Abstract   Cyberloafing is the behavior of employees to use the company or private internet, for activities that have nothing to do with work and are carried out during working hours. Studying cyberloafing behavior is considered very important considering the internet is a daily necessity in carrying out daily tasks so it becomes important to minimize, prevent or even eliminate the factors that cause cyberloafing behavior. This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of self control and job satisfaction on cyberloafing behavior. This research was conducted at the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative, sampling in this study using purposive sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results, the following findings are obtained: (1) simultaneously self control and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, (2) partially self control has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, (3) partial satisfaction work has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing.   Keywords: Self Control, Job Satisfaction, Cyberloafing   Abstrak   Cyberloafing adalah perilaku karyawan dalam menggunakan fasilitas internet perusahaan atau pribadi, untuk aktivitas yang tidak ada kaitannya dengan pekerjaan dan dilakukan selama jam kerja. Mempelajari perilaku Cyberloafing dinilai sangat penting mengingat internet merupakan kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam menjalankan tugas sehingga menjadi penting untuk meminimalkan, mencegah atau bahkan menghilangkan faktor-faktor penyebab perilaku Cyberloafing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh pengendalian diri dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku Cyberloafing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kementerian Tenaga Kerja Republik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: (1) secara bersama-sama kontrol diri dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (2) secara parsial kontrol diri berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (3) kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap cyberloafing.   Kata Kunci: Kontrol Diri, Kepuasan Kerja, Cyberloafing

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Melati Soeroza Indah Perdana located in North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Samples were taken as many as 54 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The test results prove Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on performance with a large effect of 34.88%, Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously the Transformational Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a large effect of 24.81%.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

This study aims to investigate the influence of store atmosphere, which consists of anumber of variable such as exterior, interior store layouts and pointr of interest display, onthe consumers interest to purchase in the Indomaret store in Mataram City. This study usesthe theories of marketing management related to store atmosphere and consumers interest topurchase.This study employed an associative approach. A purposive sampling method wasused to collect data from 100 respopndents who had already visited Indomaret stores inMataram City. The instruments for data collection were a questionnaire and documentationstudy. The data collected were analyzed with a multiple linear regression method.Result of the study show that the variable of general interiot of MataramIndomaretstores influenced very significantly on the counsumers interest to buy. Meanwhile, othervariables, such as the shop exterior, store layout, and interior displays a point of interest, didnot affect the consumers interest tu buy.Key word : store atmosphere, eksterior toko, store layout, interior point of interest display

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keterampilan  mengadakan  variasi gaya mengajar  guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pad mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VIII 3 di SMP Negeri 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode  pre experimental desing dengan bentuk one group pretest- postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 254 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi observasi dan angket.  Berdasarkan hasil analisi rata-rata angket 65% dan meningkat menjadi 71%. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana di dapatkan nilai yang diperoleh .000 dan nilai (?) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai sig < ? (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil Hoditolak dan menerima Ha.Kata kunci: Keterampilan mengadakan variasi , Motivasi belajar siswa, PPKn  kelas VIII ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of skills organizing various teachers' learning styles for students' study motivation in the PPKn class of VIII 3 Senior High School of 1 Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with the pre experimental desing method with the form of one group pretest- postest design. The population in this research is 254 students with 32 people samples that are taken using purposive sampling techniques. As for data collection techniques had used observation and angket documentation. Based on an analysis of the average sheet of questionnaire 65% and rising to 71%. In. This case, the research is proven by a test of a hypothesis by using a simple linear regression formula to achieve the value generated .000 and a value (?) is .05 as large as a result is a sig < ? (.000 < .05), then the decision taken by Ho is rejected and accepts Ha.Key words: Unvariety skills, Student learning motivation, PPKn VIII class

The research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of experience, competence, independence, and audit fees on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accountant Office in Bali registered in IAPI (Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia) 2019. The method of determining the sample uses non-probability sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study were 48 auditors. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that experience, competence, independence and audit fees had a positive effect on audit quality. The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at  Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

This study aimed to describe the compensation, non-physical working environment, motivation, and employees’ job satisfaction in Sanan Tempeh Chips Industrial Center, to figure out the simultaneous and partial effects of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation towards the employees’ job satisfaction, and to know which one of the independent variables having the greatest influence on the dependent one. There were 100 employees of the production unit used as respondents. The data collection techniques used were Interview, Observation, and Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Likert Scale, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The findings showed that the variable of compensation was categorized as “good” while variables of non-physical working environment, motivation, and job satisfaction were categorized as “fair”. Moreover, the variables of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation significantly affected the variable of job satisfaction. The compensation significantly and positively affected the job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation partially affected the job satisfaction. Among all the independent variables, the non-physical working environment had the greatest influence towards the employees’ job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention. The study was conducted at Batur Natural Hot Spring in Bangli, with 83 employees. Data collection is done by census method (saturated sample) from the distribution of questionnaires with data analysis tools using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The implications of this study expect leaders to be able to consider compensation to be provided in accordance with the targets and workload of employees, able to behave fairly and provide career development programs for all employees. This study. aims to examine the. effect. of (1) Company.iImage. and customer satisfaction on. Customer. loyalty, (2) Company image on customer loyalty, and (3) Customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Car Workshop Sama Jaya Singaraja. The research design is quantitative casual. The subjects in this study were customers at Sama Jaya Singaraja Car Workshop, while the object of this research was the company image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Sampling using purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. The. data. collection. method. is the survey. method, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) Company image and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) Company image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) Customer satisfaction has an influence positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of the Sama Jaya Singaraja Car Workshop.
