zakat funds on the community compliance to pay zakat in Bireuen Regency. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 62 people. The data used in this study is in the form of primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the level of income has a significant effect on the community compliance to pay zakat in Bireuen Regencyt and the management of zakat funds has no significant effect on the community compliance to pay zakat in Bireuen Regency.

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic business ethics and religiosity on the profits of confection entrepreneurs in the village of Pucung Tirto Pekalongan. Methods- Data were collected from 60 respondents using non-probability sampling with convenience sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Findings- The results of the study support the notion that Islamic business ethics and religiosity are two important components that influence the profits of entrepreneurs. Research implications- The results of the study provide empirical evidence that Islamic business ethics and religiosity can be a determinant of an entrepreneur's success.

The modern market has made the wet market have to change its appearance to be able to provide competitiveness with the modern market. Therefore, in this study comparing wet markets that have been revitalized (Manis Market) and not revitalized (Pon Market) in Purwokerto. In this research, to analyze the influence of several factors such as capital, working hours and length of business on the income of traders and to analyze differences in the average income of traders in Manis Market and Pon Market. The data used in this research are primary data taken from 84 respondents from Manis Market  and 55 respondents from Pon Market. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that capital has a significant influence on the income of traders while other factors such as working hours and length of business do not significantly influence the income of traders in the Manis Market. Then the capital and duration of the business have a significant influence on the income of traders while other factors such as working hours do not significantly influence the income of traders in Pon Market. Result of Independent Sample t-test also shows that there are significant differences in the average income of traders between Manis Market and Pon Market. Thus, revitalization is still a factor that can enhance the competitiveness of traditional markets.Keywords: income, capital, working hours, length of business, and revitalization

This study to analyzing the effect of variable land area, labor, working capital and selling prices on the income level of salt farmers in Rembang Regency. In this study using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews with 45 respondents of salt farmers as owners in Rembang Regency, with a list of questions prepared. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing: T statistical test, F statistical test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable area of land, labor , working capital and selling prices has a significant positive effect on the income of salt farmers.

This research purpose are to analyze the effect of capital, price, labor, and education level on the income of saltwater fish seller in Batusangkar’s Market. The kind of this research is descriptive’s research, the data used are primary data which are analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The result show that the capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of saltwater fish seller in Batusangkar’s Market and the price has a positive and significant effect on the income of saltwater fish seller in Batusangkar’s Market and the working hours has a positive and significant effect on the income of saltwater fish seller in Batusangkar’s Market and the education level has a positive and significant effect on the income of saltwater fish seller in Batusangkar’s Market and the capital, price, working hours, and education level has a positive and significant effect as together on the income of saltwater fish seller in Batusangkar’s Market.

Abstract The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of religiosity and halal products on the decision to choose cosmetics on muslim consumer. The variables in this research are Religiosity (X1), Halal Products (X2) and Purchase Decisions (Y). The research usesnon probability sampling techniques with the type of purposive sampling. Analysis of the data research is multiple linear regression. Primary data collection techniques applied by distributing questionnaires to 97 muslim women. The results of the research shows the coefficient determination obtained an R square value of 0,781 or 78,1% on the purchase decision (Y), and the remaining value is 21,9% another factor that is not examined in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis shows a religiosity variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision, and the halal product variable has a significant on the purchase decision. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu Religiusitas (X1), Produk Halal (X2) dan Keputusan Memilih (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling“sampel bertujuan”. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden muslimah. Hasil penelitian dengan uji deteminasi memperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,781 atau 78,1% yang menunjukkan variabel independen yaitu religiusitas (X1) dan produk halal (X2) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78,1% terhadap keputusan memilih (Y), dan perolehan sisa nilai sebesar 21,9% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa, variabel religiusitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih, dan variabel produk halal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih. Abstract   Cyberloafing is the behavior of employees to use the company or private internet, for activities that have nothing to do with work and are carried out during working hours. Studying cyberloafing behavior is considered very important considering the internet is a daily necessity in carrying out daily tasks so it becomes important to minimize, prevent or even eliminate the factors that cause cyberloafing behavior. This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of self control and job satisfaction on cyberloafing behavior. This research was conducted at the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative, sampling in this study using purposive sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results, the following findings are obtained: (1) simultaneously self control and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, (2) partially self control has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, (3) partial satisfaction work has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing.   Keywords: Self Control, Job Satisfaction, Cyberloafing   Abstrak   Cyberloafing adalah perilaku karyawan dalam menggunakan fasilitas internet perusahaan atau pribadi, untuk aktivitas yang tidak ada kaitannya dengan pekerjaan dan dilakukan selama jam kerja. Mempelajari perilaku Cyberloafing dinilai sangat penting mengingat internet merupakan kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam menjalankan tugas sehingga menjadi penting untuk meminimalkan, mencegah atau bahkan menghilangkan faktor-faktor penyebab perilaku Cyberloafing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh pengendalian diri dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku Cyberloafing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kementerian Tenaga Kerja Republik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: (1) secara bersama-sama kontrol diri dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (2) secara parsial kontrol diri berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (3) kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap cyberloafing.   Kata Kunci: Kontrol Diri, Kepuasan Kerja, Cyberloafing

This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation (incentives, motives and expectations) on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. The purpose of this paper is: 1) Determine the effect of incentives on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 2) Determine the effect of motive on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 3) To know the effect of expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 4)To know the effect of incentives, motives and expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.Research sites in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul and the population is 162entire employee in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. Samples amounted to 116 respondents taken with simple random probability sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results obtained: (1) incentives positive and significant effect on the performance of, (2) motif positive and significant effect on the performance of, (3) expectations positive and significant impact on the performance of , and (4) incentives, motives and expectations of positive and significant impact on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.
